My car had a fairly hard to solve issue, it was on an 09 x5 and the battery connecter was all destroyed, but they correctly fixed the issue that the dealership said would take 23k to fix for only a couple hundred bucks. They fixed the issue perfectly, the only nitpick I have is that they really need a receptionist because the phone went to voicemail a lot, but they were also busy by the sound of it. They were very friendly though. Would recommend.Service: Electrical repair

My only complaint is I didn t use these guys earlier. Chris and his staff were amazing in getting my Audi back quickly in preparation to shipping overseas. They worked late and came in after hours to get me my ride back. Amazing service.

They have fixed MAJOR things on my car and have also done oil changes. I trust them and that s hard to find in a mechanic! My car is old and runs better than ever after being fixed by them.

My daughters mini Cooper is a little older and had a handful of issues and Chris had it running smoothly in no time, kept us informed of cost and timeline the whole time and really took care of us. Highly recommend, great people who know what they re doing! Highly recommend. Chris, Alex, and Kris are all very kind and knowledgeable people. They treated my car and myself with respect and they clearly know what they are doing. I took my car to them to see what the issue was and if it was fixable, Chris called back the same day with a diagnosis, plan, and recommendations. When I asked for clarifications, he was able to explain technical car terminology to me clearly. Pricing was amazing, too, very reasonable. I had such a good experience with these folks! My VW and Subie will both be back if something needs done. I have a German car, I live in Pueblo have had poor experience with the foreign shop there. The dealership referred me here. I am very grateful they are wonderful people, they have treated me the upmost respect and very generous. They are very busy at times but try to fit me in when they can. This shop is worth the drive from Pueblo. May God continue to bless you all I appreciate you.Jo Anne

Chris and the guys over at German Motors really care about giving your vehicle the love it needs. They are responsible for keeping my entire families fleet of vehicles functional and properly maintained. They aren't the type of mechanics that want to rip you off. They care, and they want to help you! I highly recommend them, and I would give them 5 more stars if I could...so here ya go

Chris and his team are amazing! My VW started making an awful sound, thinking maybe its a belt I called and Chris said to come right then at closing and he would take a look... well it ended up being my radiator fan and Chris said to come back Wednesday afternoon and he would try to have it ready Friday, it was ready Thursday and was the same price quoted! Excellent service, fast and friendly. Oh and the shop was the cleanest Ive seen, no huge oil stains or weird smells!

I have an issue with my DPF in my Volkswagen Golf TDI and I was given info that there may be a warranty from Chris. If it hadn t been for his knowledge I would ve been out a lot of money. Knowing this in the future I am aware they won t screw me out of my money. Would definitely recommend.

Chris really helped me out of a jam. I was just starting a 16 hour drive for work and I had a bunch of lights come on. Somehow one of the wires to my ambient temp sensor broke and without it I wouldn't have AC (critical when it's over 100 in TX where I was headed). I called and Chris was able to squeeze me in right away and get me back on my way. He was very friendly and made sure I was good to get back on the road. Thank you!

Kirk the owner is very knowledgable and trustworthy. He managed to diagnose an issue with the o2 sensors on my Porsche 911 and replace the faulty sensors the same day. I wanted to replace all four sensors but he convinced me to let him test and it turned out I only needed two, which ended up saving me quite a bit of $. I'd highly recommend Kirk and his business for expertise, honesty, and reliability.

These guys are life savers. I was traveling from out of state when the alternator in my Volkswagen GTI went out. They were able to get me in, get the part, and back on the road that same day! The owner Chris and crew were super friendly and helpful and I am so thankful that I found them. If I lived in the area they would be my new garage, hands down. Thanks Chris!

Brought my car in for an oil leak and a couple of other things. $800 later the car leaks more oil and none of the things I asked about are fixed. The AC was bled and charged, but seems to be undercharged as system still is weak. Asked them to check continuity on my clutch safety switch to help diagnose my inoperable cruise control. They said the clutch switch was good (for free) but after replacing the control unit and that not fixing the problem I pulled the dash apart myself and found that it was the switch.I asked them to replace bushings on my shifter to tighten it up. They said that the parts I need to replace are NLA. Every single part of my shifter is still available.They offered to discount the shop rate to fix my oil leak the second time (10% off of an $800 repair). I chose not to exercise that option and instead fixed it myself by tightening my oil pan bolts.I also had issues with the professionalism of the people answering the phone. I will be looking for another shop in town and I hope that I will have better luck.

I would give this place zero stars if it were an option. We took in our VW to have multiple things done on it. They didn't fix half the things we asked them to, didn't have the car done when they said it was going to be done. WE had to call THEM to see what was going on with the car, the receptionist was incredibly rude and put my husband on hold without asking if he wouldn't mind if she put him on hold, and told us the car was "all the sudden" done. They told us the car was going to cost $520, then when my husband went to pick it up, they charged us $730 that involved a few things that we didn't agree they should do. They took it upon themselves to "fix" things before even talking to us about it. They said that they "worked so hard on the car" and if we didn't pay then they were going to confiscate the vehicle. Everything we asked them to do, they quoted us $520, but like I said, they didn't do half of what was agreed upon, and did work on things before talking to us about them first. As we speak, my husband is in denver right now with a smoking vehicle that is not running correctly and the locks on the door are broken, headlights are still broken. All of this should have been prevented when we took it into the shop the very first time! They wanted to treat us like we were just some dumb customers, and my husband works at a diesel mechanic shop and knows how the process of taking care of customers work. They obviously don't care about valuable repeat customers. Integrity is a big deal for us and it is very disappointing that this shop was dishonest and treats customers in such a manner, on top of not fulfilling the job that was asked of them. What a waste of time and money! We will take our business elsewhere, and are willing to pay someone twice as much to do the job we asked of them, who treats customers with a lot more respect than these guys!

Very knowledgeable staff, hard working and dependable. When I had an issue with my front axle, they took the time time to figure out what was causing the axle to break. It was a very uncommon issue and they did a really good job of pin pointing the problem and repairing the issue.The prices are very fair and I trust these guys with my bmw. Highly recommended

I urge anyone thinking about going here to reconsider. This is easily THE worst experience I've ever had at any kind of auto body shop. Took my VW Jetta TDI in to have a simple oil change performed. After I left the shop, my oil light came on so I turned back to the shop. Upon investigation it turned out that the mechanic working on it broke a crucial piece in the seal of the oil chamber letting the pressure out of the system. So they had to keep my car until they were able to special order that piece, which put me out, but it happens. They said they would drive up to Denver to pick it up and that it wasn't a big deal because they go there twice a week to pick up parts anyway. So the next day after they addressed that issue I went to pick up my car and they charged me for the piece and the labor which is ridiculous because they broke the piece in the first place. They claim that because it was an accident and that the piece was old that the customer is responsible but if I spilled coffee on their office computer I would be responsible. Not only did they make me pay but when I disputed the charge, the owner Kirk, jumped down my throat and was super unprofessional about the whole thing and said something like "don't come at me with that bull****. " In addition to that he tried to make it as though he had done me a solid by driving up to Denver to get the part but as I said, he admitted that they do that trip twice a week anyway. Also I've always had a miserable experience with the receptionist which happens to be Kirks wife as she's rude and doesn't offer any kind of help in scheduling appointments but now I was forced to pay for something I didn't do. The whole practice is shady, they are ethically and morally devoid, and I would hate for anyone else to go through this experience.

Great ownership. Very impressed with customer service, far exceeded my expectations. The only place I will take my Volkswagen going forward. Chose German Motorsports, Inc. after being the best out of three quotes in regard to work correcting engine issues and leaking oil. Very satisfied with the honest communication and good prices.

I would not reccomend this shop at all. I received terrible customer service when I brought my porsche in for a diagnostic. One day later it was ready to be picked up. I went to get it and they had already replaced the part on it which I did not authorize. I was ready to pay the 50$ for the diagnostic, instead I was hit with a charge of over 400$ just to replace a fuel valve that was located in the wheel well. I then said that I do not want it installed. Their reply was that if I didnt pay for the part replacement that I would have to wait another day to get my Porsche back. When I got home I opened my front truck where the spare tire is located and I was appalled to find my spare tire off of the rack and out if its case with my tools strewn all about. I would not reccomend anyone goes here.New update, when they put my tire back on they crossthreaded a bolt so I lost a lot more than my 400$ by going to this place.AgainStay Away

These guys are amazing. They do amazing work, have beyond fair prices and are extremely knowledgeable. I have been to many Indies around the country and these guys are among the best. I will be returning for all my car needs from now on and would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
