If your in need of help, this is where your going to get it. I ve always brought my car to discount when I need tire repairs or any type of service. But when it comes to having a shop go above and beyond this store takes the cake. Never before have I gotten the treatment afforded to me by these guys when they gave me a continental tire for my car with 80% tread life on it. Thanks guys.

I do not give 5-Stars very often but I have been using this Discount Tire store for many years and they certainly deserve it.The crew at this store have always provided professional and timely service, even with the occasional unusual request.I highly recommend them for new tires, repairs, seasonal swaps, from over-sized off-road tires to sporty all-seasons and regular SUV shoes--they do it all and they do it well.

So disappointed with the length of time it took to get my tires rotated yesterday. I had an appointment and arrived about 5 minutes before my appointed time. The gentlemen working were all very polite and helpful but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to rotate 2 tires!!! I could hear several phone conversations and they accept walk ins, which I don t have a problem with, things happen that you can t avoid not having an appointment, but if I have an appointment I take priority over the walk in! We have dealt with Discount Tires for several years and in the past have had good experiences with them. We could get in and out in a half hour getting all 4 tires rotated. It has seemed to just get worse and worse over the years. We have bought tires for all 3 of our vehicles there and rotation is a free benefit of the purchase. If no money is being exchanged does that put my vehicle on the back burner? My truck didn t get pulled into the bay until 1 hour after my appointment time and then it took 45 minutes to rotate only 2 tires!!! There was a line of 4-5 cars for air pressure check that pulls workers away from the other bays to do that! Get someone to do only air checks! I am just now commenting on this because this has been slowly getting worse over the past years.

July 12, 2023 I rolled in hot with a damaged tire. The crew here replaced it with a new tire for an exceptional small cost to me. Further, the tire technician, Gunner, went above and beyond in exceptional customer service by removing a plastic bag which had become entangled in my rear drive shaft on my Tundra. It had just started to melt and Gunner removed it all at no extra charge. 5 Thumbs Up for this great Discount Tire and employeees!Always exceptional customer service; tires, rotation, balance - always done correctly and professionally. Prices are reasonable and they stand behind what they do or sell.New Review: October 26, 2022Another great experience and exceptional customer service buying 4 new Michelin Defender tires this morning, Staff is friendly, courteous, and always professional. They sure hit another home run for me.

Brought my Tesla in to change 4 tires. I definitely recommend this place. They are very professional and timely. They honored my appointment time and immediately started on the tire change when I arrived. I will make sure to recommend and use Discount Tire in the future.

Received 4 new tires with quickness and a new alignment. After I pulled away I noticed a rubbing sound which was not occurring prior to tire changes. I brought back my car TWICE for them to look and they said they could not hear the noise when spinning the tires. I then brought my car to a different place and they brought me into the bay and showed me the noise (just by spinning the tires with their hands) and that the tire was loose. The competitor even said they don t know how this was missed if they actually looked at my tires afterwards. Extremely disappointing and frustrated. If you just want tires would recommend. if you are worried about possible follow up if there s issues then highly do not recommend as they missed this not once but twice.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this location for the past 3 or 4 years. Kevin has always gone out of his way to provide us with the most outstanding customer service. In our honest opinion, he should be running this place. We recently moved to the other side of town and we still go out of our way to drive to this location because the service is that good.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. I had an appointment today to get a flat tire repaired. I waited for about 40 mins in the lobby area while they fixed my tire. The entire time I watched as these guys provided everyone that walked through the door with exceptional customer service. Chris really took great care of me. My husband and I will be loyal customers to this location! Thanks to all the guys here, for all that you do!

Tried to convince me to buy 4 new tires for $1000 when I came in needing to replace 2 with warranties on them. They lied to me and told me they didn t have my tires in stock and that I wouldn t be able to leave with my car without purchasing new tires. Then after denying new tires for a while my tires were suddenly in stock there. I ve never had an issue with any other location in town, but won t be back to this one. Just made me feel icky that they straight up lied to me and attempted to scam me out of $1000 I don t have.

Cooper at this location was wonderful! He fixed the low pressure on all four of my tires and made sure the warning light turned off as well. Plusquick service. Highly recommend this location and many thanks!

It seems like every time I come to a discount franchise. Then my city each one of them have their own way of making sure. The customer doesn't feel like they should be shopping here and I think I'm pretty much done with discount altogether as well as the business I own we will. Be shopping for our tires through another company from now on?

Been there twice now. Definitely my go-to going forward. Pricing and service are excellent. My tires from February are still solid.Edit-10/23Just hit a pothole. They did a wheel assessment. Tire is covered under warranty and cost $13. Yup. Still the best!

Do not shop here if you are a woman and by yourself. My wife took her 2021 Nissan Rogue with 22k miles here today to have a patch job done. After they patched the tire, it was recommend to her that she buy a brand new set of tires. The first reason is because the car has 22k miles and the tires need to be replaced at 22k miles, false. The second reason she was given is because the factory Bridgestone tires that come on the vehicle are awful and don t last long, also false. Beware.

The best customer service of just about anywhere these days. They had my new tires installed in 20 minutes flat, and we're super helpful an and friendly along the way. Who knows where they manage to get their employees, but keep it up!

Different sized tires were mounted than what was discussed. Didn t realize this until after I got back from a trip. Partially my own fault for not inspecting after installing. Considering going a different route next time I need tires.

Went for tires, ended up with a nearly free set of wheels.Called around to all the Discount Tire locations in The Springs, this location seemed like they wanted my business more than the others. They went above and beyond to get me the absolute best deal. Talking to Gabe (I could tell he's a higher up Manager) over the phone, I knew I found the right store. Discount Tire is never in question in my mind, they've been helping my family for over 30 years. What they've done for my Mom in the past, I'm really sold for life. When I got the deal I was after... scheduled for the next day.Went in for my appointment and brought my bike with me. Figured I'd find some trails to kill time. (If you bike, do what I did. This location is PRIME! There are excellent horse trails right at the end of motor city. Super fun time.) I told them to take their time (my truck is one of my babies).About an hour later it was done. "That's a little fast." I thought.Picked my truck up and payed the bill. I go and inspect it and it doesn't feel right... I could sense it wasn't right but had things to do and drove off. Got home to find scratches on my wheels. One much worse than the other three but all four had some degree of damage. I thought, "This might be a fight." --- I started pulling up my photos for proof, getting a little angry before talking to them... in the end, wasted my time. I didn't need to get excited... Discount truly takes care of their customers. Read on.Talked to Gabe and he was very understanding and was instantly pulling up prices on new factory wheels for my newer F-150. Went in the next day to show Gabe more damage I noticed -- Gabe was off but I met Wes (Store Manager). Wes already had the scoop on the story and was also very understanding. (great internal communication) Stating that he hasn't seen a job done that poorly in at least a year. At that moment, I knew I had a friend on my side. He immediately admitted it wasn't done right and sprung into action.I had pictures before they did work... ready to show as proof... but again it was a waste of my time because they took me for my word anyways.I left that afternoon and Wes said he'd call me back later with some numbers. "...interested in aftermarket wheels?"Before I even got out of the neighborhood he called me back. About $680 in damage, that's what it would cost him to make it right. He then offered to either fix the damage outright or give me a credit for that amount against any wheels they offered. Even had nice suggestions that fit the budget. Helpful but I think I'll still be out some money. "I'll think about it and browse your catalog."I found wheels I liked but they were still WAY more than I wanted to pay. So I called up Wes, "Can you give me these wheels at your cost and let me keep the old wheels." --- with little thought, "Sure! Free install and wheel kit too."He ran me a quote and I was sitting right at $200... "Let's do it." Keep in mind, these are normally $1500+ wheels (w/ install and wheel kit).Get to the store for install and find out that because it's slightly over $200 and on my DT credit card I get a $30 mail in rebate. "Hell yeah!" -- it was $200.04 --- if you did that on purpose Wes, even if you didn't. Thank you! (seriously, $0.05 made the difference.)I then submit that rebate and Discount Tire gives me $50 instead of $30. Thank you again DT! They got all the rebate cards to me super fast too. (totaling ~$200)So in the end, I got a $1500 set of Bronze Method Race Wheels for my F150 for $150 and got my old set back to replace my winter wheels. ... trust me, I know where to go to wrap those in rubber.They used only hand tools on my truck the second time around and it was obvious to me they put their best on the job. They don't make the same mistake twice, especially under such great management.All around very happy with the way Discount Tire turned my frown upside down. Reminded every single time I walk to my truck and see those sick wheels. "Discount Tire has my back."

Thank you so much to Chris and Cooper who were so patient with helping me with a backing plate issue on my car following a tow. After they fixed my tire they worked incessantly to help me try to diagnose and remedy the problem of a scraping sound from my wheel area. Although I had to run all over town trying to take care of this thing I always gladly come out of my way to this location because the staff is so kind and helpful. Thank you guys for all the assistance, I got it all taken care of :)

Good place to get tires and have them put on. However do not get an alignment there. They managed to mess up my alignment to the point of having very little left turn ability. So I would recommend getting tires here but going elsewhere to get an alignment from people who know what they are doing and will actually check their work. (This place doesn't check their work and naturally all their turns into a free parking space was right hand turns.)

This was the best tire buying experience I have ever had. We have our RV travel trailer in storage not far from this location and I looked at the approach to Discount Tire on Google street view. When the tow vehicle and the trailer are only 6 feet less than a semi tractor trailer, these things are important. This was the best approach towing such a large trailer and worked great! We had a 9AM appointment to get the tires changed and not knowing how long it would take to hook up and tow over, we wound up getting there about 8:15AM. I checked in and within 5 minutes there were 2 guys jacking the trailer, one on one side and one on the other. We were on the road by 9:13AM. Everyone there was so nice, professional, and gave us great customer service! I highly recommend this location for any of your tire needs!

I was in town on business and got a slow leak in one of my tires. I had a very small window before I had to be back in Denver for an appointment. I came in during a very busy lunch hour, hoping I could at least get some air in my tire so I could get back to Denver. Kevin was so quick to help and was able to squeeze me in for a repair. Super fast service - I was out of there in no time. I have never had a bad experience at any Discount Tire but was especially pleased with the service here in a time when I needed it. Thank you!

I started my day with a leak in a tire sitting in traffic. It was a rough start to a long day. The folks at discount tire redeemed the day for me. They took good care of my car and replaced the tire. I still needed to pick up my pup from daycare before they closed and they worked quickly to get me out the door. There were no pushy sales tactics, just hard work and attention. Thank you discount tire for not taking advantage of the situation and showing empathy, it made my day.
