Thank you Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs for my first new car!! I had been searching for months for a model trim and color that was at best hard to come by and they were the only Toyota location within 100 miles that not only got one in but that was actively communicating and reaching out to me instead of me feeling like I had to be constantly tracking them down. I don t think that the process of car buying can ever be a fully enjoyable experience, but Bob Darbe and everyone we interacted with while we were there made it as painless as is possible. He was easy to work with, very responsive and easy to get in touch with and just all around a nice and down to Earth guy. Couldn t be more excited to put some miles on this baby!

Andy was my sales guy and he went above and beyond for me, not only in getting me a great price on my new truck but just coordinating the entire purchasing process. I am out of state and was able to complete everything over the phone. Andy was right there every time I had a question, or wanted pictures or videos. He was very honest and upfront with everything, it definitely made me feel secure purchasing out of state. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Make sure to ask for him when you visit!

My husband and I had a great experience with Corwin Toyota. We got help as soon as we drove onto the lot. Joseph Claytor (Grandpa Jo) helped us find the perfect vehicle. He was able to answer any questions we had, was extremely kind, and even helped teach me about all the features the vehicle had as well as what all the interior buttons do. We lucked out running into him. I would recommend Corwin and him over and over again.

I've been going to Corwin for services and support from September 2020 to now March 2024 right before I move out of state. I gotta say their techs and sales team are great; they definitely know their game. Most recently, I needed a laundry list of services (differentials, transmission, alignment, fluids, high pressure pump, etc, etc) on my '16 Tacoma TRD OF, and Tyler Powell was my point of contact. He was communicating, punctual, and informative. Overall, great visit and 5 out of 5. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my experience with Corwin Toyota was very disappointing. At first, I was excited to be doing business with them. I found my ideal vehicle (from their used inventory) after searching for months. The buying process was smooth, and the financial guy was AMAZING. Mark really had my best interest at heart, and I had no red flags working with him. Trying to coordinate vehicle pick up was a hassle, however. I made several trips to the dealership to pick the vehicle up, but it was not ready... I was promised a delivery to compensate for this, and that promise fell through, with the excuse of "not having anyone avaliable to bring it". I ended up coordinating a ride, only to find 10+ associated watching football or chatting with each other.After only a couple days of driving it, there was a loud clunking from the front end. It got worse and worse. At week 2 of having the vehicle, the check engine light went on. There also was a groaning coming from the front.Upon requesting help from the service department at corwin Toyota, the end story was "the vehicle was bought as is, and there was nothing they could do." Shout out to Richard and Omar in the service department, as they at least pulled the code to let me know what was happening. Richard had an inspection, free of charge, completed and gave his recommendations. My thoughts are, wouldn't all of these issues been noted during the trade in inspection?I requested to start the trade in process, because if I wanted a project vehicle, I would have kept my old car without purchasing this 2013 for 13k out of pocket. They would have only given 7k for the trade in 2 weeks after purchasing...So, ultimately, I have had to complete several repairs on my "new to me" vehicle, within the first month of owning it. I am disappointed that clips for the plastic covers in the engine compartment were broken and not replaced, lights are hanging out of the headlight housing, a roll of electrical tape was left in the engine compartment, a torn rack and pinion boot was not noted until I brought it back (trade in inspection on the suspension was completed, and this wasn't caught) and despite having a steering rack issue, I was not made known of it until I brought it back in. 3k for this repair alone...I would not recommend buying an "as is" vehicle from this dealership unless you have extra money to throw at it within the first month

My wife and I recently purchased a new 4Runner from Corwin Toyota here in Colorado Springs. Our overall experience was excellent. The dealership well thought out, neatly laid out, and was very clean. We worked directly with Mr. Troy L and Troy knows his stuff. From the Toyota lineups to his dealership inventory, he is able to answer anything. He even faced some very specific and nuanced questions from us. We were looking for a specific make/model, in a specific year, with a very specific options list (internal/external/suspension/etc...) and Troy was able to make it all work together to get us the exact ride we wanted, in the color we wanted. Thanks very much to the entire Corwin Team!!

Highly Recommend Jaida Roberts as a salesperson. I went in with a trade-in 2016 4Runner and left with a '24 TRD Offroad Premium 4Runner off the showroom floor! ( I already knew what I wanted ;). Jaida was amazing; she went over all of the existing inventory and incoming inventory with me. There was no pressure! Jaida asked a ton of questions to get to know what exactly I wanted and provided me with all of the info. Over the years, I've also gotten all of the my services performed at Toyota Corwin. . . The last person that helped me out was Evan, but everyone I've interacted with in the Service Department has been professional, informative, and helpful, including the Telephone Operators. Almost left out of there with an amazing '21 SUPRA . . . maybe next year :D Corwin has a great selection of vehicles also!

Our overall experience at Corwin was good. We were able to work with a couple different salesmen, they were all helpful and never pushy. We ended up getting a '23 4Runner with 37k miles... we loved almost everything about the deal.As the vehicle was a recent trade in, we had to leave it for a few days to be certified. At pickup we were informed that the vehicle would only have 1 key fab. I understand it was a used vehicle, but it really wouldn't have taken much (especially being at the dealership for a few days) to supply and program another key fab... hence the 4 star review.

It was a great service from beginning to end. Gabe helped us get to look at the vehicles we already had been looking at. He helped us get something within our price range and they didn t have all the crazy fees. After couple weeks Gabe followed up with us about the small issue with the car and made that process smooth as well. Kudos to the service team as well.We will definitely be back!

Working with Quincy was the way to go tbh. He was very patient and informative. We bought a 2024 Toyota which we really liked. But then Don Peterson, the manager of the accessory dept, and the rest of the crew got busy adding bigger tires and wheels, 3" lift and some other mods, and now all I can say is WOW! Made an appointment for an oil change and inspection on my 2021 camry, making the appointment was easy, just called in and they put me on the schedule, had to reschedule for a few hours later and they made that really easy too. Ended up being a few minutes late for the appointment but they were very understanding and got to work right away. The dealership itself looks incredible, very nice on the inside, great selection in the snack machines and they have a soda fountain. Everyone there is very friendly and easy going. Everything i asked for was done very quickly and reasonably priced (i was surprised too). I'd like to thank Tommy Hopper and the rest of Corwin Toyota for the best dealership and service experience I've gotten so far!

This Toyota dealership has been good to me for many years, back when I owned a Toyota, and now when I own a subaru. I come here for my oil changes because you can't beat this price anywhere else. For $200, you get 3 oil changes and tire rotations, and the best price in town! And you can trust the quality of service. They always ask and get permission to make any changes or fix and replace anything. This time, my service advisor Ian was so helpful and friendly! I was there for an oil change, and it took a little longer than expected, but he was honest with the time frame, and the wait wasn't bad. During the time they had noticed my battery was in critical condition and asked to change it, I was happy they tested it for me because the car died and they had to jump it. I ended up buying a battery somewhere else, but without them, I could have been stranded somewhere, not knowing my battery was dying. Also, they patched a hole in my tire because after I drove away, I must have ran over a screw. It was a big one, and I didn't notice until I was home. Drove straight back, and they patched it for me at no cost! This place will take care of you, highly recommend!

Had major issues with brakes on my Highlander. Was able to schedule the appointment for the next day, and get the issue resolved by the end of that same day. Shout out to Chris who was providing me with timely updates and also helped me optimize the repair cost. This was the only shop where I was able to resolve my issue; Corwin Toyota is now my go-to place for all of my Highlander needs.

UPDATE: went in yesterday and the sales manager spent the two hours I gave him cutting me a check for 1k even though he had told me earlier it wouldn t be possible and it would need to go back to the cc used. He could have spent the time reaching out to other Corwin contacts nationwide but instead said bc I mentioned wanting my 1k deposit back, he worked on that instead of the sale. He admitted we were two on the list so we were lied to yesterday. Passed the point of anger to gratitude. Grateful we didn t get stuck working with this dealership.We went back in December and placed a 1k deposit for a hybrid highlander. There was no communication or miscommunication. We were told a couple months ago we were number 2 on the list. Today we stopped by and were told we were 7 or 8 on the list and they were currently selling a preowned hybrid Highlander to someone else at that moment. We were told it would be several more months still to receive a car. Their mistakes are costing us time and money and they don t seem to care. It seems they don t need the business so TAKE YOUR BUSINESS elsewhere before you waste time, money and and up frustrated!

Omar in service is terrible. I ve dealt with him 3 times in a row. I had an appointment for an oil change just now at 8:20. Showed up at 8:05 and I sat in service lane until 8:30 without him helping me. Again I had an appointment and Omar just left me hanging. Use anyone besides Omar. But in all honesty I d get your service done elsewhere. I even asked the guy behind me what time his appointment was and he said he didn t have one. And he got helped before me

I took my 2024 tundra truck because the squirrels entered the engine area and bit the cables and broke them and unfortunately the Toyota agency, not Toyota Corwin, did not have the spare part and both Brain and his supervisor Richard always kept me informed, they are very good employees, very respectful. Today they delivered my truck to me and I am grateful to them for their work and although I don't know the name of the mechanic I thank him for his work

Todd was really great to work with. I was an out of state buyer and Todd went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and enjoyable. He sent me photos and video of the vehicle to ensure I was able to see the entire thing before making the decision to purchase it. Last July, I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a truck from what I can only describe as a questionable dealership. Despite my reservations, I feel compelled to share my experience, not for my own sake, but for the benefit of potential customers who might fall into the same trap.Upon visiting the dealership, I diligently pointed out the various flaws and dents on the truck, which, to my chagrin, were dismissed as inconsequential. Despite assurances of a detailed cleaning, it became evident that the truck had merely been hastily wiped down, a fact attributed to staff shortages, according to the finance personnel.To compound matters, upon closer inspection, I discovered a missing front passenger floorboard weather tech, an issue met with casual dismissal by the salesman. Matters escalated when, upon arriving home and inspecting the vehicle under better lighting, I uncovered extensive hail damage on the hood and roof, a revelation that left me seething with anger.When I confronted the salesman, his response was nothing short of dismissive, implying that I should have been more thorough during the purchase process. It boggles the mind that a truck previously driven by the manager's wife and sitting on the lot for an extended period could have gone unnoticed for hail damage.Such disregard for transparency and customer satisfaction speaks volumes about the dealership's integrity, or lack thereof. I firmly believe in karma, and one can only hope that the dealership reaps what it sows. Potential buyers, beware: thorough inspections are imperative, and perhaps, it's best to steer clear of this dealership altogether.
