Crystal and Curtis will treat your car as if it's their own. Seriously, I'm not kidding. These guys are Dimonds in the rough in the world car repairs :) I Couldn't recommend them enough for hail damage & for doing business right by their customers.They repaired my car of hail damage (and gave me a free car to drive while it was getting done, had to wait a month for availability, but it was worth it). Then a turn signal light went out a week later while driving. Not sure what it could be from, so I called Crystal, she told me she'd take a look at it and fix it free of charge.. but they couldn't figure it out after replacing the bulb, checking all the fuses, etc. Weird we all thought. Curtis wanted to look at it again when they had more time, to get it right (just as if it was their own car...). So they did, turns out an animal ate a wire....!! Did I mentioned, all of the free of charge! Who does this? And it goes without saying Curtis found and replaced another daytime running light that was out which I didn't even about (did I say, treat it as if it was their own car!??).Guys, friends, at Dimond Hail you have my respect and I'll refer anyone to you guys for the quality work you do and by going the extra mile with the loaner car and quality service and by you guys not being ok unless the customer is taken care of, exceptional work team!Crystal, Curtis, and the team are diamonds. When they are running a business like this, I can't see how someone could have a bad experience. Unless you were trying to have one... They won't give you bad experience! I will not go anywhere else. I wish they did car maintenance too, haha.Have a splendid day, thanks for reading.

I can't say enough about the team and Diamond Hail and Dent. The roof of our Kia Seltos was covered in hundreds of small dents that I was sure would require them to replace it. I was wrong...they meticulously removed the headliner and popped out each and every dent...what a process. When we got the car back there was absolutely no sign that there had ever been any damage and the headliner was put back in perfectly. I highly recommend Diamond Hail and Dent. They are awesome!!!

I wish I had pictures! I put a large dent in my truck bed and it was driving me crazy. I stopped in to Diamond Hail and Dent for a quote. The staff came out to provide a fast, reasonable quote for the repair. They even had an opening two days later (I was shocked after all the recent hail storms!) James called as soon as he had finished, and the office followed up later in the day to make sure I knew it was done. I couldn't be happier. Excellent service, communication and pricing. You can trust the team at Diamond Hail and Dent to treat you right.

Crystle and her wonderful team are simply the best! They just completed the hail & dent repair on my truck and it s as good as new! Well, if you know me you know I take care of my vehicles but keep them FOREVER! So, I now have the best looking 2012 Silverado in town again! I promised Chrystle I d submit a formal review of the work done on my truck. There are a few things to mention about my experience with Diamond Hail and Dent. First and foremost, besides the excellent work done on my truck was the numerous exchanges over the phone, internet or in person dealing with Chrystle over the past month or so setting up an appointment to get my truck in to repair the hail damage my truck suffered when staying in Clovis, NM (BAD hail storm in May if this year). Chrystle, you re the BEST and I m not saying that because I m a nice man, and I am. Your professionalism is above and beyond my expectations. The work on the truck was outstanding. The paint job on the hood is unbelievable! A very minor issue with the driver side mirror was resolved immediately!!! (got my truck on a Friday, the mirror was replaced the following Monday how is that for service!!!). In closing, had an issue with my tire valve stems slowing leaking air. I bought 4 spring valve replacements to change out myself since the tires were off on PSI the shop personnel took the liberty to change those. VERY thoughtful and courteous of them to do that for me!! If I had 6 stars to rate, I would do so. The staff AND work preformed on my truck superseded my expectations!!! A BIG thank you! Folks, don t MY word for it, meet with Chrystle to bring magic back to your vehicle like I did with my Ram!!!

The best dent company in COS! I am one year into my car's lease and someone dinged my door at the grocery store. It was driving me crazy. I took it in for repair and the service was fast, professional, and affordable. You can't even tell there was anything there! Crystale and her team definitely know their craft. I will continue to use them for all my dent needs. Keep up the amazing work!

I am an auto broker and I had to get a client's door ding repaired. Scheduling with them was a breeze, they were flexible, friendly, and even offered a loaner car to help get me back to my office. They fixed the dent in a timely manner and even took the car back to my client!! 10/10 would recommend, and will be using them for any future Dent repair needs!!

My car was hit in a parking lot and Krystal went above and beyond to make sure I received the highest quality repair possible. Even though the repair took a bit longer than usual because we were waiting on a specific part to be shipped, communication was clear and results were beyond what I could have hoped for. This is a quality company that provides outstanding service. I recently took my car, 'Grace', in for repairs from an accident. Crystle communicated with me throughout the process and the end results are beautiful. Even fixed a few door dings for free!!! I wasn't expecting that, and 'Grace' looks fabulous once again!
