Bill and Kyle are absolutely wonderful. I've had my Acura and my Audi serviced here for years. My most recent service was to have them install new rotors and brake pads on my Audi. They do fantastic work at reasonable prices.

They got me in same day to give me a second opinion on work a main brand told me I needed. They found no immediate issues, told me what to look for moving forward for my control arm/axel.They replaced my cabin filters, all 3 wiper blades, labor and inspection for less then just the filters at a main brand store.There are thank you cards everywhere and they have multiple families in their 3rd generations going here. This will be my new go to and only go to for my 2015 Forester.

Before I start, I am a mechanic and the only time I take my car to any shop is to get a wheel alignment and or new tires, that's it. All the rest I do personally. All of my front and rear suspension have all been replaced, including all the bolts. First, I brought my car to this shop for a wheel alignment after reading some reviews that were on the positive side. The one gentleman at the front desk was pretty nice, I got to give it to them. They put my car on the alignment rack, about an hour goes by and whom I believe is the shop manager walks in to talk to me. He is telling me that I need to replace a handful of my camber/caster bolts "They are all shot" and couldn't finish my alignment without them. He goes on to say that I need to replace all the bolts, the labor fees, and alignment fee, the total was $462, and if I don't, I'll be eating tires until I fix it. I saw the printout bill and for 1 bolt it was $45. I do understand that shops do need to make money, but for the same bolt I can go to any auto shop and get it cheaper. My initial quoted price over the phone was 115 + tax. A pretty reasonable price for the shops around the Springs. After he explained "Their" overview of my car I respectfully asked the gentleman to get my car off the rack and I'm not getting the work done today. He then reassured me that if I don't get the work done, I'll be eating through tires. I can buy 4 brand new tires and a spare for cheaper than that price. They pulled my car to the front, another gentleman handed me my keys and said I wasn't going to be charged today, because no work had been done. I then set up another appointment to a different place. I took my car there and even asked the guy to check all the bolts to make sure they were good. Sure enough they were perfect. I don't know if this place is just trying to rip innocent people off that don't know much about cars, or that they are incompetent. I must surely will not be going back in my lifetime. I have also attached pictures of the alignment from elite auto from before they "adjusted it" and the after where the numbers are worse than before. The second picture is from when I actually got my alignment done and everything is straight and drives smooth. To anyone that chooses to read this review my statement to you is, STAY AWAY.

These folks are 100% worth putting your trust in for your auto service needs. They run their business with a very high standard of integrity. Fair rates, great communication. After going to them for 3 separate issues on my 2013 F150, they have been wonderful every time. You deserve great service, and they deserve your business. The cherry on top was that they provided me a ride home when I couldn't coordinate one for myself.

Since my husband passed away I falls on me to handle everything. My friends the Treguier reffered me to Elite auto service. I took the Dodge Caravan, and it turned out it needed lots of work. The manager (I think) was able to offer additional discounts since he could not do a senior discount. First time with Elite. They loaned me a car since the work took a couple of days, and I had a medical appointment the next. Extremely helpful! The staff was very nice and provided a quote beforehand. I have nothing negative to say. Thank you Elite. I'll be back.

Good people, great work so far. I have dropped off a 2012 Honda Odyssey and a 2015 GMC Sierra. Van for a timing belt and the truck for a starter issue. Still getting a feel for them. This place was recommended by my father in law.

Windshield wiper has not worked in over a year, the first place I went to wanted $140 just to look at it. I went here and Brian was able to fix it in under 5 minutes. I ll be going here first next time. Thank you!!

My family and I have been going to Elite for over a decade. They are so honest (for example, if your brakes have life left, they don't change them) and offer options amd explanations for the work they do. Years ago they did an oil change for free after my brother passed so I could go pick up family. We so appreciate having a trustworthy car shop and kind staff.

Furthest thing from Elite I have saw in my life. Dropped my vehicle off at 12:45, oil change/tire rotation/air filter clean. Guy at the desk tells me it will be done for sure and told them to call me whenever it s done. Never called me with any type of update, go to pick it up at 5:15PM before the close, guy pulls my vehicle up front to come back in and tell me nothing has been done to it and didn t have any reasonable explanation for it. I should get the service for free at that point, guy never even offered me any discount or anything. I will never be back to this place, it s not Elite

I was looking for a good mechanic for my son at the Academy. The reviews sold me. Elite Auto did not disappoint. They were amazingly accommodating. My son was able to drop off when his schedule permitted. His car needed a transmission as well as some oil leaks addressed. They gave us price options and a rough timeline for the work. My son got his car back running better than it ever had and an alignment to boot. I would recommend Elite Auto to anyone. Great mechanics and great folks.Service: Transmission replacement

Took my Impala in because the AC didn t work due to a hose leak. They got it fixed same day and at a much more reasonable rate than my dealership wanted. Air Conditioning works as if it were brand new again. Communication from the shop was great throughout the process. Everyone was incredibly friendly there too. Found my new auto shop.Thanks Matt, Brian, and Lance!

I ve used Elite for 25 years. Fully trust them and on more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond. I have run across many times where they have displayed a strong sense of integrity. I ve gone to soooooo many shops to repair my cars and this one has been the only one who s given me the best HONEST experience. I ve never had any issues with the work they ve done and they don t try to be pushy with unnecessary additions. I couldn t give them 5 stars because they do tend to be booked out and their prices are about the same as any other place but I m willing to wait & pay for good work.

I had a great experience with this shop. They even were able to get to my car earlier than expected. I feel like I got a great deal as well based on checking around a few other places. Everyone was very nice and if I were you I'd make them your go to shop.

No matter who you work with here, they are all very helpful and knowledgeable. This is the one shop I feel comfortable getting work done on my vehicles done the right way! Very honest about pricing and gives you every update of what s going on. Big shout out to Matt and Kyle for getting my 1994 Chevy Silverado 1500 back to being a daily driver again! Best mechanic shop I have had pleasure of working with. I have taken multiple vehicles here and they always provide honest assessment and provide options to determine how I want to proceed. Kyle was awesome in helping me through extended warranty for transmission replacement. Everyone in the shop - Lance, Kyle, Brian and the mechanics put the customer first. Every repair and maintenance item has been fairly priced compared to other shops and really appreciate them making the scheduled completion they set forth. Great mechanics and even better people. I bought a used truck from an individual earlier this year. I decided to give Elite Auto a try because I was unhappy with previous mechanic. I have dealt pretty much exclusively with Matt and he has been professional and extremely helpful every step of the way. He went ABOVE and beyond to get this vehicle road worthy and safe for me to drive. There were multiple issues and Matt has been amazing! There's guys are the real deal! Had a rattle I thought was associated with the catalytic converter. They checked it out and confirmed the cage around the converter had gotten loose. They tightened it. It was good to go. With my self diagnosis, they could have charged me over $400 to replace the converter, instead, they tightened it, for free. That is why I trust them!

Best place for automotive needs in Colorado. Was going on a camping trip on a Friday at 4 pm and as we were going the brakes on my 5th wheel quit working. Stopped by elite auto at 4:30 and they dropped everything and helped me with my brakes and installed all needed items. Keep in mind this is Friday at 4:30 and they close at 5! Best business and the only shop I use or recommend to anyone. If you want a true family experience with auto repair this is the place to go! They got me up and going and Bill left me his number in the event anything came up while heading on to camping. Bill and Bryan are amazing, and I always feel like I am part of the family!!! Great service! My car broke down abs I wasn t familiar with a shop to have it towed to. I did a quick search of best shops and found this one! After briefly scrolling through several 5 star reviews I took the chance. The shop manager Bill, was very friendly and kind to a seriously stressed out customer (me lol). Unfortunately my car went in on a weekend but they had it back to me first thing Monday! I never felt overcharged or taken advantage of. They did not try to sell me anything I didn t need. They were kind, they got my car fixed quickly and properly. I will definitely take my car here in the future. Highly recommend!!!

The night after the -8 degree temperatures, I saw frozen antifreeze under my car as I pulled out to drive 110 miles. I immediately called Elite. Matt was super kind when I explained that I was trying to get back to Buena Vista. He asked me a few questions and told me that they would put it up on a lift as soon as I was able to get there. When I arrived, Garrett drove it to the back and put the system under pressure, finding that a couple of hose clamps were loose. (I had all my hoses replaced elsewhere last spring.) He proceeded to check out all the hoses to be on the safe side, topped off the antifreeze, and sent me on my way. They could have justified charging me much more than they did, and they had me out of there in 20 minutes. Needless to say, I m a fan.

This place is great! I first brought my car here a few months ago to have some work done and they were up front about the cost and timeline. I brought it by again a few days ago for a different issue and they were quick in diagnosing the problem. I normally go to one of the chains to have the oil changed on my cars but decided to bring it to Elite after they had been so helpful with the other issues I will never go anywhere else again. They made it super easy to make an appointment and it was one of the fastest oil changes I ve ever had.

They are absolutely one of the best in town. Not only are they professional they are highly experienced craftsman that take pride in the work they perform. They worked with my warranty company to put a new transmission in our Escape and we couldn't be more happy with the service we received.
