It's by appointment only. They get you in, get it down and get you home. The way it should be. Great place to have your emissions done.

This dudes a joke the way he talks to people on the phone. I asked if they do an emissions test for diesel and they said no way and gave me attitude. Sincerely, how hard is it to show the slightest bit of customer service and be cordial with people calling into your business? Don t use this company

If you need a smog check on your diesel then this is a great place to go. This is my second time using them. Process is simple, call make an appointment, show up, check in, have your appt, pay and you're done. I was in and out in 12 min. Had a small issue with a plate mistype but it was quickly corrected with a call. Will come back again.

65 dollars to get a diesel truck tested. Took them 15 mins. BUT had to get it so the government can apply the tax to the truck.

Made an appointment but couldn t be seen due to the engine light being on. Fixed engine light but couldn t make another appointment due to missing first appointment. Was told I would have to drop it off and possibly get squeezed into the schedule so I came back when I had time and was told I can t be seen because there is no openings. The guy I spoke to, with the mullet(didn t get a name), was very short in his responses and disparaging when I asked questions. Do Not Recommend!

If you want fast and great service, this is the place to get your Diesel emissions checked. Mike and AJ are top notch on information and recommendations for diesel work too! We had alot of questions and never felt uncomfortable asking! Thank you for a great experience!

Went in to get the VIN verification on my car to register. Waited 10 minutes for any help and when someone did come they said sorry we can't do that we don't have the time to do it. Don't use them for VIN verifications, waste of time. Colorado/El Paso County needs to remove them from the list of places to get VIN verifications in my opinion.

Always fast service but NEVER go in with the check engine light on because you'll fail the test and have to pay twice once you get the issue fixed.

Good efficient diesel emissions testing. They do require appointments so call ahead and get scheduled.

Been going there for 5 years now. They're service is fast and courteous and they answer anything you're concerned about.I highly recommend them, they are good guys and work fast, you'll be in and out in no time.

I had an appointment for a day that hadn't arrived yet but I called to get in sooner which was no problem. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I have nothing negative to say but awesome customer satisfaction...

I've been coming here for a few years to have emissions testing done on my diesel car (a requirement for me every other year) and will always recommend these folks. They make scheduling super easy, I've always been seen on time if not a little early and they're affordable!

Customer service is excellent. I forgot I had to renew my tags and only had a couple days left so I called and they got me in the same day. When I showed up they were busy and short handed. They still got me in on time and I was out within 20 mins. These guys are very professional and efficient!!

Yeah, when I called to ask to set up an appointment. The gentleman who answered seemed irritated I even asked. Never even got a name! Must have been his "off" day but I thought his customer service could have been better and more helpful. Guess I have to go somewhere else who took their time to talk to me and nicely explain everything

I bought a newer truck and needed a diesel emissions done on it. I called when they opened and they made an appointment for me in 1 hour. I was impressed. I was back in my truck in 20 minutes and on my way.Due to Corona things are a little odd but Rob told me to park in the back, have a mask, and they would come to me. I really appreciated him letting me know all of this.

Had an appointment at 1:45pm today and we arrived about 10minutes early. Mike and his team got us taken care of in what seemed like minutes!!! They were very professional and got the emissions test done quickly!! Thank you so much !!!!

Quick easy and very polite. I live in the mountains and cell phone reception is hot and miss so I had to make the call twice because it kept cutting out. The gentleman on the other line was extremely patient and polite with me despite the annoying cell problems. Spent more time on the phone setting up the time then the actual reading and needed paperwork. Plus he really liked my dogs so that always leaves a good impression for me.

This is the only option in town to get a light duty deisel exhaust test. They get calls constantly so are a bit backed up. They will call you back for appointments, it just may take a bit. Once we got there they were efficient and fairly fast.

Excellent service based on time spent at location. In addition the fact that I failed to keep original appointment and was late for second appointment which resulted in staff maintaining politeness and accommodating me yet still. Highly recommend this establishment..

I don't normally place up reviews but I think this place deserves it. I had scheduled an appointment to get an emissions test done for my 2011 Audi A3. With this being the only shop in Colorado Springs able to perform this on my car, I was a bit worried. However, after arriving 20 minutes before my schedule appointment, I was greeted at my car and they took it right in for the test. They were nothing but pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend taking any diesel vehicle there.
