Jacob and his crew are great! I was not expecting same day service when I called but they were able to get my car in and make the repairs quickly and sent me off to my next appointment. Very reliable!

I have found my local auto shop for the care of my vehicle. I asked for an overall diagnostic and was given a digital text with all the repair needs and cost. Not only veteran owned, their customer service is awesome and my car is running smooth. I definitely recommend them and my family trusts them for all of our auto needs.

These guys were super nice and helpful. The car was fixed in a timely manner and works great. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I think I am found my permanent go to place should I need repair work done in the future. They found another problem but advised me it was under warranty so they didn't try and scam me and charge me to fix it. Honestly is so important in a business nowadays. Thanks guys.

Jake and the team have done several jobs for me from valve seals on my Honda CRV, doing a post sale inspection on a 4Runner, and recently fixing both an oil leak and coolant leak on my Tundra. They always explain things well and are meticulous in their work.

I took my car into the shop last September. My check engine light was flashing. Faithful Auto called me to tell me I needed a new engine. Before they called me, they called Kia to see if the engine replacement would fall under their warranty. Kia confirmed it would. It meant a lot to me that they did all the calling behind the scenes before even calling me to drop some big news.Took my car in on Friday for a shaking stering wheel when breaking and to see why my car was loosing oil. They looked at my car and had it fixed all in a day. Great customer service! This is my go to shop from now on. Didn't feel taken advantage of one bit.

Honesty in the auto repair business is hard to find in this day and age. That is not the case with Faithful Service Auto. These people are professional, knowledgeable, and a great business to deal with. I feel safe to know I'm not being taken for a ride when work is performed on my vehicles. You can trust Faithful Service Auto.An example of honesty. Took my truck in for repairs and was given an estimate which was satisfactory to me but when repairs were finished and I went to pickup the truck it was over $300.00 cheaper. I would have never known but their honesty came through again. Good to know there are people like that running a business in Colorado Springs.

The estimate was more than bluebook to make my vehicle eco-friendly so that was a bit of a shock. Opted to just get it safely back on the road with a more reasonable estimate. Been driving it since the repair and it's running better than it was before I started having problems.

I located Faithful Service Auto through repair pal after taking our vehicle to a mechanic that was unable to complete the recommended repairs. Jacob was reassuring and understood everything I explained. He said we could bring our vehicle in that afternoon so we did. The next day they worked with our warranty provider, kept us updated and completed the repair upon request. They were kind and professional and so far there haven t been any issues. We will definitely use Faithful Service Auto in the future and recommend them as well.

Why can t every auto repair experience be EXACTLY like this one? Wayne and the folks at Faithful were 5 star worthy for taking care of my Titan transmission replacement. They listened to my diagnostics thoughts first, they dealt with the Warranty company, they kept me up to date throughout the process and they were top notch in the customer service arena. They did it all and I just had to run my credit card at the end. I will be back for any new auto issues that come up for sure. Excellent job guys, thanks!! She runs like a champ again.

Jay and his team did an excellent job replacing the front struts and valve cover on my 2014 BMW. The pricing was extremely fair and they let me source my own parts as I had a specific brand I wanted to use. I definitely recommend using this shop for your maintenance needs. Drove the car 1000 miles the weekend after picking it up and had zero issues.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

BEST SHOP IN TOWN!!! Everyone at this shop is kind and knowledgeable. As a single Mom with 4 kiddos I NEED a reliable vehicle. I ve taken my car to Jake for the past 2 years and he has always done great work, I wouldn t take it anywhere else. Thank you everyone at this shop for being trustworthy, honest, reliable, and affordable!! Great guys over at Faithful Service Auto. Took my 02 7.3L F250 in for multiple needs. Jake and Griff tackled them all fast and of high quality. Truck drives and runs as good as new. Great communication and attention to detail. Trustworthy business for your automotive needs. Will be using them exclusively for my personal and business vehicle maintenance and repairs. Very fortunate to land at the hands of these guys.

Jake is truly the last of the honest mechanics! He has saved me literally tens of thousands of dollars and I would not hesitate to take him any vehicle I own. He has worked on everything from our ford focus, jeep wrangler, silverado, and our WRX. This guy can do it all.

Had a fluid leak in my high pressure hose wich was making a mess of things. I contacted Faithful Service Auto and they took me in right away. I was not only impressed with thier speed of service but also the price was fair. I know my car needs other repairs but didn't feel pressured to make additional repairs like I do at some other shops. They also contacted me a couple days after the repair to make sure everything was great! Would highly recommend to anyone needing an honest mechanic.
