Gary s is a true, hard working, honest, American business that cares about their customers and it shows. Gary clearly explained the problem, how he would correct it, and he got the job done for less than I was quoted. I highly recommend letting Gary and his shop address your automotive needs. Sue is a very unprofessional, rude and impolite person. I will never ever use this tow yard again for anything. I got into an accident and my insurance used them to store my car until they could pick it up, but they dodged my insurance companies calls for two whole weeks. When my adjuster finally got a hold of her, she was really nasty towards her. I also called her to politely inform her that they were trying to car and was going to request that she call them but before I could finish my sentence, she called them a bunch of liars; that they never called. When they finally picked up my car, I called Gary's to confirm and Sue was nasty and accused me of blowing up her phone and hanging up in her ear which is not true. Yes I called a lot, but my car was sitting in her lot and no one was giving me any answers. It's a miracle they are still in business with how unprofessional they are.

The owners are super nice and friendly. I have taken my car there a couple of times, and the fix was taken care of in a timely basis, and I am completely satisfied with the work done.

I recently had the pleasure of having my truck worked on at Gary s. I was in a minor accident and needed some front end work and body work. Gary repaired the front suspension and did the alignment on my truck and I have to say that it is the most dead straight accurate alignment I ve ever had. Then we get to the paint. They painted my front fenders which had some minor damage and the paint looks better than factory. Flawless finish, which is extremely difficult to do with black pearl. I couldn t speaking more highly of the work they do, and Gary and Sue are a joy to deal with, which you don t find often anymore.

After being in an accident on the highway, you are rattled and don t read the fine print on the paperwork you sign saying the towing company is responsible for nothing (damage to your car while towing or damage/theft to your car while being stored). The fine print also says that you have been advised of all storage fees. Untrue. Gary never mentioned the storage fees, he did not say what the daily fee was, and he did not say there would be a storage fee charge while they worked on an estimate for repairs.Gary charged my husband a storage fee while they had his car to do an estimate on repairs. I have never heard of or experienced such a thing.You need a tow because your car is damaged and so you ask them to do an estimate for repairs while they have your car. They don t get back to you for weeks while they do the estimate. (They supposedly called but there is no record of that.) When you eventually call them to see what the holdup is they quote you an outrageous estimate for repairs. When common sense dictates not to use them for repairs, they then charge you their unknown storage fee for all the time they had your car supposedly working on their estimate.The only good thing this shop has going for it is the receptionist Sue.p.s. Look on Yelp for more reviews.p.p.s. We found another garage whose estimate was a 1/2 of Gary s estimate.

Reading their reviews got me to give them a try, and I was so happy to find out that they were all true. This is a Mom and Pop kind of shop with years and years of experience under their belt. But with all the technology that big flashy shops have. Their prices are very reasonable so just give them a try and you'll be glad too.

I was referred to Gary and Sue by a nearby tire shop for an alignment after having my tires replaced. This is a family run business. They are genuinely good people. I returned today for an alignment on my girlfriends car after having tires replaced. They are knowledgeable, fairly priced. I spent over 30 years in the automotive service industry. It takes a lot to impress me. They have won my trust and all my future business. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I love this shop! Gary and the team are friendly and work with the highest integrity! I thought my struts were going out when I took it in. They took a look at it and informed me that I was wrong! The issue was about half the cost! They have gone above and beyond not just to make sure we are taken care of but also to save us money! I cannot say enough about the pleasure it is to enjoy the company and service of the team at Gary s!Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

While driving from Evergreen to Manitou Springs I had the fortunate misfortune of being involved in a frightening car accident on I-25. The fortunate part was that Gary's Collision was dispatched to pick up me and my undrivable car. Gary himself professionally picked us up from the highway and delivered us to the office.. He told me "Go see Sue, she knows everything." He was RIGHT! Sues calm demeanor, knowledge of her business, and how to handle insurance claims immediately calmed me down. Throughout the whole process, she kept me informed and helped me work through issues with the insurance. My car now looks and drives better than before. All the kind of service Gary insured me of that morning on I-25. I can't thank them enough!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

This man Gary is absolutely hateful he is the most racist person in the world! In his vocabulary there is only hate, it disgusts me that someone like that can have a business! Latinos because they don't speak English well and they have to use the translator, they are no less than you

After having numerous bad experiences with chain repair shops trying to upsell me by hundreds of dollars and exaggerate problems, This place didn't try ripping me off and did exactly what I asked without excuses. This is what I want to see more of in body shops as this is a local business with honesty and integrity who deserves credit.

Was picking up a vehicle from this facility and the owner got my face, was cussing at me for no reason and even put his hands on me. Never do business with this facility. You have been warned!

Don t take your car anywhere else for an alignment! He does it faster and with more care for half the price! This might be the most honest mechanic shop I ve ever used! Thanks Gary for the great work!

Tow driver showed up with an attitude and refused a police tow. Not a company worth dealing with. If i could give a zero rating i would. Very very poor customer service

My neighbours truck was damage by a deer. Gary's repaired it so well you couldn't tell it had a smashed in front end. Kudos to Gary's Collision.

Awesome body repair shop. Dealt with my hail damage two times in a row and didn't have to worry about a thing with insurance. Very disrespectful to other people especially the older guy thinks he is the owner of the world.tells others how to do their job.instead of assisting on that especially when you just got paid...for impounding...disrespectful...
