Very impressive service. This shop cares about their customers! They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations with the quality of work they provided. The hail damage on our 2018 Subaru Outback was pretty dramatic. We waited for months to be accommodated by a different shop. We ended up bringing our vehicle here and it was fixed within a few weeks. Looks like brand new. Clear communication from the shop. They also communicated with Progressive without us having to deal with it, and even provided a free of charge loaner that our insurance didn t cover. Highly recommend!

I have only great things to say about Five Star Hail! They took great care to ensure that the hail repairs to my car were done to the best standard and have a wonderful family atmosphere. It is clear that they believe in quality customer service and doing the right thing. I highly recommend!!!

Staff was nice and patient, that was the good, the bad was they kept my vehicle for 3 weeks for about a days worth of work, they made me wait for the insurance claim to approve an adjustment for hail damage to parts of the vehicle that 5 Star was not even going to be repairing, they could have gotten my vehicle done and billed my insurance so I could get my vehicle back a month earlier. Also there was a price adjustment for the portion they did that was not approved by me or explained, the best I can tell it would cost 1600$ to get a new windshield and paint less dent repair on 4 jeep doors, can t say I would pay them 250$ per door if it weren t the insurance paying for it, I guess when all the shops are so overbooked people can charge whatever they want. My main complaint is them having my vehicle for 3 weeks to do a day of work. Just disrespectful of my time. Like I said, why not do the work that they knew they were doing before the insurance claims on other stuff? Best I can tell they figured while they were raising the price on other stuff they weren t doing, they might as well get put the stuff they were doing in for another 400$. I went without my vehicle for 3 weeks because they wanted more money they never explained a need for. By the way I also waited 2 weeks just to be able to bring it in on an appointment, Why? I have no idea since they just did the windshield and then it sat for almost a month. I would use them again, but it would be as a absolute last resort. If I couldn t get my vehicle into any other shop, I feel like the price increase for the work they did was on justified and unexplained. To me that is unethical, regardless of where the money is coming from, and knowing that somebody else is paying for the repairs.

Above and beyond! Took my badly damaged 4-Runner and made it look new after the June 2023 hailstorm. Seamless, fast, and works great with insurance companies. Highly recommended.

Jake and his staff were great to work with. They offered a loaner car till my repairs were complete, and after repairing the hail damage, they washed and waxed my car. My car looks amazing! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Amazing customer service. The owners, Jake and Ariel were great at communicating and did exactly what they said they would do on a very efficient time schedule. My truck was hit in hail storm and took on over $17,000 worth the damage. When I got it back it looked brand new. Would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

We recently took both of our vehicles to Five Star Hail to get hail damage repaired. Both were returned in about a week and turned out literally looking brand new! They even detailed the interiors. The staff here is so friendly and even gave us a free loaner car since we were unable to get a rental through the rental car agency that our insurance provider partnered with. They also communicated with our insurance company when they came across more damage and it was resolved quickly. They truly care about their customers and their business. Hopefully, I'll never have to come back, but if our cars get hailed on again in the future, I know where to take them for repairs. Thank you Five Star Hail. 5 stars all the way!

Thank you to 5 Star Hail. My car was damaged in the hail storm on 7/4. They got me in after I received my estimate. I had my car back in about a week. It looked amazing. They also replaced my windshield because that was damaged in the storm. They are extremely professional and service oriented. I m so glad I chose them. USAA was my insurance carrier and there were no issues.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Five Star Hail and I couldn't be happier with the service. Jake and his team were incredibly fast and efficient, making sure to keep me informed every step of the way. They even offered me a rental vehicle so I could still get around while my car was being repaired. The location is great and the fact that they detailed my car before returning it to me was a nice touch. I highly recommend Five Star Hail for anyone in need of excellent service and communication.-Charles

Excellent customer service! After getting the run around all over town, I came in to ask about my truck. They were honest and straightforward which I greatly appreciate. Their help was above and beyond. And they ended up being the cheapest! A++ !

Their color match is rigorous, the owner is very knowledgeable and I would recommend making an appointment the earlier the better because that place is capital B busy.

I was looking for a local Hail repair and wow, did I find it. I have me 3rd vehicle in from the summer hail. They are outstanding experts and I have not had any issues. Professional and comfortable shop.

Took my vehicle in for a hail repair estimate. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they don't mess around with confusing tactics, or try and take your money just for an estimate. 5 stars is an understatement! Jake and his team are phenomenal! Worked quickly to get my 4Runner limited repaired. Got my vehicle back cleaner than I dropped it off and all damages fixed perfectly. They kept me in the loop and even made sure I was able to get to my rental car when I dropped my vehicle off. Such a nice team who genuinely cares about the customer and their vehicle. Would not go anywhere else! Five stars!

I could not have had a more amazing experience than I did with 5 Star Hail. Jake and his team did a great job turning a terrible hail event into a positive experience. They made sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. They returned my truck in such great shape. They were so quick to get my truck in the shop and finished. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of paintless dent repair. Hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a body shop. I had a pretty significant dent on my front driver side fender. I went all around town looking for the right quality of service at a good value. I stopped by Five Star Hail. Jacob got me immediately and took care of my car within Few hours. Now it looks as good as new.I m highly impressed with the customer service. He even gave me a ride to my next destination. I could recommend Five Star Hail the service is beyond a 5 star rating. If you don t believe me go see for yourself.

I had major hail damage after a storm last year. My car looked like a golf ball! After doing many estimates, I decided to go with Five Star Hail due to all the positive reviews. I was able to meet with Jake and see him in his work environment which made this decision a no brainer. Jake is a fabulous guy all around. He was professional and friendly and truly fixed my car as if it were his own. In fact it came out looking as good as it did new off the lot! I was surprised at how easy the repair process was compared to other similar businesses that I had been to in the past. I cannot say enough about this business...Please if you are looking to fix your car, give Jake and Five Star Hail a call to at least meet with him for an estimate because I know for certain that you will not be disappointed!!

I couldn't be happier with Five Star Hail, they did an absolutely wonderful job on my car. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle while the work was getting done. When I showed up to pick up my car this morning, it was parked out front looking all fresh and mean and you could tell it had just been washed. They even detailed the inside for me. I wish I could give them more stars, they exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

I was unable to find anyone to help me in the Denver area to get my hail damage repaired. I got online and found five star and they got me in within a couple of days! They did an excellent job on my repair and they came through on time and my car looks fantastic! They also charged a fair price and came in under budget! I would highly recommend this repair shop, they were also very polite and accommodating. Karen Z Lakewood CO

Jake and Five Star Hail came highly recommended and I can see why. They had my car back in half the quoted time, spotless inside and out, even coordinating with my insurance company thus creating a seamless transaction. They turned a sour hail storm into a bright sunny day!

I can't say enough good things about Jake & his team. I have had the misfortune of having hail damage 2 yrs in a row but they really came through for my family. The first time I filed the claim I wasn't certain were to go, I picked from a list & got a rental car through my insurance company. Five Star Hail's performance exceeded my expectations, it was accurate, timely and they backed their work 100%, just as promised. After the 2nd storm I knew exactly where I wanted to go for the repairs. The biggest difference this time was I also took advantage of the loaner car that they offer. Hassle free & accurate service; I highly recommend them!

I would give Five Star Hail more stars if I could. Jake Schroeder is about the friendliest and most knowledgable body repair guy I've ever met. It was a pleasure working with him (and that says a lot seeing how my car was all beat up). He not only took my car the day after I called him, he turned it in two business days, back to perfect condition. (BTW, I had also call Larry H. Miller Collision because they are on USAA's preferred list and they said they couldn't get me in until December!!). The promptness, professionalism and craftsmanship is above and beyond. Highly recommend Five Star Hail!

We has just purchased a 2015 used vehicle, very low mileage and just like new. We surveyed our car the day after our purchase and noticed a dent(a little bigger than an egg) on the car. I contacted the dealership and got the you bought it as is answer. So I searched the web for paintless dent repair shops in Colorado Springs. After several calls to various shops explaining the dent I needed fixed and being told I would need to bring the vehicle in for an estimate I ended up calling Five Star Hail. Jake was very personable and listened to my explanation of the issue. He gave me an estimate of both cost and time over the phone and they were less than the ones I received from other paintless dent repair shops. Knowing that it could change I decided to take my vehicle to him. My wife and I met him and right off he showed that his pleasant demeanor over the phone was no act. He was very pleasant and professional as he surveyed our vehicle and then gave us a price and time estimate. His price and time estimate were spot on to what he gave us over the phone. He then took the time to explain how the process worked and allowed us to see him in action. Although Five Star Hail is not your LARGE corporate type business, Jake s professionalism and work ethic was far superior to a lot of the big dealership type repair shops. He surveyed the vehicle, gave us the price, explained things and then preceded to make the repair. Once completed (including buffing the affected area), there was no indication that a dent had existed. The car looks great. One thing that Jake did was tell us how many places say they have good techs, but it really takes someone who was mentored and really understands and knows exactly what it takes to do the job right. His mentor was his father. Well, his father can be proud as Jake knew what he was doing, treated us with respect and courtesy, kept his word and provided superior service.We left the business as happy / satisfied customers and well gladly go back there should the need arise.
