David and his whole team were very helpful! I was on leave from San Diego and realized my son's and ex-wife's cars needed extensive repairs. He was able to get them both in and out in 2 days while I was there. He even came in on his day off after working 18 days straight days. Being in the military, I was very impressed with his assistance to ensure my family had safe cars. Hands down best customer service I've experienced anywhere in a long long time. GO TO THIS FIRESTONE!!

This was an expensive investments in my sons truck. I talked with David and he made me feel informed and knowledgeable about the issues with the SUV. His experience with vehicles allowed him to fully explain the what and why of his recommendations. It was a perfect experiences when someone takes their vehicle into a shop. I would definitely recommend that others in the Colorado Springs area go to this Firestone shop for repairs and general maintenance of their vehicles.

We had a great experience mainly due to Dennis, he greeted us with a smile, helped us get the tires we needed, and generally took great care of us and our vehicle. I would strongly recommend this location because of Dennis, I felt valued and heard and would trust him to work on our vehicle anytime. (James and the other employees were great too, all around a great tire change experience)

The team here are top service professionals. Scheduling my appointment online was quick and easy. Once I arrived for my appointment they welcomed me and signed me in swiftly. I chose to wait while the alignment was performed. Turn around time was in or under an hour. Thank you for the excellent service.

This Firestone is amazing and will ensure you get the best auto care possible!Denise has been more than wonderful with multiple car issues I have been having, and I really appreciate how much he actually knows about cars. Honestly, the entire crew at this location are fantastic and refreshingly knowledgeable with auto mechanics.

This location got me in for an oil change as a walk in after one of the other locations in town screwed me over on my scheduled appointment.I appreciate the courtesy at this location for doing that for me. Considering the last minute circumstances, I would rate more than 5 stars (if possible). You guys rock for being able to help a person out.As for the the other location (the Woodmen location) that screwed me over on my appointment? I am disappointed in them. This is not the first time they have done this to me. As such, I think I will plan on bringing my vehicle here to the Montebello Square location going forward.

I had a brake issue that I was looking to get fixed. They got me in right away, and took great care of the problem. They informed me that the part that they fixed was under warranty and took care of it with no hassle whatsoever. I'm very glad that I stopped by and found these guys. David did a great job of ensuring I was taken care of properly.

Worst shop I've ever been too. Don't remember who I dealt with, he was a bigger guy maybe 6 ft with a short beard. But I was told to never come back when i picked up my wheel because I apparently hung up on him on the phone? I don't know where this guy gets off thinking he can ban people from coming back, but that's not the way to do business. I did 10 years in the tire world and there are other ways to do business. They also wouldn't fix a nail in the tire that was clearly a fixable hole. Was very intent on trying to sell me 4 new tires for my front wheel drive vehicle.

Setup an appointment for an oil change dropped my vehicle off on time, 4 hours later they hadn t even moved the vehicle in. If you are short staffed just be honest, left without any work done and finding another service provider. Long time customer.

Appt today 1/6/24 was for quick and basic oil-change. There were 3 business card holders at the reception desk and I asked the front guy that greeted me which one of those he was..(James). Nice guy, confirmed what my appt was for and came back about 15 minutes later with 'suggestions'...cabin filter, air filter, but mostly concerned with battery. (He was dead-on, my car has been a slow-start lately, but battery was still under warranty so right after, we took battery back to Costco and under their prorated policy, I replaced the battery for just over $10.). I can buy the filters elsewhere and have them put in by family member. James didn't pressure me into any up-sells but explained why I would need the filters changed soon, and definitely needed the battery changed.THEN...just about 10 minutes later, a friendly guy with a beard who looked liked a shorter version of Jason Kelce came in to take my payment and summarized the recommended filter replacements/battery etc and I wish I'd asked HIS name..(Mike, maybe?) He was ALL smiles and very nice! Thank you guys at this location for being on time and being so friendly and not pressuring me for up-sells! It really does make a lasting impression!

I have been a Firestone customer for many years. This recent visit was due to a nail in one of my new tires (that came with the car as OE) not a Firestone brand and of course it became an issue on Christmas Eve just after everything closed including my Firestone shop.What s a girl to do, call AAA! My tire was replaced with spare wheel which of course is only a temp fix.I was able to make an appointment on line through Firestone website for the next business day to get the tire patched . James acknowledged me right away, though he was helping another customer. When he came to assess my situation James informed me the tire could not be patched as the nail was in the ever fragile sidewall, and that it would have to be replaced, not what I wanted to hear, ugh. We had an incredibly thorough talk about which tire(s) I would like and I felt confident selecting the Weather Peak. The tire(s) were at another shop so he arranged to have it transported. The work was done quickly and I was on my way in no time at all. The team is knowledgable, informative and composed. The tires have an outstanding road hazard warranty which is a fantastic value and have used over the years and was very glad to have it..then and now!Firestone has been around for years and years, and that speaks to their credibility, product line and services. I have not experienced any competitors, Firestone tops the list.I have read the negative reviews and understand if true negligence is the issue, however a little knowledge and a little patience goes a long way. Firestone is ALWAYS willing to make it right!The auto service industry must certainly be a difficult and stressful business, what with the ever evolving autos of today. The skilled mechanic of today must also be computer savvy and Diagnostic equipment dependent wow, not for the average joe. I have nothing but respect for auto mechanics.This I need it now era applies to each of us and with our autos we want to get back on the road, on with our day, NOW!Certainly having an appt makes things easier when the work is not urgent.All the flat tires, all those engine lights that put us on alert, all those suspect noises from under the hood has us pulling into the shop with high expectations of being helped NOW!Feast or Famine folks. I can t imagine having 4 or 5 customers with various issues, and the steady stream of minor things driving in for help (i.e., needing air for that annoying TPMS light) all day long and what if your short staffed?Well, I just wanted to speak out for All auto mechanics, especially Firestone mechanics. Keep up the great work and people, please assess your situation, read your policies, ask questions and be slow to post negative reviews.

So the first time I came in to get my front left tire fixed and they were pretty nice, but nothing extream enough for me to think to leave a review. But their price was reasonable and the service was good so I came back when my other side tire got messed up and they went so above and beyond for me. The lady was so helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. I was so extreamly Impressed with the service that I am writing the review in the store. I always feel like car places just want my money and I'm another number. But here I felt like they cared for real

Workers were very nice, and helped us quickly in a difficult situation. A problem popped up unexpectedly with our car, they identified it, got the part in, and sent us on our way within an hour. All the while being friendly and joking with us, which was appreciated

I live in the Springs but work in Denver. Driving home yesterday it started to rain. Driver side windshield wiper went out. Barely made it home alive. Also was in a rush to get this fixed because Winter is coming . I usually use the Firestone on Cascade but they were booked up and referred me to this Montebello location. Called, set up an appointment for an hour and a half later. I came in, the Service Manager (I think it was Dennis) got me right in and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes! I can t even begin to state how great a feeling that was to know that even when I couldn t go to my usual Firestone, these guys allowed me to come in last minute and fixed my problem (loose bolt from windshield wiper motor connection) free of charge. Just a great overall experience with these guys. Thanks!

After spending $1,135 on my front brakes I was on my way home when a caliper bolt fell out of the brake on my front driver's side. The caliper shifted and dug into my brand new rotor. I spent 10 minutes looking for the missing bolt on the street and finally found it. I called Firestone and they told me to drive it back the 8.4 miles so they could look it over. I was pissed especially after I attempted to drive it only to have it rip into the rotor even more.Finally after 24 hours and several calls they realized their mistake and paid to tow it back to their shop to fix it on their dime. That didn't do much to save my wife from having to use a bicycle to go up Flying W road to get to work this morning. Their indecision wound up being our inconvenience so here I am causing them some of the same.They do good work until they don't, then they double down. Go elsewhere, even another Firestone, just not this location. Dunno what happened there, it used to be a great shop.

This Firestone location is the only one I tell folks about. The customer service here is superior to other locations I ve tried.The service is excellent. They always find me the best deal and my car is done on time with zero delay.

My brakes started grinding after coming out of the mountains so we called on a busy Saturday morning to see if we could get them checked before leaving town to continue our road trip. The brakes were completely shot and one rotor grooved... they were able to work me into the schedule and get it done so we could get back on the road. These guys got us back on the road within a couple of hours. Thanks guys! We're Firestone for life!

I have a credit card and warranty on all 4 of my tires with Firestone so I went in with a flat tire and I noticed that both auto care workers were watching movies on their phones I didn t pay it any mind I had an appointment they didn t offer me service saying it was the wrong Firestone I will never ever go to them again. my tire had a nail in it they put a little potential air in the tire so I can drive 7 miles to the other fire stone with anxiety and being potentially and safe I do not recommend service here at all at the fact the movie is more important than your car James has the worst customer serviceService: Tires

We went there for auto repair for a warranty for a car we purchased from enterprise car sales. After our check engine light came on hadn't had the car a full week. They were supposed to do a diagnostic that took from 7 am when we dropped it off thats when they first opened. We were told it would take an hr or so 2 pm rolls around we call. They tell us it is an air sensor, and we're planning to keep the car over night with out even telling us. Then, they told the manager at enterprise a totally different diagnostic. When we dropped it off, Xavier checked us in mumbled something under his breath, which was not very friendly.

Asked for a diagnosis on ceased lifters hitting the cam (aka the "hemi tick"). After full lubrication and filters they said they didn't hear anything. In the lot, I pointed out the sound to the service manager who poked around and told me it was an exhaust leak. Later, an experienced mechanic came out, listened closely, and agreed with my assessment. Next day, they quoted a price double the local shops in town... AFTER missing the diagnosis. Lesson 1: Do not let the service manager touch your vehicle or attempt to diagnose anything. Always speak to a mechanic. Lesson 2: Don't bother with them for anything complicated.Service: Oil change

This particular Firestone store up on North Academy is probably one of the best Firestone I've gone to. The 1 on South Academy down my Astrozon is Is by far the worst do not go to the one on South Academy you will regret it.

I scheduled an appointment with them on 12/5/22 for the next Monday 12/12/22 at 8pm. My car sat for 9 hours without them working on it. They had ample time to notify me that my work wouldn't be done that day. Yet no one choose to call me. So I missed a day of work for that Monday and then also Tuesday because I was forced to reschedule. So I missed two days of work because of lack of communication from Firestone. Firestone made me lose two days wages, more then I paid for the service. I've called customer service, I've called the store manager, I've even called the regional manager. No one will return my phone calls either. My complaint was filed on 12/12/22, Firestone is well beyond their "48" hour response window. The lack of customer service and support is a joke.And to top it all. They even stole a CD out of my car. Yet they swear they didn't. Also apparently they have a policy that they're not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged goods. Which means they employee untrustworthy people, and don't care about it. If their employees aren't held to a standard of being honest. How can anyone trust their work as well.Service: Wheel alignment

Watch out for Maurice the service advisor he is out to get maximum money. I had a coupon for $20 off on a $100 purchase using a firestone card but Maurice said no can't honor it. They said my battery was bad so I took it off had it tested at another place and it was good.Service: TiresService: Tires

I went in for an oil change today at 2 and the person who helped me (Xavier) was definitely not customer friendly. He seemed irritated when I used a $10 off coupon and also when I did not want to buy new tires or wiper blades. I just put $7,000 into my car with a new transmission, brakes, struts, etc and can t afford it right now. I m a single mother with two kids and it s Christmas time.I don t expect people to smile when I m being polite to them, but he was just a little rude. It seemed like he was upset that he didn t get more money out of me. If you don t want to accept a coupon, maybe don t put it on your website? I will not be returning to this location.Service: Oil change

The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful and helpful. They fixed multiple issues with my vehicle, as well as performed routine maintenance. They were quick and efficient! My vehicle is running wonderfully, but most importantly, they took the time to discuss the issues, fixes, and different avenues I could go to get my vehicle's concerns addressed. They didn't try to sell me anything or push phoney issues. They actually debunked some issues that I had been lead to believe by other mechanics. I would 15/10 recommend this shop to anyone!Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Do yourself a favor and always get a second opinion from another repair shop if Firestone tells you that you need major repairs. This Firestone quoted me $2900 for something that cost $900 elsewhere. On the plus side, the staff are lovely!
