Took my truck for a minor repair. Not only did they do a great job, but they told me the parts were less expensive than the quote and the repair was easier, so they adjusted the price and gave me 33% off the original quote. How honest was that!!! I would highly recommend Don's. Thanks, Dane and Ron !!!

VERY HONEST/PROFESSIONAL!! I brought a 1999 Jayco pop up that the exterior fiberglass seam separated about 2 inches. And these guys normally don t work on pop ups, but they listened to my situation and had me bring in. I did and in less than 48 hours they had it fixed. I met Ron, the owner, when I was picking up pop up and had chat w him. This man/company are what we need more businesses like!! Definitely give these guys a chance before using the larger companies. Camping World was 4 months out, in off season, before they could even look at- not even knowing they could even do. I felt like a number at Camping World and other places I called. Don s took the time to listen, had 5* customer service, got me in right away and pop up is fixed. The photo s speak for themselves. Our very large air duct cleaning truck was in an accident and Don's was the only auto body repair shop that could handle a vehicle this size. The whole front end was crushed and the transmission was destroyed.Don's did a great job and fixed the truck as fast as possible with the global supply chain issues. I am very happy with the service.Services: Transmission, Body & Trim

Ron at Don's Body & RV Repair repaired our motorhome when it was hit by a deer while on a trip. Excellent experience and repair.We now have a different RV and it was in the big hail storm while in storage. We have taken it to Don's for repairs. Wouldn't take it anywhere else!

Beware ! I had Ron work on my coach and it was the biggest mistake ! The pictures don t lie ! I have friends that have had good experiences with Ron so I felt comfortable taking my coach here to be repaired . The original estimate was for $8,000 . After walking around it with Ron the estimate doubled to over $15,000.To fix it right He explained that to fix it properly it would require more work and I believed this was what the extra money was for ? They had our coach for almost five months . When I went to pick it up I was shocked at the poor workmanship and condition my coach was in . It looked worse than when I took it to them ! I sought legal counsel and was told that it could take up to six months and all they had to adhere to was minimal industry standards. Even with an expert witness and if I won my suit I would be capped to $20,000. Minus attorneys fees if still have to pay out of pocket more money to have another shop fix it right . I talked to Ron and was not happy that he didn t seem to care about sending this kind of work out of his shop . I wouldn t recommend using his services . I feel cheated and wronged . Integrity is doing the right thing even when nobody is looking and I found none here . Update , two days after taking the coach home the paint started to flake off ! There are places they didn t even sand and scuff . They literally just shot over the old paint! The orange peel is the worst I ve ever seen ! I have nothing nice to say about someone who won t stand behind his work or make it right .Service: Body & Trim

After my car was hit by a tow truck I thought my car wasn t repairable but I took it to Don s auto body and I was surprised how great it looked when I picked it up. They did the best job and were very nice and helpful throughout the repair period.

Don's did a great job repairing deteriorated/peeling clear coat on my 2018 Forest River Prime Time Crusader Fifth Wheel. Could not have be more pleased. Took awhile to get in because they are busy but once in they completed the job faster than expected for a very reasonable price.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This place probably lacked a little in communicating with me but the work was quality work. I'm also a little disappointed in their service hours which make it really hard for a working person to drop off and pick up a vehicle. They did work with me on sending a tech out to my trailer storage area to do the estimate so I didn't have to bring my 45 foot trailer in an extra time. All in all I was happy with them.

Avoid this place! I contacted Don's about having body repairs done and was told to bring my RV in Mon to Fri 8 to 3 for an estimate. I did so a week and a half ago and have gotten no communication since. My insurance adjuster has tried to get information from them, but gets nothing. After having me bring the RV in for an estimate, they are now telling me they don't do estimates and that the insurance company will have to do it. When I went in for the estimate, I told them I wanted the work done ASAP and now, a week and a half later, they haven't explained anything to me, haven't ordered a part, and have just been sitting on it. When I tried to talk to the owner, Ron, he just has a surly attitude and told me they "couldn't just sit and work on my claim all day."Service: Body & Trim

Being in the automotive business for over four decades I recognize a good shop the owners greeted me and immediately addressed my concerns with the insurance company and my RV I had an appointment on the 22nd of August 2021 as i showed up today for them to look @ damage and Ins. Estimate. Even though there shop was Full of RV seemed all being worked on i had brought my car just incase there might be able to take it 2 weeks early.. There offered to start on right away. Lot of locating parts and dealing with insurance company. I was happy with how they are working with me to get our RV BACK ON THE Road In peak rv season. I would Highly recommend Don's which is something i normal would not do. Nice fellas

Don's Body Shop specializes in RV body repair however they can handle auto repair as well. The owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and they do great work. Highly recommend!

Called and tried to pay a customers bill.. They told me no would rather not take your payment.. They said "what if the payment bounced".. REALLY..I said how about Credit Card -you get approval right away.. NOPE... We can not take any payment from you.. your not the customer... What company would tell another Company they can not make a payment on someones bill because they do not trust it will clear. I asked for the Manager he said he was the manager..REALLY- DON'T BELIEVE YOU....THIS SO CALLED MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW MY ACCOUNTS AND I HAVE NEVER BOUNCED A CHECK.. . I wanted the owner then.,. HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.. NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT TREATS SOMEONE THIS WAY ... NEVER EVER TELL A CUSTOMER THAT THEIR PAYMENT IS NOT GOOD UNLESS YOU HAVE PROOF..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. HORRIBLE PHONE ETIQUETTE. HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH... HUNG UP ON THE SO CALLED MANAGER!!! .. because he would not help with anything on that poor customers account.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER EVER EVER.. :-( all Thumps DOWN..

Ron takes great care of my RV rental fleet. They constantly come back with damage from renters and Don' body shop always does superb work!

Took my fifth wheel in 2015 Spartan had damage on the nose insurance company was going to pay to repair the entire front I replace the graphic I paid my deductible and expected the front to be painted in a new graphic put on they told me that the insurance company was only going to paint the damage and they could not replace the graphic because it was too old but on my claim I could clearly see that they were going to pay to replace the graphic as well so I know they weren t being truthful and the adjuster told me if it was gonna cost any more they would supplement the cost talked to him several times about it but I could tell they didn t want to replace the stickerAnd they billed the insurance company anywayService: Body & Trim
