Excellent service and great knowledge of all brands of tires and tire related products. The price is great for used tires too. The 3 guys behind the counter always smile and friendly. I highly recommend for great hometown tires with a smile and friendly atmosphere. They have free message chairs in waiting area. Never had to wait more than 30 minutes to have a tire changed and out the door.

All the employees were very helpful and friendly. Spencer made buying my first car so easy. Thank you for helping me so much. The whole experience was amazing. They fixed all the little things that needed it to be fixed before I went to pick it up.

Got tires a little expensive but friendly people! They took excellent care of me when I had issues! Plus they did my headlights so I can see better ! $80 !

Just bought our third car from H&H. They are always so lovely to work with. Cars are good prices and the process is painless. Spencer was great to work with and we are super happy with our new to us Subaru Outback. Highly recommend this local, family owned and operated business!

Today I called to see how much a tire was because on my way home from school, I had to stop in fountain to get air. My tire immediately went flat. I called and told them what was going on. They were kind enough to send someone to where I was in fountain to help me put a spare tire on so I can get my car to them to get my tire fixed so I can still make it to take my son to his birthday dinner. I cannot recommend this place enough! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH from me and my 7 year old who just wanted a steak dinner for his birthday

I have purchased tires and have had an oil change from H&H for my Subaru. I really like their price points, tire warranty program, customer service and trustworthy customer service. I'll have my FOB programming changed next. It is really nice to find a good company so I don' t have to worry. Thank you.

H&H is hands down the best tire shop in the city!!! Great customer service, told them I had to be in Nebraska for work tomorrow, tires in stock, already mounted and balanced, im next for an alignment, work done right the first time, for me growing up Widefield Security and Fountain, im 48yrs old now, and H & H tire is the last old school business still here, unlike yellow front, valley bowl, Alco, valley pets, godfathers Pizza, the drive in movie theatre......theater....... thank you h&h tire for everything!!!!#BLUECOLLARMILLWRIGHTTRADESMANTRASH.......David Hardwick

Cassie was very helpful. We were looking at and test drove several vehicles. We ended buying two rather than just one We went in for. Cassie was very knowledgeable on the vehicles. Doing paperwork was fast and efficient. Would highly recommend H & H Used cars.

Nice front desk service. I personally think they are a rip-off. Charge to take used tires and avg cost they sell used tires for is 500 to 700. Have been there and asked for a few different sizes and no less than 550. Granted herd someone get quotes for 500. In my opinion, complete rip-off all around. This place also checks absolutely nothing else while getting tire service like promised. Had a full rotation like the tire package said it was lifetime with tires and rims that were bought new from them. Never bothered to mention that the brakes were gettin worn down to 15% as another shop I went to by not trusting H&H. Or that one of the CV shafts on the 4 wheel drive truck had a boot that was torn and would need replaced soon. Waited for over an hr and a hlf for tire rotation when there was literally no one else there. When I asked the tech if it would be done soon after an hour they seemed completely pissed off and took a break. Granted this rotation was literaly dismount the rim/ tire as a whole, balanced and checked for the wear of the tires and then remounted. That is average @ at 35 min a tire to unscrew 6 lug nuts, roll over to balance and install each 6 lug nuts. Not dismounting each tire from the rim or anything. Really very sad and dissapointing. This was all done to a 68 year old woman that they were taking advantage of

Amazing customer service! Would definitely recommend to any of my family or friend s! Was there an hour if that and they had me approved for the car that caught my eye and had me stopping by multiple times in a week! Cassie was super sweet and helpful and connor ithe owner s son was so helpful and truly amazing thanks again for getting me in my dream car and helping me out!

Good customer service, but owning a lifted truck Is always a hassle with them. Seems they cannot align any lifted four-wheel-drive in my experience. Always some issue. Even if you fix the issue, they find another one. I get tires there and I take my truck elsewhere for an alignment.

Truly an amazing experience!!! I hate buying cars at dealerships but I worked with Cassie and she was really amazing! She was patient with me and hilarious to chat with. She took great care of me and the service since buying the car has been phenomenal. Absolutely recommend them!!

These guys don't mess around. They don't have appointment times. However, that didn't hinder speedy service. Went in a little after 8:00 am and out the door before 9:30 with new tires. Joe assisted me and displayed remarkable customer service skills. It was a pleasure doing business with H&H Tires.

I was scammed pretty much by them. They started my car was squeaking and it was due try the routers. Paid over $600 for my car to STILL be squeaking. I m so upset and don t recommend at all!

Went for tires and, although they were not in stock, they got them within the hour and called me.When I got back they got me right in and I was out in 20 minutes.Friendly and quick, prices are right there with everyone else, I will definitely be going back.

I found the best Prices Here for tires, I got BRAND NEW tires here for my 2015 Chrysler 200 for winter and an alignment for $824.03 with warranty on my tires for 60K miles, My car even had A check engine light afterwards WHICH WAS NOT THERE FAULT my cars computer had a glitch (Chrysler Problems) And they had there technicians fix it.. haven't had any problems sense then and the tires are GREAT in the snow!! %100 recommend this place for tires.

Came by early on a Saturday morning before the storm that was supposed to hit later that day. The staff was very helpful and suggested a few different tires to get on my Dodge Journey. The prices were very reasonable and they had me in & out quick within 45 mins. The storm hit later that day and the tires worked out better than we expected. Thank you for helping us and also for the great customer service.

Best service center in town! Eric, Nick, and Travis provide top-notch professionalism when it comes to car repair. If you're thinking of going anywhere else, don't. If you're in the market for a new car, see Spencer, Cassie, or Conner. They are outstanding! If you need tires, there is also a place to do that.
