I have had many cars aligned here and couldn't be happier. Last week I dropped off my 97 4runner to have suspension work and an alignment done. This thing was real scary to drive. Mike gave me a call a day later and already had everything figured out. His quote was even less than expected. Him and John quoted me exactly what it needed and didn't try to sell me a bunch of parts it didn't need. I just picked it up today and it drives like a dream! I've never felt it drive this well. Mike and John were very honest and quick to get the job done at a reasonable price. It's hard to find good shops in town, especially with honest guys working there, and this is one of them. I will be using Chuck's for all of my suspension and alignment needs going forward. If anyone is in need of quality affordable work done by great honest guys, bring your vehicle here and talk to Mike. They will take care of you for sure!

Had car towed to chucks as they had installed starter not even a year ago and they said it was again, the starter. But this time they had my car for a week and kept telling me they couldn't find the right starter and every day I was told it would be tomorrow. I finally had it towed to another shop. I bought a starter at auto zone and the mechanic installed it and had it running within 4 hours. I had to rent a car which cost me 600.00 and the extra tow was 100.00. so, chucks auto cost me 700.00 due to their negligence. Also, they kept my starter without telling me. I had to find out from the new mechanic. I would not recommend this shop to anyone as I feel they just kept lieing to me because either they didn't know what they were doing or just didn't want to mess with it. I feel they should reimburse me for the rental and the extra tow. But we know that won't happen. Bad business. They need to give me my starter they kept so I can at least get $40 for the core charge!!!

Chucks Auto is amazing. They are honest to begin with. That means a lot. I never second guess their work. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone.

Easy to find good pricing but I was there last week asked how much an alignment would cost it was super reasonable then asked how long the vehicle would be needed he said approx an hour and I would be done I m thinking ok this will work then show up this morning for my 8 am appointment only to be told it would be done around noon like really why u have me come in at 8am if u just going to let it sit half the day so they are not truthful or informative to their clients

It's pretty rare for me to post reviews, but I felt obligated this time, because I know people are always skeptical of auto repair shops. I scheduled an appointment today to take care of a brake light issue. It wasn't working, but the bulb appeared fine and the fuses were fine, so I thought it was a wiring thing. It turns out it was a bulb connection issue after all. They called me about 10 minutes later and said to come pick it up with the new bulb, no charge. Instead, I asked if they could take care of a few other things instead, and they were able to squeeze me in for a new battery, new air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid exchange, and coolant exchange. Altogether, it was right around $400. They didn't even charge labor to install the new stuff. Seriously?? This was far better than the dealership I visited last week that totally screwed up the appointment. Chuck's, I'll be back.

I recently took my Prius to the shop. They saved me a ton of money on repairs. A friend of mine was taking me to pick up my car when hers broke down on the way there. Took 2 hours to repair and we were both happily out the door. I have NO problem trusting them at all. They do great work and their customer service is outstanding. They also care about the customer. I couldn t get help here with car repairs - they just kept rescheduling the visit and they couldn t figure out the price for the diagnostics... a sad experience.

Great Service just had a flat tire but they treated me with great importance. Work was excellent and prompt, made wish I lived nearby so I could use them more frequently.

WORST DIAGNOSTICIANS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Chucks Auto used to be a reputable local mechanic shop... After my recent experiences, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately I did, (my mistake) and it was a horrible experience for her, who is 72 years old. She went in for a cooling system diagnostic (over heating issues) and an oil change. They "checked it over" and told her the cooling system was fine, no problems. 10 minutes down the road she overheated on the side of the road. After a 30 second inspection (by me) I found a crack in the radiator. Apparently they didn't do a pressure check or they would have found the problem right away.Before that happened, I took my Mini Cooper in for a coolant diagnostic (I was leaking coolant from somewhere). I was told they "fixed" the leak but once I got home, I had a puddle of coolant under my car. I took it back and asked if they pressure checked the cooling system. The answer was no. "They didn't have the correct connection to test my vehicle." I went back (my mistake) with my new car (rear suspension issues). After they "fixed" it, they told me the part they changed wasn't the actual problem and that I would have to pay an additional 400$ to fix the correct part. I gave this shop way too many chances, but never again.WORST DIAGNOSTICIANS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

My husband went here last year to get his A/C converted in our old jeep. It took 3 multi-day drop offs before it was "fixed", so we paid, and the moment we went to leave something popped and all the freon spewed out. They said they'd call once they had time to figure out the issue. They thought we needed another new piece but couldn't find it in any of the stores and asked us to look as well. After a few days we couldnt find it in stock anywhere and because we paid we weren't getting the follow ups we would have if we were still a customer that needed to pay.We were out $900 and no working A/C.

From the perspective of someone that does all their own repairs and was 1100 miles from home. Chuck's Auto is a fantastic place to have work done on your vehicle. I was in Colorado Springs for a vacation with my family and my Xterra was having issues on once we got there. I was able to diagnose the issue with a code reader after the check engine light came on. P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire... Cylinder 1 is under the intake collector and is really hard to get to without the correct tools. The guys at Chuck's were able to get my rig in the same day (called at like ~930a on a Tuesday) and within a few hours I had it back, which normally isn't a thing. New plug and coil within a few hours, they are incredible. Very very well priced! Thank you guys for allowing me to get back on the trails and not have my entire vacation ruined!!! 100% recommend!

I brought my car into Tire World for an oil change and ended getting quoted at $2k worth of issues with my Jeep, I brought it to Chuck s after a recommendation and he not only fixed the biggest issues for 1/2 the price but also had a fast turnaround, an awesome discount for using cash instead of card, and amazing customer service. A lot of car places will try to up sell you, but Chuck s was so honest and extremely helpful and reassuring about the situation. I m super thankful to have found a shop that I trust!!

This is the best shop in town! We used to bring our cars to here all the time. We moved down south and now back over here and will only take our cars here! Hard lesson learned, we should have made the drive! They take the time to explain what is going on and keep in contact with you while working on your car. Thank you for being kind, fair and honest! You all ROCK!

Been using Chucks since my boss recommended them 3 years ago. Have had many repairs plus regular maintenance done here and never had any issues occur. Great work and great prices. I will always recommend them to friends and family.

Used chucks once, bit was very satisfied with the service and price. The guys there are very knowledgeable and do a great job explaining things in a way anyone would understand. I will definitely be a repeat customer even though I'm located in Denver, the service and price is well worth the drive.

As someone who does most of their car maintence and repairs at home, i have to say hands down Chucks Auto is the only one i trust when its beyond my capability. They are Honest, a rare quality in business and people these days, they won't BS you. If the car isn't fixable or is not worth paying to fix, then they wont lie to you about it. i appreciate this sort of integrity. I Will return all my vehicles here when i need Auto help.

They tried to charge me $1300 to get my AC fixed when I asked how he told me it was 8 hours in labor and $800 dollars in parts.

So FIRST of all...they read your codes for free if you get the work done there. THAT is awesome, and encouraged me to come in IMMEDIATELY. I am definitely not sorry. These guys do good solid work, they do it quickly, they are communicative, respectful and kind about DOING the work ( as a woman going to a shop, I HATE to be condescended to, and these men are just NOT going to do that). They did the work for a great price, then when something went amiss they took responsibility and made the fix part of the price. This is seriously good business, and a great group of men. Joe did the work for me, and I would suggest him every single time. I have found my lifelong mechanic !

Went here for a short notice pre-purchase inspection. Was quick, courteous, thorough, and a great deal, when all other shops were quite overpriced and booked into the following week. Pointed out some things worth knowing, allowed me to buy the car with confidence

Mike had my car for two weeks for a $3,000 repair which I had already paid $2,000 on. The date of completion of the repair was constantly changing. Because I called every two or three days to check on the status, Mike went off on me. Before this happened, I swore by him and sang his praises to everybody I knew. Too bad. I don't know what was really bothering him but it's a sad way to end a 10-year professional relationship and now I have to look for a new mechanic.

They really helped us out and they where really good, they didn't do anything other than what we asked, and where very respectful and kind! Would definitely recommend this place! Well untill.they supposedly fix the problem to only have the same problem continue to happen, and then say we can't get to your vehicle again for a bother week,and you can't leave it here,. We have now been without our vehicle for almost 3weeks. Their fix is broken and they won't fixit.

It has taken 30 years for me to find an excellent, dependable, honest and affordable mechanics shop. This is the only place I would ever bring my vehichles to for work. You can trust these guys all the way.Thanks Mike and crew

The shop is locally owned and operated with fair prices which is why I went there.When I went there I had asked that they fix three things, of which only one was done. I understand that some mechanical problems require the customer to point it out, but even after I pointed out what the issue was (wheel bearing, have to drive over 30 mph to hear) it was still not repaired.The third task I asked them to do, fill the brake fluid, would have saved me $150 in labor if they had actually done. If done, it would have been noticed that my brake fluid reservoir had come almost completely detached, very easy to see and fix, and stopped a BIG problem before it happened. Instead my car was returned to me with a faulty brake system and the new need to have the brake lines treated.I am still flabbergasted as to how my mechanical issues were handled by this shop. Coming in with three problems and leaving with more just doesn't sit right with me.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! We were passing through on a 4000 mile RV trip. We broke down in a RV park and could not get a tow truck to us at all. Imagining spending another day in a place we were done with and spending hundreds of dollars in tow bills and mechanic charges Chuck s sent 2 guys to us and they got us rolling in minutes. We went to there shop and they repaired the bad starter relay. While I was waiting one guy taught me a few things about the problem in case it happened again. 30 min and $25 dollars later (ARE YOU KIDDING ME) we were on our way. Way to go Chucks!!!

The guys at Chucks Auto do great work and at a very reasonable price. Our son's car died the night before graduation from the Air Force Academy. We coordinated over the phone the morning of graduation, had the car towed immediately after and back on the road in 2 days! What a life saver! Kept us on our schedule to return home from Illinois. Very professional, called with updates and delivered on time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

I used this auto repair to fix the transmission in my truck. Installed w/ a yr warranty .. Less than half way thru the yr I have a huge issue with a slip. They will not talk to me ..acccually had my boss call. Trying to have a man deal with Mike. . he told my boss to go to hell , and try to take him to court. There service took days and weeks from my work season with repeated trips for repairs. Weeks and months of contact , people let go. Over this truck and still not working . I would not recommend CHUcKS AUTO OR THE OWNER MIKE TO ANYONE. THOUSAANDS WERE SPENT TO FIND MYSELF WITH OUT HELP WHEN THEY DID SHOTTY WORK...Couldent even call me back when i called and took work off to maybe get under his scope... The lady said he was on a test drive. Hour later in told lunch ..HE NEVER CALLED !!!SHOTTY service people wise . And quality of work is a complete joke.
