Chris got my truck s alignment done quick and correct the first time after a 6 lift was installed. Been to a few other Firestones around COS and this one is worth the drive! Will be exclusively going here from now on!

They are courteous, swift in completion on jobs, and extremely communicative. I love working with Chris and Steve. They always make me smile when I come in and are always eager to help fix my vehicular issues. Marcus is extremely kind too, he is normally the one that lets me know the car is complete and he is also patient with me when i mess up the Credit Card reader. Top Notch guys here.

Chris was very helpful when I called to ask if they could fix a flat tire for me the same day (Sunday). When I arrived with the tire Chris again was polite and helpful. My tire was repaired sooner than I expected and at a fair price. I would definitely visit this store again if/when I need work done!

Highly recommend this place. I can not say enough good things about the great service that I received. Chris was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the correct diagnosis and worked with my extended warranty company. They were able to get my car fixed the same day. Ladies, if you, like me, have had issues with these kind of places actually listening to you and caring, then this is the place to go. Chris is awesome to work with. Also a plus is their business hours, they are open until 7pm.

I'm over 60 and have always used small independent mechanics to work on my older, and late-model vehicles. I also like spending my money close to my house. When I arrived in COS I needed a set of tires for my wife's Subaru. There are no small independent tire shops near my house, so I tried Firestone. Before going in I was already impressed that they worked on Sundays. The tire experience was great, as are the tires they recommended. Since then all my, and my son's, vehicles have been in the shop for one thing or another. Their size notwithstanding, the experiences is just like dealing with an experienced and honest small independent garage. Great service, honest, and great repairs.

Chris and Steve worked to fit me in on a busy day, and the service was great. They were also very reasonable and helpful when I ruined a brand new tire three weeks later. We ve taken a number of vehicles to this location over the years, and we have always been pleased with the quality of work and customer service.

I have been going to Firestone for all the service on my vehicles. They had been great. I got my brakes done on my 2022 tundra. I took my truck back 3 times bc every time they said it was done my brakes still squeaked. After the 3rd time they started to become rude and said what do you want, we have already tried to fix your brakes yet no refund offered nor making the squeaking stop. It use to be only when I backed up that the brakes would squeak but now they do it all the time. I thought maybe they would stop but unfortunately I am just having Toyota do them so I know it is done right. Sucks having to pay for brakes twice but I put a lot of miles on my truck and need brakes that do not squeak.

This location is one of the best Firestones that I've ever dealt with.The people here are always respectful and straightforward. I went out of my way to do a tire replacement under warranty. I knew they would treat me like a full paying customer without any tricks.I came in with my computer & tablet and ended up leaving a very nice charger behind. I called a few hours later, and they were able to find it and put it aside.All Firestones are good but this one is the best.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff. Very efficient and fast service from the time I called in for an appointment, drop my truck, and in only a matter of minutes my tire it perfectly patched and ready to go !Honestly this is one of my best customer service from the last 2-3 yrs . Thank you so much Firestone!

I'm always very satisfied with the work and the customer service at this location. I shopped around for tires. They were competitive and lifetime rotation included! Went with the lifetime unlimited alignment which was not much more than 1 alignment.

Came in with a flat, the guy at the front desk was hesitant to say they could help but said he d ask the guys in the back, then he said he would check out the tire to make sure they could repair it. He told me after checking it had a side wall puncture and had to be replaced but since it was an all wheel drive care I needed all 4. He said he could sell me 4 new tires so I took it to another place and they found the nail in the tire, patched it and I was on my way. There was in fact, no side wall tear. Be careful shoppers

The service desk folks (Chris and one other lovely gentleman whose name I did not get) were courteous, friendly, professional and explained my bill and future necessary services very well.I keep returning to this Firestone establishment because of the wonderful customer service and great car care service. I never feel that I am being upsold to unnecessary services which is unlike other places I have been to before. I really do appreciate that!

I used this repair shop for years when I lived in Colorado Springs. I trusted them. Today, I found out that they have installed several batteries for me over the years that were too small for my motor. I had to stop using my air conditioner and stop driving at night because the headlights were too dim. I thought it was just because my car was 'elderly' but that is not the case. I am so disappointed in my trust in them to say the least.UPDATE: I was contacted by a department at the corporate office. I provided them with invoices and details. They said that a member of the upper management team would contact me within 2 business days. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. When I reached out to the department, they apologized and said they didn't have any leverage to induce management to contact me.So Firestone wants your business but when a mistake is made (or 3 mistakes, in my case) they want nothing to do with rectifying it.

Will not be going back here had 2 new tires put on that keep on going down and the guy blamed my tire rims I take it else where they said my tire rims are fine the tires were not put on properly and were not properly sealed. So the other place saved me $600 in new tires and wheels. Also when I took my car in I was told 2 hours 8 hrs later my tires were still not unit took 10 hours total for 2 tires on a none busy day.

The best firestone location in the springs! The only FS store with more than 4 stars for a reason Steve was welcoming and checked me in quick, then Maurice got me checked out and explained what was done. Very friendly and nice ppl

Great customer service and care. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait and I was barely even there 50 minutes! Jerome was especially helpful when it came time for my checkout, 100% will be coming back here again!

Staff was pleasant and friendly despite being extremely busy with a storm coming, not to mention it being the first of the season so everybody was rushing to get their snow tires on.Special note to whoever actually mounted my tires to the wheels, all 4 were pretty much perfectly aligned with the valve stem something that most every tire shop I ve ever been to has failed to do.I will 100% be back from now on, great experience and awesome quality of service to both myself and my car.

They charged my $88.99 just for the synthetic oil, not including laborWalmart sells the same brand (penzoil gold) for $32.52. I would understand a sight mark up, but nearly 3 times the price?
