My husband used Gray s previously and was very happy with their work and attention to detail. Our high school aged daughter hit a curb and because it was the weekend I took it to our local Firestone against my husband s advice. They charged for an alignment they couldn t complete and managed to make some of the specs worse. We called Gray s and they were able to get her car aligned with no issue and for significantly less money. We really appreciate them and highly recommend their services.

Great service. Blew my tire out same day, called to see if they had openings for 4 new tires. Got my car there around lunch time & was done within 2-3 hours. Highly recommend.

Bought tires on a Friday, the following day my engine blew and was offered less than 20% return on the tires that we bought from Gray's less than 24 hours earlier, on a car that was no longer drivable!!! We have used Gray's for years, they showed us NO GRACE or INTEGRITY for our situation. I was hung up on numerous times. So disappointing after years of loyalty.

When to go get my car realigned, it took only an hour. Didn't try to rip me off, and they let you know if there is something else wrong.

I took my BMW X3 to do an oil change, alignment and breaks. I was charged 1/2 the price I would have paid at the BMW Dealership. However, it was the biggest disappointment, I had to take back like three times to get it synchronized. At this time I don t even think that they did anything to it. But I had to pay!By the way, they replied saying that it was a fake review, please see the pics. Also, they said that they had never served my vehicle, that should say more about their horrible service!

Got me in quick for 4 all season 18" tires. The price was higher than I expected with the minimal post-purchase service they offer: tire rotation only. No rebates. No extended warranty offered at all.

Excellent service. Moved from my old mechanic shop of 15 years over to Gray's and they been beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Reliable and friendly. Old fashioned Lay's machine in waiting area is pretty cool too!

I had been to 6 garages and no one could fix my 2015 chevy sonic. Harold, Emily, Tabatha, all cared, listened to what I thought about the problem, where no one else could try to fix the issue as I wouldn't pop a code. Issues fixed. The best place to take your vehicle. Will not go any where else.

Went in for a diagnostic on an electrical issue shortly after the store opened with a previously set appointment. Due to a lack of available parking in the lot/side street areas I parked my car at a meter until it could be serviced. After waiting 2.5 hours not hearing any updates (and feeding the meter for that duration), I went to the front desk to ask if there were any updates or delays, only to be met with a rather dismissive we re working on it before I could ask my question. Spent about 5 hours in the lobby waiting until I went up to the desk to ask for another update, this time to be informed that they completed their inspection. Based on the work order/receipt draft time, the paperwork was completed about 30 minutes before I went up to ask for my last update. Ultimately charged over $100 and parking meter fees to be told the problem couldn t be fixed without a specialty part and another appointment. I m not upset at the end result of the diagnostic, but the rather steep price I paid for waiting in the lobby for 5 hours with no communication from staff about the status of my vehicle or an estimate on how long I may be waiting. The Honda service people had quoted me $1000 to fix my car. Living on a fixed income with two kids in school it wasn't going to happen.A good friend recommended Grays. What a blessing! Honest, half the price, the car has never run so good. And a two year warranty parts and labor. There are still good people in this country of ours!

Had to have the battery replaced, (which irked my nerve because I could do it myself if Ford hadn't placed it in an unaccessible location) So I priced out batteries and started calling around so I'd have an idea of how much this would cost. Gray's had been recommended to me, and I called them first. The quote was WAY cheaper than I was expecting and they were able to squeeze me in the next day as long as I got it there when they opened. I was there about 10 minutes early and they took the keys. Called me in the afternoon to let me know the air filter needed to be replaced (something I've been putting off, because it's another PITA) and I they'd replace it for just the cost of the part since they already took it out getting to the battery. My car was ready 1/2 hour later. Well priced, in and out at the last minute. Thank you!Service: Battery

They were very nice. They fit me in during a busy time.but couldn't do the job. My tie rods were rusted and they couldn't get them. I paid $20 for their time is all. Reasonable. I took it somewhere and they put heat on it and had it done in minutes.

STAY AWAY!!I have waited to write this review because I was so incredibly angry when I first found out how this place completely lied to me about the work that needed to be done on my car. I went in for a weird thunking sound that seemed to be coming from the front of my car when I would turn. At first the guy who looked at my car said he couldn t even find anything wrong and didn t hear anything when he drove it, which astonished me but he said he would keep looking. After more waiting, a woman called me to the counter to inform me that it was the front, rear, and side engine mount that were bad and needed to be replaced. Then she showed me how much it would cost and all my red flag alarms started going off. Supposedly, my pilot needs a special kind of engine mount which are outrageously expensive.I left without having any work done because they said it wasn t urgent, and I instantly called Freedom Honda. They got me in right away, and when I informed them what I was told at Gray s she said it sounded a bit fishy. I was at the Honda dealership for a grand total of 30 mins (I was at Gray s for over two hours I believe) and they found that my engine mounts are in fact PERFECTLY FINE and it was actually some strut bolts loose on top of the struts. The guy literally just had to tighten them and the problem was fixed. I am so happy I trusted my gut and didn t get the work done at Gray s. I m not sure if they are running a shady practice and scamming people on the regular, or if this one guy just felt inadequate that he couldn t find what was wrong and made something up, but I will never go there again, and I would not ever recommend that anyone else does!

I would highly recommend Grays! They take great care of my car. They never recommend anything I don t need. They give me a fair price for quality work. I know I can count on them for anything I need. Had a major front end rebuild on my 2001 Tahoe. Estimate was $1200 but final bill was only $900! Grays determined that one of the components did not need replacement so reused it and saved me $300. I really appreciated there honesty. Also the car handles much better so they did a great job.

Gray's has done a wonderful job of taking care of my car for the last four years. They are friendly and helpful. They tell me exactly what needs to be done to keep my car running and they let me know if there are things that can wait until later so I can prioritize and budget. They are also very efficient and do a great job of finding time to get me in when I'm on a tight schedule.
