Man, I freaking love Discount Tire. This store is great as well. Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff, working with excellence. So refreshing to see businesses like this, and to be real, it's SUPER rare. Good job y'all.

Young is incredible!!!What a fantastic manager. He made sure to coordinate the best time to come to minimize the wait time and got us in and out in no time! He had 4 tires shipped to his store that were out of stock and installed in under 24 hours. Had new wheels and tires installed. Young was my sales guy had ordered my wheels and tires and they arrived earlier than expected. He ensured that everything would be done in a timely manner. Great work. Thank you Young and the staff.

Excellent service, with a quick turnaround time. Online inventory was accurate meaning what I needed was in stock and available when I showed up. A slight mixup with names was made when returning my keys, but, this was very quickly corrected with no real inconvenience. That said, a key tracking tag may be a better system than relying on the customers name to avoid potential issues with handing keys off to the wrong person.

Got a full set of all-season tires for est $560, and so far the tires have been holding up well. They ran a quick outer inspection and asked if I wanted to replace my back windshield, but I declined. I appreciate that they didn t badger me for that and any other additional service. I stayed no more than an hour and I was pleased with the service!

These guys are fast! No really, I'm pretty sure I've spent more time at a stoplight than getting my tires serviced here.Staff are very knowledgeable and great at explaining what's going on with your tires. The waiting area is clean and safe, and you can get your windshield wipers replaced for the same cost to do it yourself. I am thoroughly impressed.

Had a great experience at this location, there s a reason they re always so steadily busy..! Makes sense.I worked with Cameron at this location and his professional, knowledgeable and easy-going nature made my transaction seamless and simple. He identified my tire s problem, came up with a handful of solutions and presented them logically from most to least valuable to my wallet and my safety. Organizational recognition makes employees feel valued and celebrated, so I hope that Cameron gets the recognition and celebration he deserves. Thanks man!

I ve been buying tires from these guys for over a decade now. I ve always had a great experience working with them. Over the years I ve had a few tires get damaged and their roadside warranty they offer has come through every time! We have their tires on all four of our cars. I ve never had a single bad experience working with these guys. I ve also purchased some rims through them as well. They offer free air check and balance and rotation. They don t do alignments in house but you can get that done right next door at Brakes Plus. The staff never pressures me with upsells or anything I don t need. They re very knowledgeable about which tires are best for which cars and for our crazy CO weather. If you need new tires, this the place to go!

My current experience with this Discount started about two weeks ago. I noticed one of my tires was low on air. I added air to it and checked it again about half hour later and found that it had already lost 10lbs. I decided to change it out with my spare. The next day I took my Jeep to Discount and had them check it out. Turns out it had a hole in the sidewall. I had them order me a new tire and it came in a day or so later. Tire was put on and all was ok. So I thought. Then a couple days later I noticed that my other tires all had numerous cracks all along the sidewalls. I talked to Discount and we decided the best course would be new tires all around.They got the tires in and I went up to have them put on. We hit a major snag at this point. The spare I had put on a few days prior had a lug head snap off. This means they would not be able to get this wheel off at all without some major additional work. They talked to the guys/gal at Brakes Plus across the way and decided that they would need to do some very invasive work to get that wheel off. This meant that they may have to destroy the wheel as well. So with that in mind, Brandon helped me order new wheels. I figured that if I needed a new wheel, I might as well get the wheels I wanted. Brandon was able to find the wheels I wanted and for a bit less than MSRP.I took it to Brakes on a Sat morning and they were able to get the wheel off without damaging it. The new wheels were on the way regardless, so I waited for Brandon to let me know when they came in. Then on 01-03, Brandon met me outside as I drove up and they got me in and out in about 45 min with new Candy Red Fuel wheels.Bottom line. I have always had good experiences with Discount Tire. This experience was unique because of the issues with that lug head snapping off. Brandon was able to procure help from Brakes Plus to get this taken care of and he was extremely helpful and informative when it came to communicating with me. Other than shop time, I was not without my vehicle once.Brandon and his team are the definition of excellence in their work performance and communication with the customer.I would definitely recommend the Woodman Discount Tire.

Beware: they will lie to your face in order to save money.Always loved discount tire - On this trip to swap my tires for all seasons, they accidentally damaged my summer tires that I wanted to keep.Instead of being honest with me, they lied and stated my tread was low and I should only keep two out of my four summer tires.I had watched them explode the tire so I knew they were trying to save money.They eventually came clean and stated that they did damage my tire and ended up replacing it with a new one but beware they will lie to you in order to save money, even on an honest mistake.

I contacted beforehand to order our tires and they arrived within two days. They immediately contacted me when they arrived and came to the location the following morning. I came in around 8 am and they were done within an hour. Brandon was very polite and helpful. He was able to answer all the questions I had before taking my key. He made the entire process feel seamless and I could not have had a better experience!

Outstanding service from check-in to check-out...x2! Ran in at 1300 b/c there was a nail in my tire. Friendly technician ran out and fixed it in seconds. No charge. Went back in on the same day at 1600 as my valve stem broke in half (long story). Fixed that and reset the TPMS also for no charge. I was shocked. It speaks volumes when every employee really seems to enjoy working there and they all provide phenomenal customer service. I will definitely be bringing my business back to them and hopefully will be able to pay them for their service next time!

Had a Continental tire blow on the highway into the Springs and luckily with Discount Tires lifetime warranty on their tires; I was able to get a brand new tire no questions asked in under 2 hours. Definitely worth the wait instead of paying for a whole new tire! Thanks Team for making this such a smooth transition. Y'all are great !

One of the tires kept losing air pressure for the last 2 days. The tires were bought there 3 years ago with road hazard coverage. They were able to find a small hole and patched it up and rotated the tires. I was out in 20 mins. No charges

Had a flat tire repaired in about 10 minutes. Quick and easy. Had an appointment and that seemed to speed things along. Zack M and the rest of the staff were great!

Stay away from the service advisor name Ethin B. He will smile and distract you with small talk as he tries to scam you by reporting your mileage incorrectly by adding over 50,000 mi to your actual mileage so that your tires are no longer under warranty. Most people don't check their paperwork afterwards but I'm very detailed and caught him at his own scam. When I reported it he claimed it was a glitch but I remembered he never even opened my door to look at the mileage on the dash. He is a complete liar and you should never trust him. Thank you assistant manager Young for fixing the problem. I wasted 45 minutes of my life to get this problem fixed.

Incredible service! Jeffrey inspected my tires when I came in with some concerns and he was able to give me a fantastic deal on new ones with full service and life time warranty and I was on my way in less than an hour

I m a young girl who went here to get my tires rotated and the worker told me they couldn t rotate them unless I bought new tires. Took my business to Goodyear and they gladly did it for me. Don t get scammed by people trying to take advantage of you.

All the employees were the upmost professional and courteous. Piss poor management with building heat, Everyone freezing in lobby waiting. Temp outside was -8 and with 25 mph winds today, snow that was coming through the door was not melting inside. Should not have to sit there trying to stay warm for an hour in a half!

Such a great place! From customer service, to prices in general, Discount is definitely my favorite tire business.Today, once again, they took care of a issue I was having, then managed to get me wheels, tires, and sensors put in for me in 45 minutes!! I didn't even have time to eat my lunch!I've been using them for years now and have never been disappointed.

Prices are good and their techs are very competent. But their service after the sale is truly amazing. I've been using them for several years, and have recommended many friends. I had a minor issue and Justin went above and beyond to make it right. They've earned my families business with every visit.

My family has used Discount Tire for years and always have a great experience in terms of customer service and expertise. I needed a tire balance and rotation. I took my truck in on the spur of the moment and my tires were all inspected, balance and rotated in 30 min. Great job Chris and team!

Staff is always super friendly and they have worked great with me over the years. Love that they do free rotating to keep things working!!UPDATE: I was supposed to get tires installed at another location due to a sale they had, but long story short, they didn't work. I called discount, and not only did they get me in last minute, but they got me a GREAT deal that ended up being even better than the other place! This makes it clear that there's really no where better in town!!

Diego broke my car the thing you step on to get in the car got broken off because he negligently jacked up my car in the wrong spot, saw what he did and did nothing about it, and then it fell and broke. Norton and JonJon (I think that was their names) were great and took clear extra care of my car as I watched the whole time. I have I somewhat old car but it s everything to me, I m hurt by this Discount Tires lack of care.
