Bad service, I will be not be coming back again!I went in on Tuesday to get my Pilot s oil changed and have the tires rotated. Today on Saturday, when I walked outside to leave, I noticed there was a bulge/bubble in the side wall of the front passenger tire. This was 96-hrs after leaving Groove Honda. Either they caused the bulge or didn t notice it when they rotated the tires. These tires are the ones that were on the pilot when I purchased it in Feb 2022, from the same dealership (<2 years ago, tires have less than 30k miles).When I saw the bulge, I called Groove Honda and the girl told me that I should come in right away. When I got there 25 mins later, they told me it was bad roads in CO. Also, they told me they are not responsible for the tires because they did not sell them to me, even through they sold me the car with the bad tire on it. They told me that I would have to talk to Firestone, if I wanted to make a claim on the tire. I ended up leaving and driving home with a bad tire. I m pretty sure that all tires come with a 50k-70k warranty.I m used to better service with Honda, that s why I ve bought 3 Hondas in the last 15 years. I spent A LOT of money on my Pilot, including buying an extended 10-year/100K warranty and a oil change plan. I assumed after spending all of this money, I would have been taken care of better. I guess I ll go somewhere else next time .

Bought a new battery and the transmission service done, and finally they fixed a recall that has been pending for over a year. The customer service here is sad, you re just a number and all they want is paid. I ve been trying to get the piece of weather strip fixed on my 2019 Odessey for over a year now with no resolution, now that the vans out of warrenty they say denied and show you the door. Customer service at Grooves and Honda is so disappointing, will never buy a Honda again.

I recently switched back to Honda after a 20 year period and I m impressed how how organized and efficient this service department is. Everyone is helpful and knows what they re doing, with a positive attitude.

I ve always serviced my car and changed my oil at Freedom, now Groove Honda. I was content with the work done and reasonable pricing. Recently, I took my CRV in for recall work; they recommended >$5000 in additional work . The biggest item was replacing the oil pain $1100 due to stripped pan thread. All the oil changes were done by them at the dealership with records. They stripped the tread on the oil pan at the last oil change, and now wanted me to pay. They didn t put a crush washer and overtorqued the drain plug instead. No apologies, no discounts offered. I took the car at a different shop which told me what happened.I will not change my oil there again. It s hard to find a good car mechanic, so if I find someone I can trust, I will not return to Groove Honda.

I bought a Honda today and it was the best experience I have ever had. I had the pleasure to deal with 3 salesman there and they were all awesome!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I high recommend Freedom Honda

So my experience with Freedom Honda began with me test driving a used Toyota Avalon which I didn't like because the seats were uncomfortable. But like most dealerships Freedom Honda wanted to see me in one of their vehicles. I explained to the salesman Tandy amd the Finance Manager (bald head/long beard) that I'm in the process of rebuilding my credit and didn't think I could qualify for a loan. To my surprise the Finance manager talked to me about leasing one of their vehicles. I'll be honest I did not think I would qualify for anything brand new but somehow I got everything I wanted in a car at the price point I was aiming for. There was zero stress and I felt like I made a great choice. If your looking for a good vehicle go see the folks at Freedom Honda you will not be disappointed.

First of all, I wasn't aware the dealership changed hands. The staff at Groove Honda is awesome. I took vehicle in for basic oil change. What impressed me the most is that the service center takes photos of eminent problems and or something else that could be taken care of at next oil change. With the photos at hand, I feel that the customer is being treated fairly and service center showing honesty and customers not being taken advantage of. Will continue service with Groove Honda.

Get a 2nd opinion on service/repair work.I had taken our our 2008 Honda CRV in for warranty work which was properly done.Shortly after having the warranty work done, I received an email with "recommended" service/repair work and the costs from Grove Honda for over $3,255!I then went to an ASE Certified Mechanic to have the Grove "recommendations" for service/repair work confirmed.For the following reasons, I will NOT be using Grove Honda and I would not recommend using Grove Honda for future repairs.Here is what the ASE Mechanic found and did - the following repairs and service work cost a total of $448 (I have the paid receipt) vs. Grove's estimate of $3,055 (nearly 150% of the value of our 2008 Honda CRV.1. Fixed the leak on the power steering2. Replace the original spark plugs (150k miles) - Missed by Grove Honda3. Filled the radiator & reserve tank (which was dry) - Missed by Grove Honda4. Replaced the drive belt5. Replaced a bad tensioner pully - Missed by Grove HondaSo the Grove mechanic missed 3 additional items of which 2 should of been identified very readily.I find Grove's ability to accurately diagnose service/repair issue and their pricing for mechanical service & repair work beyond the level of reasonableness and therefore I will not trust any future estimates.Sincerely from a very disappointed customerGary N.Col. Two and a half hours to program a new key? That was with an appointment. I had heard their service declined since Groove took over from Freedom and this confirmed it. I'll be using a different shop for service in the future.

Car door did not open, so I brought it in for inspection. Mechanic did not inform me of exorbitant diagnostic fee being applied twice for two separate issues when I asked them to perform ONE diagnostic. Auto repair mechanics left the door panel off and went home without reinstalling it. They made no repairs to the car but promised credit if I let them repair the car and rip me off more than they already had.I learned from experience, this business will ignore complaints and pressure, and just keep mindlessly repeating that they did what was asked and charged me fairly (they are not honest in either claim). They opt for just ignoring the complainer until they go away.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

At the end of January, I emailed Freedom Honda requesting a quote on how much it would cost to install a remote start into my 2016 Honda Fit. I received no response so I called. They were busy but someone called me back and I asked the same to be done. I was quoted around 200$ for the part and installation. I had to prepay due to them having to order the part since they did not have it in stock.The appointment was scheduled and I go there and drop off my car. 3 hours later I am called and informed they ordered the wrong part. Not too big of a deal, it happens. They told me it would take a 2-3 days and would call me then the part arrived. An entire week passes and I'm called that they have the part. I make the appointment to have it installed on Valentines day.I come in on Valentines Days and get the part installed. But after I returned home to test the remote start I notice that the new key fob I was given looks exactly the same as my other keys. To my understanding there should have been a button to auto start the car. All the tutorials I scavenged online said it should. I was beginning to believe they never installed a remote start.I called Freedom Honda saying that the auto start wasn't working. They asked me if I could come back in to try and troubleshoot. Luckily it was my day off and I really wanted to have the remote start work before it got cold again.After driving 20 min's for the second time in the same day I get there and show the keys. Then I am plainly informed that they misinterpreted "Installing a remote start" to "Installing another key fob" I was in such shock that 2 plus weeks of my time was wasted waiting on not one but two incorrect parts that I didn't have the mental capacity to argue.Their solution to me was "We can order and install the part but it will cost 300+ or your can to to Car Toys and get it done for 100+"No refund was offered for charging me for parts I never asked for. Just a soft apology and the option to either give them more of my time and money... or go somewhere else.I chose the second option.*Update, I was offered to use the amount I paid towards them purchasing the remote start or to be refunded. I took the refund and then left. I appreciate that they attempted to resolve the issue however any potential trust was lost.

Freedom Honda so far is the best service center of all the dealerships I have been to. They are the most honest and the only upsale they recommended for me when I took my van in was to rotate tires for 20 dollars. I needed it so I agreed to it. I have been coming here with my other van for at least the last 6 years and have never been pressured into any extra service that I did not want. As far as a Honda service center, I highly recommend taking any Honda here for routine maintenance and service.

I actually look forward to my annual vehicle maintenance. I am greeted warmly upon entry, all employees are very friendly and cheerful. Service is completed thoroughly and quickly. The waiting area is comfoetable and clean. (Thanks for the coffee! Was hoping to treat myself to a donut, but maybe those will be back eventually. Best for my waistline that it wasn't today!) My car was washed an even dusted on the inside. (Sorry for my dusty dashboard! ) Always a pleasure - keeping me loyal!

I bought my Honda Passport here when it was Freedom Honda. Good experience then. I have also returned for service in service department a couple of times with mostly good results and decent pricing, for a dealership. Nice and knowledgeable service advisors.

I went in because the key fob would not unlock the doors even after the battery had been changed. The Service advisor told us all the keys needed to be reprogram to the tune of $80. After the keys were complete it STILL did not work! Now they are telling me that it needs a new control module but not addressing the $80s that was already spent for a "guess your best" repair! Only show in town. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment 10 days out, and upon arrival, was told it would take them 1-2 days to even look at my vehicle. Why bother with 'appointments' if Freedom Honda doesn't honor them?Obviously, I had to adjust my entire workweek and weekend because of the flagrant mismanagement. Simple communication could have prevented this, but they don't manage their shop well.

I have bought 6 new Civics from Freedom Honda. They have always been fair and friendlyI took my car in today and Amanda was able to hook my cell phone back up. It had quit working and I couldn't do it myself. Thanks Amanda and all the friendly folks there. Highly recommend

I ve been coming to Freedom since we moved here almost 4 years ago. We bought our newest car from here but what I live most is their service department. I can get in almost anytime I need to, it s quick, reasonably priced and I never have any issues. I highly recommend going to Alexandra Dickerhoff, she is my service partner of choice and her customer service is the best I ve seen in a long, long time. She s always in a good mood and she always has a positive answer on how they re going to service my car, no matter how picky my issue is. I hope her bosses realize what a great employee they have in Alex. Having to get your car serviced isn t the most pleasant experience but Alex sure makes it less cumbersome than any other place I ve been. Thank you Alex!

Poor service. They no longer offer shuttles. They will schedule an appointment for you early in the morning but not even look at the car, when you inquire about it they ask if they can have it overnight. (Mind you, they do not offer shuttle services anymore, so how am I going to get home without a car?) Absolutely rediculous, they love to waste your time. This Honda location is both expansive and easy to get to. The service provided is unmatched by any dealer within a 10 mile radius and the waiting area is clean and inviting. If you have any questions or concerns the staff is both very friendly and happy to assist you with a smile on their face (even under a protective mask in which they could have gotten away without smiling but their kindness shows). Would highly recommend this location for any of your car service needs.

I had a great experience getting my Honda HR-V serviced here. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and filters replaced. Marty was quick and professional and my service request was done quickly. In my experience at service centers people will try to "up-sell" unnecessary services and that was not the case here. Would recommend!

I really appreciated the customer service I received in the service department and how welcomed Chris & Alex made me feel. Chris went out of his way to answer my questions and treated me as a valued customer! The honesty, care and professionalism Chris & Alex demonstrated are one of the many reasons I keep coming back to Freedom Honda . It is also why I purchased my last 5 new Honda s from Freedom and have had all my vehicle maintenance done at Freedom. Thank you Chris & Alex!

I get my oil changed here and had in the past not so great service due to the person at the counter ordering wrong parts for my vehicle at the time. This last time it was awesome, scheduled online as normal and Dan took good care of me. I will only use him in the future.

They were friendly and they offer a shuttle service which was great. They did crack our dash while putting it back together and they were supposed to order the part and call us back in to replace it but never did. Also the whole reason we went was to get the recall done one the air bags and passager side doors and already the passager side doors aren't locking again, so I'd hate to think that the air bags aren't actually fixed too so I don't know if I would recommend their service center :/

Good service and prompt. The only drawback with this organization is that they leave their customers stranded with no shuttle service. So if you don't have a ride, you're waiting all day in the waiting room while they repair your vehicle. This is a poor business decision.
