Took my 1996 Ford Bronco in for muffler work. When we picked it up, the custom tail pipe extension were missing. Called the shop, and they said "didn't think you wanted them". Really? How could they think anything on a restored old car "wasn't wanted". They admitted they threw them in the trash.

Wasn't able to buy a new exhaust from them because of stupid colorado regulations. However, the folks were really helpful and courteous when pricing out options over the phone. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service. Was more concerned with interruption and restoration than discussing a simple muffler delete.

I was very impressed. I called ahead to make an appointment to have my van serviced and when I arrived the owner took my van into the shop area, did a quick assessment, and quoted me a repair price. Agreed, and off he went to work on my van. I waited, maybe 20 minutes while he worked. He also noticed other trouble spots and made recommendations for other service companies to fix my rear suspension system. Reasonable cost and great service.

I highly recommend doing business with Front Range Muffler.I purchased an aftermarket muffler for my Miata and John installed it. I'm glad I did because I didn't have the proper tools and my car is too low to the ground for me to have attempted it. John has 40 years of experience and it was straightforward for him.John's an honest man as he had quoted me a price to do the work, but ultimately charged me less because of the time it took him. His expertise was the reason he was able to do it quickly, and he was so careful installing it.It's nice to see his positive attitude, expertise, great customer service, and honesty. I had just bought another truck, but the person before me had put on a straight pipe. It was loud and obnoxious. I called the store and set up an appointment for 2 days later. The person who answered the phone was courteous and polite and understood everything I talked about. When I came for the appointment, they were ready and waiting (I was the first appointment of the day). We decided on a muffler, and it was installed an hour later. The price was right where I thought it should be. The whole process was courteous, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I will go back for any problem I might have.Service: Exhaust

I have been here a few times and have always been happy with the service and quality of their work. They take time to work with you and listen to what you are trying to achieve. The prices are unbelievably affordable and the personal touch of their work is 100% small business and old-time-handshake type of feel. I will use this company for as long as it is around. Outstanding service! John met me at my appointment time and took my truck right into the shop. He asked me several questions about what I wanted to have done. It was a very simple straight-forward job. Within minutes he had an estimate for me. I was satisfied with the estimate and asked if he had time to do right then. He told me he could have it done within 2 hours. One hour and forty minutes later he was finished. A very professional installation and welding job. He didn't once offer to sell me anything more than I needed and what we had agreed upon. In the end, the actual amount didn't change from the estimate. I would highly recommend Front Range Muffler.

Front Range is an excellent shop. They do quality work at a great price, easy to schedule and quickly built my exhaust system, which turned out great. A muffler hanger broke from driving trails 2 years after they put my kit on and I stopped by to ask John about it. He opened the garage door and immediately went to work on my truck no questions asked and no fees. Their work is legit and guaranteed I don't think there is a better muffler shop in town.

I love small businesses and support them fully. Reviews were great on Yelp and Google and they lived up to it. Friendly and fast but still quality work. They were able to get me in and taken care of. Even took some time to explain things and learned a lot. Thank you for the military discount as well.

Always great service! I just had my second muffler replacement done with Front Range. I had my factory muffler replaced in 2012, great work then and now. 8+ years on a muffler, (especially the way I have abused it) is a good run in my book. It is an even better value given what I paid.Now I can drive my 2000 Silverado and it does not sound like a top-fuel dragster. =)I would not hesitate for a second to send anyone there for exhaust repair or custom work.Service: Exhaust

I am so so happy we chose this shop! The owner and his son are so awesome and kind!! There work is beyond amazing!!! The entire process was so smooth!!! We received EXACTLY what we wanted!!!! We had a cat back exhaust installed on our 14 GMC! It has a beautiful performance sound! They are amazing I will recommend them to everyone that needs a repair or looking for a custom exhaust! There was a short wait period for appointment and their work is beyond expectations!!!

These guys are awesome! About a year after my repair my exhaust started making a rattling noise. They pulled it into the shop and had it fixed within 10 min no charge. As a woman sometimes it s hard to find a shop that will take care of you and not try to scam you. 10/10 recommend these guys. Will be coming back if I ever have future exhaust work done.Service: Exhaust

Had my new 2016 Tacoma fitted with a tail pipe tip at Front Range. I had been trying to locate the proper fit and size on-line and became frustrated with the prices and lack of information. Front Range had the exact tip I wanted in-stock, trimmed back the old stock exhaust tip, and had my new one professionally and cleanly welded on and out the door in about 35 minutes. The price including labor was far less than expected. Exceptional customer service by professionals. Thank you for a great experience.

Front Range Muffler had the lowest price after shopping around for hours. They explained the different options available and the price upfront. When an additional issue was found they came to me and asked me if I wanted this fixed before any additional work was done. Very professional and top notch work. I recommend Front Range Muffler to my friends and family.

I had my Flowmaster Super 10 muffler installed on my Ram 1500 a few weeks ago and I was very pleased. I had an appointment set up, but I was taken early. John got it done in about an hour. It sounds great and more importantly it looks very secure on my truck. I highly recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at Front Range Muffler. When I brought in my vehicle, the mechanic asked me back to take a look at my existing muffler and then asked great questions about how I use the vehicle and what I wanted for a muffler. He was very knowledgeable and I never felt rushed or pushed to buy anything I did not want.I would recommend and/or come back for future muffler needs.

I brought my car in to get the rear hanger re-welded on my exhaust pipe. Friendly and speedy service for a great price. I highly recommend this shop if you need exhaust work!

Dropped off vehicle and it was done as expected. They made a suggestion for future work, showed me the issue, and brought it back into the shop to get it done when I said go ahead, versus doing the work without authorization and charging more than the estimate. Estimate was accurate within 10%.Would definitely call on them again when I need muffler work.Call well in advance, they are busy!

I knew my exhaust had at least one hole in it so I called John at Front Range Muffler. I liked the price so we set up an appointment for the following morning. Prior to doing any work he inspected the exhaust and noticed my muffler was a dual outlet and told me that replacing it with another dual outlet would cost more than the single outlet that he quoted me. Anyway I love the look of the dual outlet so I opted in and not only did he replace it with a dual outlet, but he replaced it with a slimline dual outlet and charged me less than he quoted me for the standard dual outlet. Additionally he completed the entire job two hours before anticipated as the morning was slow. I would recommend this shop to anyone. John is up-front, personal, and obviously cares about doing a good job. My car sounds great.

John was really patient with me and wasn't condescending at all when he explained what he was going to do. He did everything possible to make it cheaper for me and got the job done a lot quicker than I had expected. It was worth every penny and I will recommend Front Range Muffler to anybody I know that need exhaust work.

Front Range Muffler is honest fair and fast.. I really appreciate the work they did for me.. only gave me what I needed. No call backs for extras, quote was what I paid. Small business and it shows!

I have had this company do multiple jobs for me and every time it has been top notch. John the owner is helpful and accommodating. I don't even think of any place else when it comes to exhaust work. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them.

I have had 3 cars fitted with aftermarket/performance exhaust systems over the years by John and not only does he do great work, he has extremely reasonable prices. I had a custom exhaust system built for a Jeep project coming to an end. I told the owner the budget I had and the dollar amount I wanted to stay under. Not only did he listen intently to all the specific things I wanted my exhaust to have, but he came in on-time and under budget! Now, 12,000 miles later, the functional, fully welded system is still flawless and sounds incredible! Thank you for all your hard work in helping me create something awesome!!
