I have purchased several vehicle batteries at this store. I've worked as a vehicle technician for 25 years. I bought a 3 yr warranty battery and it tested bad on cranking amps after a year of use. I re- charged to be sure but the battery still showed 437 CCA and was rated at 800 CCA. I called Chris the manager and he said I would need to drop it off so they could charge and test it. I told him I already did that so I'm using the vehicle and would need a loaner if he insisted on testing it. Chris didn't help me. I'm taken aback at the lack of concern for my situation and have decided to just take the loss and purchase another battery from somewhere else. Customer service doesn't exist like it used to and that's a shame.Update: Oct 27 2023I took my Jeep into the dealer and they went through the vehicle and confirmed it was a bad battery cell. New battery and service labor with diagnostic cost me $440.60. Battery Systems refused to take responsibility.

Chris and his crew are EXCELLENT! They go out of their way to assist in getting the correct product , timely acquisition of product and helpful scheduling for me to get the Batteries I need! If you have ANY questions about Batteries, THEY HAVE THE ANSWERS !

We have been working with Battery Systems for almost 5 years. We highly recommend them for automotive batteries. Simpy put, they are the best ! I came into the store to see if my battery had any issue pertaining to my jeep and come to find out my battery was the wrong size. Thankfully Mike was working today to not only give me the right size battery but he even swapped my other battery for the correct one free of charge. Wonderful establishment with great employees, wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Mike and Battery Systems for helping a brotha out!

Best selection and Best support in the business. No issues buying my trolling motor batteries from them. And when it came to my car, they even helped (actually I watched) install my battery for me. Customer service really does exist in Colorado Springs, you will find it here. Thanks

Had a battery acting up so I called here and glad I did! Mike helped me and was right on it with info and installation on my daughter's Nitro. I had my grandson with me and he waited in the car while we tested the battery and subsiquint install. I hopped back in the car and asked my grandson to buckle up and he said, "did you get it tested yet?", I said you bet and we have a new battery now! He looked at me in amazement that we had gotten a battery already! Great place, thank you Mike!

I was in search of a specific sized AGM battery that after many inquiries was proving to be unavailable anywhere locally. Battery Systems actually had it in stock! Mike was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on what he was selling. Thank you!

I went in to order a north star battery mike got it order and called me when it was ready for pickup.Got their mike came out and installed it right away in my 2010 jeep liberty he had an issue getting it mounted down we were both surprised it was correct battery so he went out of his way and got a different tie down that worked better then the factory tie down and did not even charge for the part.If u need a battery this is the place to go you can not beat the service that i received from them.Thanks again mike

These guys are nothing short of 5 stars! Can't find amazing and honest service like this, they hooked us up with the best batteries in the industry and were able to get them installed the SAME DAY!

I had spent couple hrs. Looking to replace a 4 "0" 8 ' Elec. Cable in Co Sprgs.Finally was directed to BTt. Systems.Mike was," ON THE BALL!"I was out with a reasonable price in less than an hour.I will rec. your co.to anybody& everybody that wuld need your services.I hope you let Mike knowmuch I irespect his business like attitude & give him a raise.You habe a valuable employee
