I have been with Firestone for 4 years now and had no problems until recently I went in for an alignment my car was there for 2 days because they for some reason could not get my ti rods off(don t understand how they are the only place that has ever done an alignment on my car) after 2 days they still couldn t not do an alignment so I came to grab my car on the way home not even 2 miles my wheel popped off, lost 3 lug bolts and Firestone refused to take any blame. I went into Firestone to talk to a manager or supervisor and apparently they are out of state and no one knows when they will be back. I talked to the tech who worked on my car Jason, all we asked was who did a safety check and he immediately started cussing and saying it s not his fault he refused to take any consideration to see how this even happened.was very rude and disrespectful I will never be going back I have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect off the bat when we came in calmly to solve an issue they refuse to take any blame at all.

I had to stop here after my tire was sliced by a Colorado Springs pothole driving on Academy. I ended up needing 4 new tires because I have an all-wheel drive car. The store manager, Jim, brought the initial quote to a price I could afford and was very kind. Tristan was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

I was traveling from out of town and had a drivers side windshield wiper problem. I called and they got me in with in an hour.The manager looked and knew the exact problem and got it fixed with in minutes. Pretty simple fix, which I was trying to do myself, but my bolt was warped and my girly strength wasn t cutting it, plus didn t have correct tools with me.Thank you so much, it really took some extra stress out of my day and allowed me to travel safely home, in this winter weather!

Utterly ridiculous 3 hours for just an oil change was over charged by $35. Oil sensor wasn t reset if they even changed the oil and didn t even bother to top off washer fluid avoid at all cost taking my business elsewhere and you should too

I made an appointment days in advance to get routine maintenance and inspection done. The appointment was for 9:00 am, and at 10:20 they were just starting to drive my car into the shop! Knowing that I was going to be waiting in the shop for my car, they didn t bother telling me about the delay at any point. Their battery tester apparently had a dead battery, ( Supposed to be charge over night . I m charging it right now. ), delaying my services further. Vending machine in the lobby took my money and gave me nothing. The restroom is locked and you have to ask them to let you in. Long story short, your appointment time means nothing, and hopefully you never have to sit and wait in the shop for your vehicle because there s no telling how long you will wait.

Explained/fixed issues. Been going there 20 years. The main/only reason I rated 4, is because regardless of business, everyone has room to improve, otherwise you're saying they're perfect and no one/anything is perfect in my view, but, service/repair was excellent/timely

I was very pleased with a customer service at this location. Abby was very kind to us and let us know exactly what was wrong with my tires. She was able to Discount us as much as she possibly could. Our bill ended up being a lot less than we thought it was going to be. My car is running so different now that I'm getting way better gas mileage. Prior to getting my tires changed and fixing a broken arm I was getting about 18 miles per gallon and I am now getting about 24. That is a huge difference. I had a few Shops look at it and no one could figure out what was wrong until we took it to this Firestone location. Thank you so much I will definitely be a repeat customer. I have been with Firestone for many years but this location has been the best so far! Thank you so much! While I did have to wait a couple of days, it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend this Firestone.

I was told by Abbie that an appointment only guarantees that you will be seen that day not at that time. After paitiently waiting an hour and 45 minutes and asking, why I had not been seen when I had an appointment at twelve. Then she said that she had no control over when parts would be delivered and the parts for my car were not there. I'm thankful Jason came to work and called to see where the parts were and called his manager to see what kind of discount he could give me.

The manager of the store really helped me out by trying to lower my cost, and also recommended snap finance! Which I got approved for, so I think JIM a lot.

We take our fleet vehicles here and rarely have any issues with their work. We've used many shops over the last couple years but this shop still prioritizes getting the work done in a reasonable time. We really appreciate it. Staff is also helpful and friendly.

Unable to manage schedule and service customers.Made an appointment online for an alignment. They called and confirmed the time. Upon arrival I was informed they double booked and were unable to service me. So I booked a new appointment with the gentleman at the counter.2nd visit: Arrived for first appointment of they day as it was a "guarentee". Was informed they were behind and would need to leave vehicle overnight.

I scheduled an appointment to get new brake pads and rotors for 9am. My truck was untouched until a little after 10am. That is my only reason for not giving 5 stars. Was I annoyed? Of course. But the service I not only received, but actually witnessed, is beyond my wait in the lobby. Jim was incredibly friendly and polite to anyone and everyone that walked in or called. I was kept aware of what was going on and what would be done/checked throughout.

Jim was the mechanic helping me today. Had a leak in my brake line. He found it and started asking questions about what I did with the vehicle, usual stuff. He was extremely rude while speaking to me and my wife that was standing next to me. He, as you can see, also can't wear a mask properly, 1 year after the mandate was enacted.

Got 2 new tires installed here. Customer service was great and as far as the tire installation goes that was great too. Unfortunately I think they cracked the cap on my brake fluid reservoir and they definitely forgot to reinstall the battery terminal cover (missing now) so I'll have to replace those at some point.Hoping there isn't a problem in the future because I use Firestone(s) as my primary tire shop.

There awesome,they have done flat repairs for me ,and new tires there house brand firestone varero's, reasonable priced and the firestone credit card give u 6 months to pay off with 0 percent interest

I observed the manager thoughtfully assisting customers in their best interests. He ordered a tire as a back up in case removing an embedded screw caused a leak. He quoted another customer $400 less than a competitor. Sounds like a stand up guy.

I've gone to this location for years and I cannot express enough how genuine and kind everyone is. They go above and beyond for me; Someone who knows nothing about cars. They take the time to educate me on what exactly is needed now and what can wait. They also love my dog.

Left the hood of my car unlocked after hand off and didn't realize until I was home. Huge safety concern and lack of attention to detail. Was told the owner or building manager was the one who looked at it. Didn't remove the protective paper from the car after hand off and didn't find the issue I communicated. Once I took it on the highway, made MORE concerning sounds on the front right-hand side which was my main concern and the reason I brought it back after I had another company look at it and recommend I get the Firestone brake job looked at. Just really annoyed.

The staff was nice, not very communicative about their findings or work that was completed. I came in twice address a slow leak in a tire and was told both times it was fixed. I went to a new tire shop only to find out the issue was not the tire but rather the wheel. It s frustrating to have spent 7 hours only to have to go elsewhere to have it fixed.Service: Tires

I couldn t be more thankful for Jim and Ariel today! They got my car in to inspect my tire since my censor was going off. Not only did they find the problem, they showed me and then fixed it without any hassle! I won t be going back to any other store, as this store is now my home store for any of my vehicles tires/repairs!Service: TiresService: Tires

Dropped car off for a flat repair under warranty. They had no availability that afternoon so I left it to be fixed in the morning. Was planning on possibly picking up at lunch but it hadn't been started yet. Called again around 1pm and that is when it was entering the shop and was told I'd get a call when done. I called back around 330 to find out if it was done, they mistook me for a different customer on the phone and told me it wasn't done. Had to correct them and then i was told it was indeed done.Though the job was done it was not done in a timely manner nor was any normal communication completed by the shop. Overall disappointed.

I called up last minute and they were able to squeeze me in, which I really appreciate. I needed an alignment and I needed them to check my car out because something was off with my steering. My technician Larry did a phenomenal job because now my car drives like a dream no pulling and no sliding. Also, Jim went above and beyond by searching for the cheapest and most readily available part for me to have the job done all the same day. These guys here are literally amazing and will definitely take good care of you!!

Extremely slow and unorganized.I showed up for my appointment, and the man at the counter took took 25 minutes to check me in. I was told that I was next for an alignment. It took over an hour to complete the one in front of me. 2 hour's after I arrived I'm the only one in the waiting room and they skipped over my car. Wasn't until I complained that they started working on it.

Was told it would take an hour to switch out my winter tires. I've now been here for 3 hours and my car still doesn't have it's tires on it. I've basically wasted my whole day. Then got a hole in the tire a month and a half later. They sent me to the opposite end of town to a location that did not have the tire I needed. Got to the downtown location late, and thankfully they took care of me. I will never use this location again..
