Had an appointment, they called and said the new windshield had a crack in it. Now it's a week later and the technician is almost late to the appointment.Between 9-11am, no call from the technician to say where he is. 11am comes around I'm leaving and finding someone else to do it.And the tech just called and said it was for 12-2pm! What is your malfunction? You just lost my business.

I had a great experience with their services. The technician was helpful and work with me for scheduling and for the location. The technician came to my work and did the job really efficiently and fast.

I am at a loss for words. The phone rep helped me even with the issues my car has that don't even pertain to him. he spent so much time helping me buy just giving me info. And the tech, Rick, was amazing. He saved me money, he was honest, fast, hard working. I would give them all a raise. Honestly the best experience. What a wonderful team you all have. Thank you for taking care of me and my 3 yr old son. I will never go anywhere else

Just had our service completed for the second time by Rick. I remembered him from the first time by how attentive to detail he is and how promt he is at getting the job done. Yesterday, something hit one of my windows of my car, and within a few hours, there was a big hole in the middle of the window. I was referred to this company by my insurance. The person who changed my window was very professional and funny. He got the job done quickly and neatly. However, the lady I talked to on the phone was being pretty rude. She was talking to me like I was a little kid and was very impatient with me as I didn't have the best reception. I understand it's annoying to have to repeat something, but she was doing it in a very huffy way. I'm sure I just got the wrong person. I recommend them for repair, but hopefully people don't get the same lady on the phone as I did.

Not only do I work closely with Sheri as our vendor for glass needs, I am also a customer! Getting my windshield replaced was a very easy and quick experience. Sheri really cares about her customers and if there is anything wrong, she goes above and beyond to make it right. I would highly recommend Glass America.

Gave us the wrong glass and broke out the clips in the door. Took over 2 weeks to even get back to us about a refund then we were hung up on TWICE while trying to contact a manager. Ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. The technician gave us his number and told my boyfriend to come by his house to fix the window he already installed. Ridiculous don t waste your money

Sheri is so personable & kind. Her team is very quick at responding & every customer of ours that has used Glass America's services is overly impressed. There's never any complaints and they give a fair price too!

Have had my glass repaired by Glass America a few times and service has always been great and very efficient coming to me for the repairs! Sheri Hazeloop has always been so good to me and I refer all my customers her way! Keep up the great work!

I deal with Glass America on a regular basis because I work in the insurance industry. They are always very pleasant and IF something happens to go wrong, they go above and beyond to make it right. We've got our own windshield replaced as well and had no issues! Thank you Sherri for always being a doll!

Got quote that morning, called 10 mins later and had new windshield that afternoon. Install team was prompt and new windshield looks great! Cost was about 15% less than the big guys I called the day before.

Someone broke my back windshield. I called Glass America. Thomas fix my Window. Something happened and my car was listed as a Passat instead of a Jetta. He was fantastic even when something gone wrong for a moment with wrong parts. I went on line to get a quote and got a call back from an agent from your company. I explained that I had received a quote from another company that was $32 cheaper than your company. Without even asking me where that quote was from, the agent immediately started bad talking the other company I got a quote from. I felt this was very unprofessional. I would never do business with a company that immediately talks bad about another company. They should only talk their company up instead trying to make them look better by down talking other businesses.

Scheduled an appointment 1 week out and they called the day of saying the place they got their glass from was closed and acted like it wasnt their fault thenplace was closed.
