I had an initial estimate of my vehicle very conveniently at my home in Colorado Springs. Clay was so professional and very knowledgeable. He explained how the whole process would work. I took my car to the rental company and he was there to take my car but not only that he also did a thorough inspection of the rental to make sure everything was noted properly. While my car was at Hail Free Solutions for auto hail repair I was updated daily by Suzanne on the insurance process. She was always so kind and considerate. My car ended up being totaled out by the insurance company so no work was done but I am certain I would have been thrilled with the results. Suzanne gathered all of my belongings from my car before the tow truck arrived. She just went above and beyond with every step of the process. I guarantee that if I get hair damage in the future I won t have to go through three companies to find the right one. I know the right one is Hair Free Solutions.

GREAT experience with this company. Our truck had heavy hail damage, large dents everywhere and broken windshield. Gentlemen came to our house and gave us an estimate price for repairs and a time frame that it would take to repair. We worked out a plan for windshield replacement the next day after contacting them about our hail damage. We needed our truck to pull our fifth wheel for an upcoming camping trip. They came to our house and replaced the windshield perfectly. After our camping trip they came and picked up the truck for the hail damage to the body of the truck. They estimated 7-10 business days for the repair. They offered a FREE rental car if we needed a car, We did not, but it was offered to us. They kept in contact with us with the progress. The repairs took 9 days. Our truck looks awesome, They did a fantastic job, it looks like a new truck. We highly recommend Hail Free Solutions for hail repair. We will definitely use them again if we would have hail damage again to any of our other cars. They were professional, and very easy to work with. The truck looks GREAT! My experience with Hail Free Solutions to repair car hail damage was by far the best experience I have ever had with any auto service! They were very attentive and kept me in the loop with any issues with the insurance company and progress. My insurance company was trying to total my car, which would have put me in a very difficult position as I am unemployed right now. Hail Free Solutions did everything they could to work with the insurance company and prevent my car from being totaled. Hail Free even detailed the inside and outside of my car before returning it. It was snowing when they were transporting my car back to me from Denver and since this messed up the exterior detailing, they even gave me a free car wash coupon! Definitely would recommend them to any and everyone!

Excellent customer service! The Hail Free Solutions team were very friendly and able to waive my deductible and cover my rental car! So I paid nothing out of pocket. When I had questions I was always answered fairly quickly. I would recommend them to anyone whos car needs Auto Hail Repair they made my experience simple and worry free.

Clay approached me one day after seeing the hail damage on my car. It was ugly. He provided me with his business card and i explained that once the hail season was over, I would contact them for an estimate. Finally, January 2021 came and I finally contacted them. They came to my home and did the original estimate and then came and picked up my car and put it on a trailer to take it to the shop. Exactly, one week later, my car was returned to me. They did an awesome job, kept me informed of their progress and i feel they went over and beyond what most companies have done. The last place I went to was horrible. They even vacuumed the inside. I have already suggested them to many of my friends and would refer them to anyone that asks. Very pleased and will definitely keep them on the top of my list.

Customer Service at its finest!! The staff is friendly and caring. Service was flawless and the vehicle is just like when I saw it at the dealer. FLAWLESS! The fact that they wave your deductible and cover your rental vehicle makes the decision of going with them a no brainer. Huge thanks to Hail Free Solutions.

I want to say that I was a bit skeptical at first. I had shopped around it was going to be expensive to repair the hail damage done to my new 2018 Chevy Colorado. So, when I called these folks and they were going to wave the deductible I wasn t sure how good it was going to be.I called because there was a shop in Colorado Springs where I live. However, after speaking with them their main shop was in Denver. They said if I would agree they would haul it there to be repaired.After having a bit of an issue with the insurance company they returned my vehicle within ten days. I needed it back to pull a trailer. It looked as good as new. I was pleasantly surprised that it looked so good.The only negative side was I checked the mileage and it had about 75 miles added on it. I can only guess they drove it back down from Denver in place of hailing it. Which I didn t even think about when it was finished. There was extra gas in the tank so I really can t complain to much.They said if I found anything wrong, all I needed to do was let them know and they would correct it.Not only do I give them a high rating, I would use their service again if I needed to. (I hope I never have to use them again for a car damaged by hail.) :-)

Josh contacted me via a note on my windshield. Good marketing. They paid for my deductible and a rental car. I have an aluminum body on my vehicle and they said they could make it look like new, without any painting. When I saw it after it was completed, I was amazed. It looked like it was a brand new vehicle. Service was very good. I will go back and reccomend the shop to my friends. Tc

I would just like to say thought long and hard before I posted this review. I would not use this company again. This is a new company location and they have one in Denver, CO. I am not sure if I had rookies or pros working on my car. My vehicle has more cosmetic flaws then what it started with. Took my car to the car wash myself, and all I did was spray it off. I found paint chips, scratches and bubbles in my paint everywhere. Where the hell did the bubbles come from? My passenger door will not open and I know that was not an issue before. I never had any issues with my car. It is 1 year 1/2 old. My trunk was having trouble opening. I replaced the batteries in my fob. "Nothing" I couldn't figure out what was happening until after I took my car for a car wash and noticed....the bumper was either stepped on, leaned on or taken off and not put back on correctly. It has a 1 inch gap from the frame. I am afraid to even try to take it back since they don't deal with paint and they are not a real body shop that services everything. THEY ONLY PULL OUT DENTS. I complained when I first got it back and I was told I am just a pion on the totem pole so you need to call and complain to the main office. If I had a business all my employees would know and understand how to at least get my customer to the right people and follow up. That's great customer service for you! If you even think that your car may need paint.....go to a real shop. Now I am forced to make another claim or pay out of pocket to have other issues corrected. Price you pay for good deals. Never again and I will not skimp on my car ever again.

I scrolled through a few of my options while looking for a company to repair the hail damage on my vehicle. I finally narrowed it down, and went with Hail Free Solutions. From beginning to end, they were nothing but courteous and professional! My first contact was with Suzanne....what a friendly and awesome individual! She kept me informed of every step that they would be taking on my vehicle. I would most definitely use HFS again and I would recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you Hail Free Solutions!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were harsh with the rental company to ensure I got a good deal and was not treated unfairly. They treated my car like it was their own and I received it back in new condition if I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them to everyone they truly are amazing and very much care for their customers

If you live in Denver or Colorado Springs and need Windshield repair or Hail damage repair....check these guys out...Awesome Work! No out of pocket for you! Nice family run business!! They went over and beyond to make sure I was happy :) Quality work, and Personalized service!

I m pretty picky with just about everything and I read way more reviews than I d like to admit, so I was skeptical to try dent repair.I could not be happier, unless I win the lottery, maybe, but hese guys did an absolute perfect job. I ve tried to see where the previous dents were after repair and there is literally no way to tell there was ever any damage. I m soooo happy I didn t have my car painted! It was faster, no overspray, no paint on trim, no smell in car. Much better solution!

Awesome service, best people to work with just bought my new Cadillac ATS and got hail damage and Hail Free Solutions was able to restore my value and remove all the dents. These guys are the real deal, my hood was smashed and they replaced it and had it repainted and it looks great!!!
