Extremely friendly and trustworthy folks! I absolutely loved how they showed me the parts replaced and went over it with me as well - really nice to see what is going on, what a mechanic really did for comfortability to know the work was actually done. The little extra on the price is well worth it over taking it to a druid shop like Brake's Plus or what not - leave Brake's Plus to their specialty - the brakes!

Very professional and friendly shop- They fixed our car and even saved us some money . Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. P. S. They even have a shuttle , I took a Lyft to pick up the car when it was completed when I got there I realized they have a shuttle and could have came and got me ! What an awesome service to help customers out . Sam who was in the front office went above and beyond , very nice gentlemen.

I have never been to this business before, I'm here about the commercial. Yesterday, I was disappointed when it dawned on me that the Thanksgiving commercial was specific and thus would not appear after Nov. 30. I loved that commercial! Today, Dec. 01, I had a solid laugh at a random commercial. I was truly happy when I saw there would be another month of Groff's commercials. I appreciate the laughs, Groff's, keep em comin'!

Had serpentine belt snap after getting it replaced at a different location, Groff s honored my warranty and replaced it free of charge for me, I will be going there from now on, service was fast and good work.

I Highly recommend these guys. They go through everything throughly. Very good communication when they have your vehicle. They don't push services that aren't needed.

Overall, happy with the work completed and the time it was completed in. There were two items missed which I contacted their service team about which should have taken care of while the vehicle was there. But, even with those, will be going back in the future. The team seems like a good one.

Groff's was referred to me as a local mechanic I could trust. I've found that to be true over the last 4yrs. They've always been honest, helpful and willing to work with me. Sam and Dave are both easy to talk to and respectful and don't talk down to women, something I've run into too often at other garages. I called to schedule a time to take my car in. After I dropped it off, the owner called me and told me nonchalantly that it will take two weeks. They could have told me that on the phone. Or when I dropped it off. Not to mention, when I did drop it off, the owner totally ignored me for 10 minutes while I just stood there. Then he turns around (pretending he didn't notice me.) That should have been a red flag right there. Then when I get home he does call and confirm it is an oil leak. When I ask him what he thinks caused the leak, he rudely responds "I don't know" and then proceeds to tell me he won't be able to get to it for two weeks. So when I pick it up after 2 weeks. He tells me "Bring it back in about a week to make sure there aren't any issues." So let me get this straight. Not only do you keep my car for two weeks, but you can't be sure you can do a competent job on my car? As soon as I get home it starts to leak again. Within a week it's just as bad as it was before I took it in. I have been to MANY auto mechanics in my lifetime. Never have I ever had to wait two weeks for my car. The most has been maybe three days. And it was for something much more severe than an oil leak. I since have taken my car to a more reliable company. I would rather pay extra, or drive further to another company than take my car back to Groff's again.

Great team, professional and timely. Reasonable rates. I recommend them for maintenance work. My car is 22 years old and my baby, so I'm particular about who works on it!

Good people here! Groff s has always been a great place to bring my family vehicles to. Their knowledgeable staff has always helped me feel comfortable understanding what they are going to do and the results have always been fantastic. I had my 2005 Toyota Camry for coolant leak. They gave me an estimate of $1200 for a bunch of things some of which had nothing to do with coolant leak like corroding battery terminals, alternator etc. I brought car in at 8AM, they said car would be ready by 12 noon, that was the first lie. I had to call them like 4 times, before car was partially ready by 5PM and they made me late for work. I had to bring it back 8AM the next day for them to finish the job. I took car back coolant started leaking again the next day, I was too busy with work to call them right away. I called them after about 7 days, they scheduled another appointment for the following week. Now they are telling me it's a radiator leak. I asked why this was not recommended the first time? They lied that problem was not there earlier, another lie. They tried to charge me another $700, I said no way. Avoid this shop, they are rude, dishonest and unprofessional.They will nickel-and-dime you to death.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto battery maintenance

Groffs was incredibly thorough and professional when diagnosing my car! I had already paid a fee at another place that couldn't figure it out, and Groffs went above and beyond to find the issue and correct it. They did it all in very timely manner and at an amazing price. They really took great care of us to get us back on the road!

Had an emergency where my car stopped in the middle of traffic. Groff s took me despite not having an appointment and helped me out. They were able to get my car fixed up within 2 days and driving like normal. So thanks!

I am very pleased with the experience and the professionalism. I have taken my vehicle once before to get my heater fixed and they did a great job and very honest.This time I took my vehicle in because of a knocking noise front left passenger side when driving and a scraping noise when I would brake. I took my vehicle in almost a month ago to Pep Boys to get my brakes and roaters done amongst other things. Well the guys at Pep Boys did a poor job ( that's just a nice way to put it).Dave at Groffs Automotive informed me that the reason why I was having the knocking noise and scraping noise was because the left caliper bracket bolt was missing, the remaining bolt was loose, the caliper was rubbing against the wheel, wheel tape weights had been knocked off, and the right upper slide pin was bent because of incorrect installation.This could have ended in a lawsuit against Pep Boys. Something serious could have happened while driving my vehicle. I thank God it didn't. Groffs Automotive is a blessing! Thank you everyone for taking your time and ensuring that my vehicle is safe to drive.

I have had the best experience at this shop. Great guys and great work!!! Very clean and professional!! I appreciate the awesome communication. They take care of my vehicle like it's their own. Update: Unfortunately, had to break ties with Groff's. I started to see a pattern of either missed issues or shady business practices over the last 3 years. They are very nice, but ultimately I realized that they aren't as solid as I thought. Cost me an engine and IF I'd trusting them again, was quoted at $14k. My brother and I did the work, replaced parts they said they replaced last year but pretty sure they didn't, and all for about 1/3 the quote. Lost my business.Amazing service from start to finish. I just bought a new/used Jeep and...imagine that...it started to break down. I am new to the COS area and asked for a recommendation from a local parts store, they said Geoff's was the best. This was an understatement, they made me an immediate appointment, diagnosed the issues and had me on my way very quickly. I was humbled and honored at the respect I received as a retired Soldier, these guys are not only good at what they do but they also treat Veterans well. I decided to take the car to Groff s given they had previously changed the starter ( and the car isn t always starting) . Brought the car in without a formal appointment (as they instructed). Car still has same issue and is going back to a different repair shop to be looked again. Felt like a money grab. I don t feel like they made they the best effort. My next door neighbor, who was a master mechanic before he retired, recommended Groff's for some work I needed done. I've brought my car to them a few times now and they are always very professional and friendly. They don't try to do work that isn't needed and they are very fair. They diagnose the problem quickly and get the work done very promptly. As this is my only vehicle, that is very important to me. I recently had my passenger side window break and I couldn't roll it back up. Even though they didn't have any available appointments, they were able to squeeze me in and fix it the same day. I highly recommend Groff's and want to give a special thank you to Dave, Sam, and Brian for always making sure I'm taken care of.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Groff s was great. I felt a strong family atmosphere when I walked in and that s what I felt they treated me like. They got my car back to me in only 2 days, provided great service, and honestly went above and beyond. Sam is exceptional as he provided me a courtesy ride back to my apartment( a well over 25 minute drive) as well as keeping me updated throughout the whole process as to how the work on my car was coming along. I definitely see myself returning to Groff s if I need any future work.

I had took my car in as it was smelling like gas and they were quick to find the problem and got it done fairly quickly. They have for sure earned my business and will return the next time I need something done.
