I had my car repaired here last June. My car was completed in the time that they said it would be and everyone I came in contact with was very professional and courteous. We've had a couple of warranty items since then and they were handled quickly. I worked with Jon and Mardell on this last issue and definitely want them and the whole team to know that I appreciate their kindness and making this an easy process for me. They were very busy but didn't make me feel rushed or that I was a bother. Great customer service! The extra little TLC they gave my car was a great touch! Good job!

Had damage to rear bumper. Had to replace the entire back panel. They did an excellent job! Carolyn was outstanding! Great customer service! The car looked brand new again after the work was done. Only took 2 days to complete. The paint match was perfect! Price estimate was spot on. Came in exactly as they told me. I would recommend this location and would use them again! Horrible company went in to get my bumper fix and took my door interior off, didn't even put it back on when I pick it up. They also kept my old bumper with out replacing it, on top of that my car won't start. Just found out what this company did was illegal they need your permission to take off additional parts by you and the insurance company. I am now seeking legal action. This is the worst body shop in the Springs. They mess up simple installs. Can't get the gaps correct, break parts they didn't need to even take off, then try to charge the insurance company full price on something they broke (that's called insurance fraud). The manager, Rory, just walks around on his cell phone all day. Even his employees say he's a horrible boss who doesn't do anything. He'll lie straight to your face. Hopefully, the lady with Allstate did what she said she was going to do and pulled this shop from the allstate program, but I doubt it. Word to the wise, stay as far away from this shop as you can, unless you want to deal with them for months.Would give them a zero if I could

I would not recommend this place. My repairs took longer than reasonably expected. My rims and tires were stolen while at the shop, and I was forced to file another insurance claim. My jack was also stolen and not replaced, and the new sensors in my tires don't work properly.

I had my 21 Outback repaired at the Palmer Park location following a fender bender. The work and customer service was exceptional. A big shout out to Jonny Carroll (service rep) who pushed updates via text and phone. Technician who serviced my vehicle did an outstanding job looks brand new. Interior and exterior detail on my returned vehicle was a great touch and professionally done. Hope to not see Gerber again too soon, but would definitely take a vehicle there for repair!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was sent in by my insurance company to be repaired for a bump replacement and 4 months later I now have my vehicle and the whole bumper is destroyed the radiator is missing and my door handle is gone and front door inside panel is taking off... I have no running vehicle and no explanation to why my car was sent back to me this way and I do have pictures. They should Not have taken my car apart like this knowing the insurance place said they were not going to pay they could have gave me my working vehicle back and I would have been gladly to take it elsewhere. I want my radiator back my bumper back and my door handle back!!! What kind of buisness starts the work before they get paid from the insurance. YOU Ought to be ashamed for running a buisness like this and I know Gerber Collision don't care about the situation I am writing this review hopefully someone will be saved. We took my granddaughters car to Gerber Collision after a minor accident. I want to start by saying that the work they did was exceptional and the car looks amazing. When they were finished with her car, the insurance company of the young lady that hit her, said they were not going to cover some of the repairs. The staff here are the best people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They were helpful in every way possible keeping me up to date on the situation with my car. Giving me advice on many many things regarding insurance, vehicle warranties and questions to ask both my insurance company and the lien holder of my vehicle. If I ever need collision repair again I wouldn't hesitate for even a second to have the work done here. I highly recommend Gerber Collision!

Major issues with the suspension after the repair to the tire. My mechanic found 1200$ of addtl damage that wasn't addressed by gerber. Absolute disgrace I have to pay my own mechanic to fix claim damage that should've been fixed by Gerber since they had my car almost 3 weeks. I have no idea where these bad reviews came from and quite honestly I was skeptical to send my vehicle here at first but the Gerber team was nothing short of amazing during the whole process. I got rear ended and had to have my vehicle towed after hours, they called my the next morning, on a Saturday, to confirm that they received my vehicle. I got told that the tow guy was pretty dirty when he got in my vehicle and that they would bill my insurance (Esurance) to get it detailed, which in my opinion, showed that they really cared. Alisa kept me updated throughout the whole entire process. I could not recommend them more! Thank you, Gerber Collision, for making this as easy as possible! I would recommend them over and over again!

Had a rough experience upon introduction(Dec.2018)-we had been rear ended and the person who hit us had Insurance that recommended Gerber nearby. Communication wasn t the best and the ladies at the front desk were without personality or customer service(probably horrible management)-again this was upon first impressions.It took 3 months because of hail damage waitlist for us to get in-which is understandable. During our waiting period new staff has been added on and I noticed a difference in better communication even the ladies at the front desk seem less stressed and the manager,John, who is now there is amazing!!! They went above and beyond in getting everything from insurance company and making sure to call to schedule for any cancellations and working through the list. The communication through every step had us at peace knowing what was happening! We even got in 3 weeks earlier than anticipated! Yay Gerber!!We picked up our car yesterday and it looks fantastic!- I was worried at first but now realized this place needed someone who is a great leader! I definitely recommend-I have seen older reviews and believe it was poor management that had previously hindered this place. I highly recommend Gerber collision ask for John! He will get the job done right!! Thanks for making me a believer of the great service our family has been provided! (March 2019)

Quick estimate for collision damage. Steve was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain the estimate and the next steps to proceed.Dropping my review from 4 to 3, the estimate portion of repair was a great experience but unacceptable wait to get the vehicle repaired. My vehicle has a damaged passenger door which allows outside air to come in. It is winter and they can't get my car in to repair it until late March! Three months+ indicates they don't have enough employees or space to do the repairs. A courtesy would be to mention how long it is taking to get appointments, I would have looked elsewhere to begin the process.

I'm glad I decided to take my Subaru to Gerber after an accident where another person swerved into my lane. Gerber did a great job replacing the fender, the headlight, and painting the front bumper. Matt was the estimator who worked with me, and Amber from the front desk was very easy to talk to. They communicated well with me about the repair and when it would be available for pick up. They worked well with the insurance company and even though it wasn't directly in their network, things still seemed to go smoothly. The final touch where I really felt they went above and beyond, it appears that they vacuumed not only the section of the car they worked on, but the back seat as well. Thanks for making things so smooth! If the situation arises, I would be happy to bring my vehicle to Gerber again!

I have used this location 3 times in the last 15 months. I had used the same estimator for all 3 times. The first 2 repairs went fantastic. During the 3rd repair, my estimator was replaced. The work that was to be done was completed to a satisfactory level. However the extra stuff I was told would be taken care of as well. Like the residual glue from the tape that held the plastic film over the broken window. I still have pieces of glass stuck to the residual adhesive that was not removed. Their response was sorry we don't do that. So after the visit I will be finding a different body shop for any future needs for personal or my company vehicles

My vehicle was fixed over a year ago. I waited to make sure there were no other problems. I can happily say, there have been no other issues with my car. The Gerber team did a great job from customer service, constant communication, and even cleaned off the snow on my car the day I picked it up.I was worried at first because usually you have problem after problem with your vehicle after it has been wrecked. I have not had that type of experience this time. It looks and feels like it has never been in an accident.Would gladly work with Gerber again.

My wife and I had a reservation for a detailed estimate, we were paying for this completely out of pocket even though our vehicle had been totalled from a criminal who pled guilty before a judge. Gerber Collision sent me an email the night before on a time sensitive case that they were unable to give us a detailed vehicle estimate... I called the next morning in an attempt to resolve any issues, and to my disbelief the receptionist and her manager at this location were EXTREMELY disrespectful, they even told me to call a Gerber Collision way out in Falcon, Co "who probably wouldn't be able to help either".... I was like really?! Wow how unprofessional! I've worked in this particular industry for many years and have NEVER experienced this amount of difficulty receiving something as simple as a vehicle estimate. If the Law would allow me to perform my own vehicle estimate I would but this just isn't the case. Now I know why Gerber Collision was never recommend by anyone who works in this particular industry. Extremely low standards due to extremely poor management seems to be the biggest issue after speaking with 4 separate Gerber Collisions... They'll clearly hire anyone who will accept a paycheck. They'll gladly steal anyone's insurance money so if you're okay with that then send them your vehicle.

We got an estimate at the beginning of the month, and decided to go with Gerber for our repairs. Well They are a busy place I guess, because when they called me back to schedule appointment, I could not be squeezed in till like 20 days later. Well we go in to drop the car off 20 days later right at our appointment time, and guess what? We were told that we were not in their "system" for today and that they had no notes of us scheduling. WOW! Not to mention the staff was rude to me and and other customers that were currently waiting.

My initial dealings with this establishment was fine. They helped me work with another person's insurance company that caused the damage and made dropping off the vehicle easy. The initial repairs went pretty well until I noticed a few paint chips that had not been repaired. No big deal, right? They said they would talk with the insurance company about the damage that the agent must have missed. I didn't sign the paperwork saying I was satisfied but that was fine, they'd call me to bring the car back in.Then weeks went by. I called them, they said they were waiting on Allstate. Allstate said they hadn't received any paperwork. More weeks went by. The bumper they repaired had become raised, likely from an improper reinstall or damaged clip. I brought the car in to show them. They now so they don't work with Allstate anymore due to so many vehicles needing hail damage repair. Still, they said they would send the paperwork to Allstate and fix the issues.More weeks go by. I call them, the receptionist says they are under new management or have new people. They say they will call me back. They never do.Needless to say I'm frustrated, I don't have time to fool with these people.Stay away, they don't deserve your money, now I'm stuck trying to work with them and its a nightmare.UPDATE: I was contacted by the new manager Ken and he apologized for the issue and promised to make things right.

Worst customer service ever. I had take my car in to be repaired from a wreck. When I picked up my car I had noticed damage that was not from the wreck and was not there prior to my car being dropped off. My radio screen has a scratch that is about 3.5 inches long and a few smaller scratches to side of the bigger one. I brought up the damage and they said they would have to contact my insurance regarding the damage. I kept asking why. My first answer I got was it s our policy but they couldn t tell me why it was policy. The. She told me because my manager told me so . I asked for her manager. So Jen came out. I asked her the same questions. She gave me the same responses. So no one could tell me why it s their policy. Or why they had to contact MY insurance for damage THEY caused. The next day I contacted my insurance rep and she told me the company did not need to go through my insurance since the company caused the damages. The company never did get back to me in regards to how they were going to fix the issue. I have them a couple weeks to get past the holidays and then I called. When I called Jen instantly was like that s not our problem we didn t do the damage we are not fixing it. So we went back and forth a little bit and I kept trying to ask questions but she kept cutting me off. I was getting very frustrated. I then asked who I could contact that is above her. She told me no one she IS the store manager. Which I knew there had to be someone above I asked again. She told me to contact customer care. When I asked how I went about doing that she was like well you already know because you have already contacted them instead of giving me their info she kept accusing me of contacting customer care which I hadn t. Then she told me I could go online and get the contact info. She was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Not very helpful for a store manager and when I told her that she hung up on me.

Went to the location off of powers today. Was helped with service by associate Sarah today. She was so incredibly helpful and polite. Actually helped navigate insurance issues as I was hit by someone that has been less than helpful. She took the time to go was above and beyond what I expected even at a time that I know she was very busy. Would definitely recommend this business!! This auto repair shop was recommended by USAA. I wish I would have done some research before the tow truck came to pick up my vehicle. Upon going there to get an estimate they said it would take about a week. I'm on week three now and they still haven't look d at my car. The GM said he would have an estimate as of today and to call back to find out if my car was totaled. When I called I was out on hold for 30 mins just to tell me they still haven't looked at my car, three weeks later. I'm glad I pay for a rental car through my insurance, otherwise I would even be more out of pocket. As for the customer service, trash, everyone there seems to be as if they're annoyed and overwhelmed. I would have to say to steer clear of this establishment of you can. Even the interior of their shop is falling apart. Will update this status if anything changes.

When I heard that it would be a few weeks to have my truck repaired I was a little disappointed. I am so glad I waited my 2012 Dodge Ram looks brand new! They replaced my hood and roof. The rest of the truck was repaired with Paintless Dent Repair. It came out wonderful! They sent me emails to keep me up to date on the repair and it was finished on time! GREAT JOB Gerber Collision & Glass!

DO NOT GO HERE OR LET ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT GO HERE. They were awful they had my car for a month before they even opened the hood. When they did open the hood they damaged my car further. They never called me to keep me informed and when I called them they would get defensive and be rude to me. They acted like I had no right to know what was going on with my car. Gerber has forgotten who their customer is. They blamed their lack of timeliness on my insurance company, and as I have worked with them in the past and had no problems I know that to be false. They lied to me time and time again. It took a month and countless different estimates to find out it was totalled. Truly terrible in every way.

Gerber did a great job! They kept me informed the entire time and worked quickly to get me back on the road. They worked directly with the insurance company and the rental car company, so I didn t have a thing to worry about. I definitely recommend them!

I have used Gerber several times in the past and always appreciated their professionalism and the quality of work. However, we the recent Hail Storm in July it appears they have bitten off more than they can chew, and will probably be losing my business. They originally scheduled my repairs for September and then the day before I was supposed to go in they called and said they couldn't see me until December 19. Okay fine, I'll wait. Well December 19 is today. I called to see what time they would like me to drop it off and they said how about May 3rd...what would have happened if I had shown up this morning to drop it off with my rental car already contracted? They also didn't seem that concerned that I was going to have to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed, especially as patient as I have already been. I'm also going to have to warn USAA who recommended them.
