They did great work. Loved how quick they were. They also checked my air filters when I just needed an oil change. Really appreciate the extra steps they took to make sure my car was running well and efficiently!

That was my first visit there. All the employees were very nice. I got an oil change and needed a headlight bulb replaced or I thought. The bulb was actually ok and it is a wiring problem. I will go back and get that fixed.

I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change today, using the coupon emailed for the Winter Prep Package at $69.99. I was told since my vehicle used synthetic oil, it would be $89.99, which I was totally fine with. I asked if I would be able get the additional services included in the Winter Prep Package and was told no. Then I was informed that they also did not have any oil filters for my vehicle (I have had my oil changed here previously) but I was welcome to go across the street and get one and they could change the oil-still charging me $89.99.This is horrible customer service (actually no customer service), I have been coming here for a few years now. Based on this experience, I may need to look for a new place to get my oil changed. You are welcome to contact me if you would like to make this right. I cannot tell you how disappointing this is, and I was also told there was no manager there so....

The service was great. The mechanics were not too pushy with added services. They checked the while vehicle and cleaned the windows too.

Easy in and out for a basic oil change. Very fast. They also vacuumed my car and washed the windows. They are first come first serve, so I suggest calling first to check the wait time.Only reason it's not a 5 star is because I asked for a tire rotation and they did not do it.

My father and I have been going to Grease Monkey for years and we have never been disappointed. Wonderful service, and very honest and hard working employees. I am always greater with a smile and I know that I will get my money's worth when I come here. They take care of their people and their customers.

WARNING-They do not take care to replace access covers. I had used them with good success for months and then found that my air foil access cover was not replaced after service. This impacts how a car regulates engine cooling and gas mileage to some extent. I went back to recover it and was told they "could not find it". I asked if it had been thrown away and was told "probably so". No effort has been made to fix the problem, replace the cover, or even contact me back about the problem. Buyer beware, check your car before you leave or don't go here at all.

They were fairly fast. They forgot to reset the oil prompt in my truck. They sold me the worst wipers on the planet. Tryed to sell me a cabin filter that looks clean. If I return it would be for a oil change only.

Good for oil change but not much else. The last two times I ve gone here they ve let me know that a turn signal light and a brake light were out, but were unable to change for me or give me any info on how to change myself. YouTube was more helpful!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I am a senior citizen lady and I would not think of taking my car anywhere else for an oil change! They are thorough and knowledgeable and polite. I trust them implicitly.

Car wash is a complete joke. It you want to get robbed of your time and money come here. First problem a wash bay was having problem. You'd think they'd shut if down. Nope come in and we'll take your money. 2nd time I had 2 minutes left and the system shut down as I was applying spot free rinse. 3rd time I had 10 minutes left and it shut down while applying the spot free rinse. All separate bays. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very friendly and professional staff. They took great care of my vehicle and even cleaned the windows and checked the tire pressure while getting an oil change. This location also has a do it yourself car wash that was very convenient.Since this one is a smaller shop they can't do all services that some can, but for routine maintenance like oil changes, inspections and other small services, they are fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

I go here for oil changes. They bring your air filters in just to show you how they're doing which is nice, they offer to do some extra stuff like replace your wiper blades but aren't pushy about anything. I always leave feeling like they want to help me, not sell me stuff or make money off me. They're kind and timely. Highly recommend.

Fast, maybe too fast. Don't make a point to tell me the service includes vacuuming when you only spend about 30 seconds on each side in the front and don't even touch the back seat floor boards. They seemed only interested in selling extras and and not in performing the service that they made a point to say was included in what was paid for. Pretty pricey for just an oil change without the extras that were promised and expected. But, they were fast.

I've had several cars serviced here for oil changes....I'm a woman....and the employees haven't ever treated as oh, another dumb woman we can get tons more money from...no! That has not been their style with me personally. They are very professional and made of awesome in my opinion. Fair prices too! Highly recommend them!
