Laine is a phenomenal painter he did amazing fixing the rust on my 1993 Lexus ES300 he also was able to put in a new windshield for me that is absolutely clear as day i could not be happier with his services!!

Brought my older model Mazda 3 in to get an estimate to paint my hood. Laine said he would give me an estimate to paint my hood and other areas of my car that needed touched up. He said he does estimates at night (kinda of strange, but ok), so no estimate given when I brought my car in. Waited a few days.... no response. I called and sent a message...no response. If Laine had no intention of painting my car, he should have been honest about it instead of ignoring my call/messages...I would have been fine with that. Very unprofessional. Cant review the paint service, but Laines' customer service skills are lacking. Do you really want to pay this guy thousands of dollars to paint your car when he cant even provide a simple paint estimate or be honest enough to tell you he doesnt want to paint your car? To many other reputable paint shops in town to take that chance in my opinion.Update 9/20/2023: You never sent me an estimate. I called the phone number listed for your business and the VM was full. I sent you a message via your website and never recvd a response. I understand you are a one man operation and busy. I wouldnt think an estimate would consume too much or your time. You had my car in front of you/in person and you could not provide an estimate? Customer service is an important aspect of any successful business; so to suggest a one star rating is not warranted because no work was performed is an interesting perspective for a business owner to to take. You apologize for "my issue"...its not my issue, its your issue
