Over $10,000 bill for hail damage. Committed insurance fraud. Billed for a new roof and hood for my vehicle. Never called us to give an update after several weeks, when we called them they said the car was in paint. Weeks later when I pick up the vehicle and question the new roof and hood and how that was done they tell me oh no, we just told the insurance you needed a new roof and hood with labor just so we can get the maximum amount of money from the insurance but we just pulled out all the dents instead. So yes over $10,000 bill and my car didn t get a new hood or roof as billed. Insurance fraud. I ll never recommend this place, this is absolutely appalling. They also had the audacity to make me pay $2800 plus said the insurance owed them an additional $800. I cannot express how upsetting this is.

These guys took great care of my car that had extensive hail damage. It turned out beautifully. They even touched up my paint in a couple of spots. I would absolutely use them again!

These guys are great! Gavin, along with the rest of the shop treated me and my wife so well with dignity and respect. They all chipped in to complete the work on my truck to get me out of there when I needed. With this kind of work, it is nice to deal with honest and trustworthy people. I will go back there if I need and I would certainly, without hesitation, recommend Dent Busters Auto Hail Repair to my friends and family.

my car was backed into while parked in my apartment complex parking lot and was left with the decent sized dent. Not being from the area I was nervous about getting ripped off but David took such good care of my car. He was knowledgeable about the best way to take care of the dent and had my best interest in mind. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone with the same issuesService: Auto detailing

They went above and beyond in providing an excellent service in reparing the dents on my car, they fixed other issues on my car that I did not know of, as well as detailing my car and vacuming the interior with no extra charge. They are truly professionals and they deserve more than 5 stars. Thanks guys, you are the best.

I bought a 2023 Subaru WRX and almost immediately had it severely damaged by hail over the summer. I took it to Dent Busters and it looks new again, and they were easy to work with.

After a recent hail storm, my wife s brand new car was badly damaged. So many shops were jam packed that it wasn t looking like our car would be fixed anytime soon. Because of this, I developed crippling depression, gained 100 lbs and could barely get out of bed in the morning. That was until David called me and told me he could squeeze us in to get our car fixed. Not only did he fix the dents in my car, but he fixed the dent in my soul. I m happy to report that my car is fully fixed, my marriage is restored, and my BMI is back to a healthy range. Thanks David McDent! 10/10Service: Auto detailing

Dent Busters did a great job on hail repair on my truck. And, they originally stated it would take 10 days to 2 weeks and finished it in 1 week. My truck looks like new and I am so very happy. They also have amazing customer service and I will use them again if needed in the future. Thank you Dent Busters!

Max and David are incredible people and their service is as good as it gets! For real... stop searching the internet right now! and JUST GO THERE!!I have a cargo van which had a lot of small-to-medium sized dings all along the sides from the previous contractor who owned it. A friend suggested paintless dent repair vs a dedicated body shop. The local "Yelp top rated" paintless dent repair place estimated $5,800!! ....and that was only to address the "significant" dents we counted together; not even the small ones! Before giving up and accepting that my van would just have to exist that way, I decided to look up Dent Busters and get a second opinion. Boy o'boy was I happy I did; Max and David's estimate came in significantly less, and that was for ALL of the dents, medium and small! They coordinated to get my van in next business day, turned it around lightning quick, and their workmanship is so good that I can't even tell where the old dents used to be.... INCREDIBLE!!! Thanks guys!

The owner is awesome! Great communication and updates throughout the three week process to fix our truck after extensive hail damage. Even fighting with insurance on a daily basis, he did what he said he was going to do and completed the work in a reasonable time. Returned it to us fully detailed and was in the shop, protected the entire time it was in his possession. I had used google to find hail repair shops and this was the shop that popped up first with all five stars reviews and now I know why.

Come here during their business hours per their website and per their door sign on hours. Finally get a hold of someone inked the shop after waiting for a period of time. Told they are closed and come back tomorrow morning. Definitely not making another half hour drive to waste my time.

Great customer service. I came here through a recommendation I resieved from one of my friends. Not only did I get A+ service they also addressed any other all problems I had. This shop is a hidden gem of Colorado Springs for dent repair and any other questions that might concern you about you car. These guys know answers to everything from mechanical to body work. I highly recommend them not only to my friends but anyone that has car problems. Go to them and you won't be disappointed!!!

I wish that I had a before picture of my Edge so I could show this one and have you all be like "woah", but I didn't think to take one. I wasn't anticipating this quality of work, and I'm skeptical to disclose how above-and-beyond David went for me because it would probably set unrealistic expectations for future customers.Either way, if I get a dent, I'm going here. Walk outside right now and throw a hammer at your car so that you can take it to Dent Busters and see what I'm talking about.

David was excellent. He had great communication, a very reasonable quote, and the finished product was excellent. I had some really bad dents and dings caused from me backing up into my garage like an idiot and he made it look brand new. I highly recommend him and will return for any future dings, hail, etc. Thank you!

Went in to Dent Busters with hail damage, and wasn't sure if I was going to get the car fixed but David was willing to give a free estimate. He took time to show me each dent of hail damage and helped me understand how to work with the insurance agent about the difference in his estimate with theirs. He paid attention to detail and did an honest assessment of the damage to the vehicle. Very helpful and friendly, would recommend to a friend.

I'd been wanting to get some dings repaired for awhile on my Subaru Outback and had heard good things about Dent Busters. The appointment was thorough and straight forward. David looked over the car and gave and hones appraisal of the damage and an equally candid estimate. He completed the work and I have to say that it is exemplary.....completely removed any semblance of dents on my car as requested. I'm really pleased and will gladly and loudly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of repair. Thank you for a job excellently completed .

Had hail repair done. They worked with the insurance and was done early. They even detailed the interior. I am happy with the results. They found issues the assessor missed and remedied it.

Great craftsmanship, great service!Thank you Max for assessing my car, providing an estimate, and completing the work all in the same afternoon! Max worked late on my truck to make sure I was able to drive away the same day with a perfect dent fix.Update: found myself at DB s again, and as usual they didn t disappoint. This time it was David who treated my truck as if it were his own. Took my wife's car to Dent Busters for a large door ding/crease in the fender, based on their strong reviews. I was not dissapointed. Max is a very friendly & confident professional. He skillfully & patiently worked that dent, and another small one he found. Gone without a trace. He & David then buffed-out various marred areas. Their experience & attention to detail showed in the high quality results. Strongly recommend & will use them again!
