I had an emergency flat and was able to get to Ernesto's and the service was so quick.. affordable.. and they are friendly and welcoming. Loved my interaction with Relly! (Don't think I spelled her name right).

This man is such an honest and good merchant, always doing more than even what he says he'll do and always has a fair price. When he patches a tire it is far and above better than any patch I've ever received anywhere else. Always has great prices on tires both new and used I recommend them always.

This small shop was great, I got some tires I purchased online mounted and balanced here. After calling around Ernesto had the best prices. Very quick service and friendly environment. Will return once I need new tires again and purchase directly from them.

First The customer service was unmatched. Second I called several places and they either didn t have the tire size I needed or couldn t fit me in, Ernesto s was within the hour and they found a tire that was the exact size and type I needed and was only $70 (very gently used, could hardly even tell) compared to over $190 (lowest estimate I got) at other places!! Unbeatable prices and service! 100000/10

Wonderful place! They took care of my mom today for a fair price and, not only that, they escorted her to and from her car so she wouldn't slip on the ice. She couldn't believe how fast and honest they were. If you're looking for a place you trust for new/used tires in Colorado Springs, this is the place to go. Bilingual, too!

Ernesto's tires is the best! Literally a life saver. Had problems with my car and was told my brakes were fine. Other shop charged me $586 dollars for "other" fixes. I brought my car in to Ernesto's tires and got all 4 matching set of tires used $350. While changing them, they noticed BOTH front brakes needed changing and metal grinding against metal. Come to find out they would replace them for me if I bought the parts. $80 for brakes being put on and an oil change for $30. Come to find out the problem were my brakes the entire time and another store took advantage of me and no responsibility for what they missed. He even noticed the rotors needed changing and is doing it for free. I have never found such an amazing shop as I have this one. Thank you for helping me and treating me like a human being.

Please be cautious with your purchase. Make sure you check the tires for tire rot before you leave because they will not replace. They will tell you the huge holes are nothing to worry about and it will not blow. It s right around the rim approximately 2-3 inches. Please just look before you leave. I have been a customer here for a year and if my brother hadn t been looking at my suspension, I would ve never known the condition of this tire.

*UPDATE: We needed the services of Ernesto again today. They are very wonderful people. This is a family owned & operated small local business. I've been using this company for many years. They ALWAYS help with the customers needs. Thank you for all your help & hard work over the years! We even had Ernesto put tires on our sons vehicle as a wedding present. It's good to know that nice people are doing their part to help make this great big world a much better place. Thanks again & have a Happy 4th of July!!

Went there today and was quoted a good price for 2 used tires and I mistakenly gave her the wrong size. She didn't have the size I needed. I have 4 new tires on order from a different source. She gave me a great price on mounting the new ones. Very nice and very professional. Will continue to use them. Nice people. Just had the tires mounted and it took less than 20 minutes. GREAT service!!!!

Dis-honest. Very very old tires over 10 years old. Tires only lasts 3 months. Bought 5 tires from them.

Best service ever for my tire needs. Can't go wrong with a family owned business. So, if you need tires for your prime mover or trailer visit Ernesto's. I was traveling through with an RV and I needed help. Prices are reasonable.

One of the only tire places in town that I could get my size tire for the cheapest with install. Service is fast, and the folks are very nice there. Paid $110 for tires and install in a time of need they worked with me. Wish more tire shops did this rather than trying to gouge you for 600 bucks!

Came in from out of town with a bad front tire. Woman who runs the front desk took care of me got me a set of excellent used tires. Out the door for way less than the cost of one new mounted and balanced.Less than an hour there. Highly recommend

Fast, fair, and friendly. I came here for 2 cheap front tires for an upcoming road trip after a bad alignment chewed up the old ones. $140 installed for the best tread they had in my size, and it probably saved me from hydroplaning off I-70 the next day. Even the tire weights are used to save money (which I have been keeping an eye on, after a week they are still there). They had no other job going on, so everyone pitched in and got it done before I had read through 5 pages in my book.

Just went here to get 2 used tires on the front. My tires where so bad that my car wash wobbling as I drove. Well I just drove out of here so smoothly with my used tires! They where soooo fast, and great customer service! $140 for both tires

Awesome!! Awesome!! Only words I have. Went there for a replacement tire that shredded out on highway 94. Not only did they change out tire for a really good price they inspected the rest of my tires. They found a bubble in the middle tread on one, found a screw in another tire (they professionally plugged it) and also inspected the tire I myself put a few plugs in. Thank you guys if not for you I'd be stranded out on highway 94 again.

Excellent customer service! Great prices for used tired. I arrived and had 2 tired replaced within 15 minutes. No stress at all. They are honest about your tires. Will be a returning customer.
