For those people with any hail damage, you must take your vehicle to Hail Genie. I originally waited 8 months with another company but was informed that it would take another 2 additional months to fix my car, but called Hail Genie, who (Marcus) related that he could possibly fix it within 2 weeks. As soon as we brought the vehicle to his shop, he took care of everything (rental, insurance supplement, and provided daily updates about our vehicle). Within 10 days, the vehicle was fixed without any signs of hail damage (looked brand new). Since coming back to the States, I can say that this was the best customer service that we've experienced. Hands down, he is one of the friendliness and down to earth people, which will make your experience better and less stressful. Thank you, Marcus, for your outstanding service. I am so happy with my experience with Hail Genie! As a mom of 4 young kids, they made the process super easy. They came up to my home in Woodland Park to give me an initial inspection and walk me through the process. We scheduled with their shop and they provided a rental car to me at the company s expense. The owner, Marcus, was very professional and friendly. He took care of a couple minor issues that came up immediately and treated me like gold. The company even covered my deductible! I basically got a new car for zero dollars out of pocket. I highly recommend them!

Took my dented truck and turned it back to new. The service is fantastic, super quick turn around time with my vehicle (had moderate damage) and a huge shout out to Steve and Marcus. They handled everything from working with my work schedule, rental, and dealing with insurance. 10/10 recommend using Hail Genie when the next storm hits.

Marcus with Hail Genie should be your first and only choice if your car has hail damage. They expertly repaired my whole car that was riddled with hail damage. Not only did they do an amazing job but they were very quick as well. I can t recommend them enough! Thanks Marcus and the guys at Hail Genie!

From start to finish Marcus (owner) made this a completely painless and easy experience. Was quoted with 2-3 weeks of work and I had my vehicle back 8 days after leaving it with Marcus. You can t tell my car ever had hail damage. Marcus really understands the meaning of customer service and putting his customers first. Hopefully I never need to use him again, but if I ever have hail damage, Hail Genie will be my first and only choice!

Took both of my vehicles here and Marcus took car of me from start to finish. He always kept me in the loop for both vehicles and made sure I was never lost on the process. Here to gladly add another five star review for Marcus and Hail Genie. The experience was seamless and the results were perfect. I knew I needed to go with a paintless dent repair for my 22 WRX after it got romped in the July storm, but I was really nervous about navigating all of the repair options to find a good shop. I love my car and I wanted to make sure I handed it over to somebody who would really take care of it. From the start, Hail Genie made me feel comfotable about the process and the repair. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and helped with the insurance claim. The results just speak for themselves. I will always recommend them, there is a reason they have all five stars!

Wow, nice job!Marcus and Steven and everyone I met at Hail Genie were amazing! Marcus and Steven both personally came to my home within a couple days of me contacting them. They went over all my questions and explained everything. I felt the authenticity of these two gentlemen. They presented a proposal which was difficult to refuse in this nice meeting.So I dropped off my little black sports car within a reasonable timeframe following their visit, and the entire process, including insurance, was taken care of in a professional manner.They contacted me about 10 days later, and said it's all finished and looks great! When I went to pick it up, I was shocked at how they took all the hail dents out of my vehicle like magic, and made it look like new!Highly recommend!Chris B.

Hail Genie was by far the best local business experience I've had in years. Marcus, the owner, was my main point of contact and holy cow, he was ON IT!! After the initial inspection to ensure that my vehicle was fixable with PDR, he scheduled the rental car, and drove me to pick it up. Every week during the process, at least twice, I would get an update from him discussing the negotiations with my insurance, the repair process, and then finally he scheduled a detail to be performed on my car right before I picked it up. It looks flawless - you would never even know it had hail damage across the roof, hood, and fenders. Totally amazing. I've already recommended Marcus and Hail Genie to a couple friends and he is my first choice for hail damage in Colorado Springs. What a refreshing way to do business with a positive and proactive attitude!

If you need hail damage repair look no further! Marcus is absolutely amazing to work with. I waited way too long for other shops to try to get me an appointment for an estimate (hail damage from last summer) only to be turned away because they couldn t handle the workload or couldn t work with my insurance company. I wish I had started here first. I just picked up my car and I couldn t be happier! They took care of everything from setting up the rental car to final payment with my adjuster. I literally just dropped it off (a little skeptical as a first time customer) to being so impressed and excited to have my car back to looking fabulous. Thank you to Marcus and his team for knowing how to take care of people and making customer service seem effortless. You guys are amazing!

If you need Hail damage fixed this is the place to go! Marcus and his team took care of my car like they owned it themselves and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I always knew what stage my car was at in the repair. But best of all, my car came back looking like I drove it off the lot again for the first time! Inside and out! Thanks again Marcus and Robert!

BEST place to get your car repaired for Hail damage!! Easiest & Smoothest Company to go through!Marcus has been the most helpful person I have ever came across! As much Damage I had on my vehicle my insurance wanted to write it off as a total loss! Marcus fought for my car and was able to get it fixed looking Brand New!!!I am extremely Happy & Thankful!

I dont know how to start! My car got hail and i took it to hail genie where i meet marcus there, very professional and well comunication always keep me update once or twice a week and even cover my rental car and deductible also detailed my car when i take it backnow its look like the demages of the hail never there.. can t thanks enough for the work of hail genie. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for this company and the employees. My car was severely damaged in a hailstorm. My insurance estimated about $13,000 worth of damage, but once Hail Genie got it in the shop, we quickly realized it was more. In total my car needed about $23,000 worth of repair. Hail Genie kept me updated and informed about the entire process. They helped me with a rental car, detailed my car prior to delivery, including the engine! Marcus, the owner and Steven kept me in the loop at all times, were informative, and were able to answer any questions that I had or respond to any concerns that arose. I pray that I don t have hail damage again to my car, but if I do, I will return to Hail Genie no doubt about it.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Marcus and Steven took care of everything from day 1. They made this so easy and my van looks amazing. Marcus & Josh did an awesome job repairing all the hail damage on our SUV! The whole process was flawless. They walked us through every step and we recieved updates as our car was being repaired. The rental car process was a breeze as well, Marcus was able to arrange everything. Our car came back clean & detailed inside and out! Definitely reccomend.

My Venue got caught in a hailstorm and was badly damaged. I called Steven at Hail Genie and he walked me through the whole repair process. They have a really friendly team, and were able to get my car looking new inside & out in no time. I will definitely be using this location for my next hail claim.

Marcus at Hail Genie was amazing! I am new to Colorado and hail storms, so before meeting with Marcus at Hail Genie, I was overwhelmed with what to do about the hail damage to my car. Marcus was so knowledgeable on all aspects of the process - the damage itself, the estimated repairs necessary, the process with insurance, etc. I felt extremely relieved and confident after meeting with Marcus and dropping my car at his shop for repairs. The process was very smooth and Marcus kept me updated every step of the way. Now, my car looks as good as new, and with no replacements! I am extremely happy with the work done on my car and would recommend Hail Genie to anyone looking for hail damage repair!

This was seamless, from the time I dropped off the car with Marcus, he took me on a tour of the office and shop. Constant contact with updates on my vehicle. They did an excellent job of removing the hail dents/damage. I highly recommend Marcus and Hail Genie

Marcus was fantastic to work with. Extremely friendly. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and kept me informed along the way. After work was done, he even had my car detailed inside and out. My car looks brand new! Would gladly work with Hail Genie again. Bought a new truck last August, nicest truck I've ever had. Well, we got nailed with golf ball sized hail in May. Needless to say I was devastated. Steven happened to stop by offering a free evaluation from the owner Marcus the next day. I said, "what the hell, what do I got to lose". After speaking with them both, I decided to look into the company before making a decision. Wow, great reviews on the BBB and Google. "Let's do this!" 8 days later, my truck looks like the day I bought it! Also got a nice detail service from these guys! She looks sharp gentlemen! Marcus has been a lifesaver during my entire visit. He helped me when USAA wanted to total my car. He helped get me in my rental car with Hertz.
