Reps and service people were professional, friendly and very competent. They found discounts for me and, as always, gave me a military discount, which I always appreciate. Answered all my questions, up sold me a bit on the tires, but I'm so glad they did. Had it done yesterday afternoon, this am we had 6 inches of snow - the tires were, quite simply, AWESOME. Thank you to the staff, you all are my and my family's go to for tires.

Went in to get a price quote for a set of tires for my PU. Store had a tire I wanted in stock at an unbeatable price along with a lifetime alignment for less than 4 tires from a competitor. Left vehicle and returned after lunch. Easy team to work with. Thanks for the professional support.

I went in to get my car checked for an upcoming road trip I had planned. I let them know before any work was done to my car that I needed my O2 sensors serviced. They knew the make of my car (vw cc) and acknowledged that I said they needed to be serviced. Then, 600 dollars later after they did everything BUT fixing my O2 sensors. They informed me that they don t work on foreign cars engines. And referred me to someone else who would service my engine. I don t understand why they couldn t just be upfront from the beginning instead of allowing me to get my car serviced with them knowing they wouldn t be able to do everything I needed of them.

I was traveling through and got a flat(thanks wonderful springs pothole). I called and was told come in now,I was met by the manager who got all my information and shared sympathy. He immediately pulled it around and personally replaced the tire! WoW, thank you again!

I took my Passat there last Weds. night. I had an appt. at 3:30, did not get in until 4:30 ish.After the oil change I was halfway home, I live in Yoder outside of CS., when the oil pressure light came back on.I should not even have been driving my car under these conditions.I took my car the very next morning to another shop, Simply Euro and they told me that the mechanic didn't put the correct gasket back on my car. So it leaked almost 3 quarts by the time I got it into the other repair shop.I will never go back to Firestone and I believe that the corporate office needs to know what a screw up place this is!

The employees were nice and came around when needed. They had Japanese, Chinese, Mongolian and some American food. Plenty to choice from. Supper was $11.00 or so. Can't remember exactly. They have a nice fountain at the front by cash register and clean bathrooms. You can use chop sticks or silverware.

If you take your vehicle here pay close attention as they have proven to me with their actions and words to:1. Not prioritize saving customers money. They charged for the most expensive oil when the desired oil was not specified.2. Operate with a certain level of lucrative dishonesty. They broke a lug stud on my sisters front tire. They stated that it was wear and tear and that it was rusted. I am out of state and was unable to see the lug until my sister sent me a photo. See photo of broken lug without any rust. The lug broke while being removed, as such the fault goes to the one who last put it on. This same shop had the tires off a month before. However, they refused to take blame as my sister told them that my brother had done work on the back end since (the tire in question is a front tire and was untouched).I spent time calling to talk with the store owner. Appreciated the assistant manager finally got to speak with the store manager. He was a cordial fellow but very unwilling to make things right. He said he always assumes customers want the best until they state otherwise (even on an 09 accord) and that he would give a token a discount to do the repair even though it seemed obvious to all that his shop was at fault.I've given a two star as we should have specified oil type and he is sticking to his letter of the law policy on not replacing the stud if someone has touched the vehicle since he worked on it. However, I'll give higher reviews to a place like Blackforest Auto as they have the customers best interest in mind and are willing to make things right.

Trying to charge me with stuff that was just fixed on my car saying that it s broke, telling me my car no one would by that it should be in a junk yard cars from 95 with only 45k miles on it sat for more than half its life Nissan primera he told me my cooling system is bad that the car over heats right after he started it I just replaced the radiator hoses etc about a year ago I would not recommend very rude even when I was waiting they where talking bad about someone else s car about quoted this guy is most likely retarted, he thinks he knows what he s doing hahaha rudest and most definitely will never go back

Used to come here because my husband used to work here and we love and trust the manager Eric. BUT If you love paying for services only to have it immediately not done and then be lied to straight to your face about the work being done on your vehicle, then this is place you for you, Be sure to ask for Nick, specifically if you want this bad service as he is the one to deliver through and through everytime with 0 work ethic or communication skills or customer service or people skills AT ALL. Perfect place to just throw money away for fun so, if thats what you've been searching for, search no more, you found it. I took my car in for an oil change, inspection and 3 step fuel system cleaning. They just skipped the 3 step cleaning all together, used the wrong oil and skipped the inspection. How do I know they skipped the inspection? I had 4 lights on my car out. They marked every single light as good on the inspection sheet, (THEY MARKED EVERYTHING AS GOOD CONDITION!) except when I called them half way through my appointment and asked they make sure AT LEAST the headlight is changed out and to let me know what else needs done. This headlight was scratched out on the work order as being fine and then remarked as replaced. The rest of my lights were out still when I picked up my car. They "tested" my BRAND NEW BATTERY and tried to tell me I needed a new one...when it didn't even test low. I actively have multiple issues with multiple things that need replaced and repaired but they're lazy mechanics and techs couldn't be bothered to actually do their job. They did take only 8 hours to do it and I had to call to find out it was done. So glad I scheduled and appointment way in advance. Thanks for nothing.

Didn t really experience their professionalism because the reason that we stopped by was that our rent a car broke and we had to go there so the guys could figure out what is wrong. Very friendly staff, super outgoing people, offered us coffee while waiting for the diagnosis of the car.

They patched my tire, thankfully. Just make sure to check that they did not over inflate your tires, and if you have any aftermarket tire valve stems, make sure they put the one you had back on. I had to go back in to get mine, and they also inflated my tires to 40psi, but spec is 32psi.EDIT: After the business's reply, I wanted to clarify that Nicholas, who I now know is the owner, had also been the one who assisted me. Nicholas was very dismissive of my concerns and acted as though he was more concerned that I left so he could focus on newer customers.I hope this review helps others with their decision on where they should place their business.Service: Tires

I took my car in at 12:30 like I was told to do, and they said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I was okay with that so I returned an hour and a half later, and my car had not moved from the lot. I told them on the phone to make the appointment that I needed it done by 3. I received my car back at 3 and it reeked of cigarettes. I am 17 years old and I obviously do not smoke. My mom called and complained, and we were told this was not the first complaint they had gotten, and they were heavy smokers, and to call back the next day to speak to the manager Erick. I did so and he lied straight to me. He said they don t smoke, and he assured me nobody smoked in my car. He offered to let me sit in the parking lot and watch them, or to come by and smell everyone. I obviously do not want to sniff anyone, I just wanted answers and to be helped. Erick acted completely oblivious to the situation, and said that it was crazy

The techs are simply interested in getting money out of you. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They asked that I drop off and pick up later. Big mistake. They did NOT do an alignment or rotation and kept calling me to make me buy their overpriced services like spark plugs, air filters etc when I specifically said that was not my goal for the appointment. To make it worse They didn't even do the complimentary tire air check as advertised. The man in the front desk is rude and has a terrible attitude. Please don't waste your hard earned coins at this location. Very poor customer service and delivery overall.

We have used Firestone Auto Care on Jamboree for tires, alignments, tire swaps and rotations for over 10 years and been very happy with the service. However, on Tuesday (Nov 24) I had an appointment at noon to do a tire swap for snow tires and an alignment. We dropped the car off prior to noon and received a Work Order via email, a nice feature. I took a quick look at the work order and realized the price for the tire swap (remove tires, mount and balance snow tires, install) $125! We have an extra set of snow tires for three cars and have had Firestone put them on in the late Fall (November) and put the all weather tires on in the Spring (April) for several years and the price has always been around $53 out the door! I called and let them know that there must be some mistake but they told me that was the current prices as they had a price increase due to labor. I can accept a 10-15% increase, especially given our current environment, but almost 150% increase is crazy! Also, they said that because I didn t buy my tires from them that the price is higher. This had never been an issue in the past (note that my snow tires were purchased from Tire Rack and Firestone is a Recommended Installer, and they did install them!). In addition to the extreme price increase they also don t seem to be able to keep an appointment. As I mentioned, we dropped the vehicle off for an appointment at 1200 and I called back about 3:30 and they still were not done. The vehicle was finally finished at 5:00 5 hours for a tire swap and alignment, and that s with an appointment! I was very frustrated with Firestone and called Tire King the next morning to put my snow tires on our other vehicle and they did it in 45 minutes, and at half the price (and I m sure there are cheaper places as they were the first I called). If you are putting on snow tires and would like to minimize how much you spend, I suggest you call around as there are multiple places that are much cheaper. And, I don t feel that Firestone values my time as it appears the appointment I had, that I had planned ahead for, didn t get me any priority in their shop. And to be fair, they did take off $10 so the final prices was about $115 still way, way too high for me!

Wow! Fast service <10 minutes for a tire rotation and incredibly cheap too! Did a great job and we're horns about my tires remaining lifespan. I'll be back!

Took 3 hours to get tires swapped after a scheduled appointment. Not sure of they have staffing issues at the moment but a heads up for an extended wait would have been great.Whats the point of making an appointment if you cant get the car serviced in a reasonable time?

I was moving from Omaha, NE to Phoenix, AZ and started having problems with my car. After calling half a dozen Firestones, Eugene said he would help me out by getting it in and done by the end of the say (it was 1 o clock pm). After dropping it off, went to eat and walked around the mall for a little bit and was about to go to the movies expecting it to be done closer to closing time (7pm) but 3:30pm rolls around and they called me and said they were done! I am so thankful they were able to get my car in on such short notice and that they made it a priority to get it done. I had previously taken it to a Tires Plus (sister company) and had set up an appointment but 3 hours of it sitting there, they hadn t even touched it. I m so thankful the team here listened to me and helped me out so much. Probably one of the best experiences I ve had with a mechanic business!
