Always a great experience with staff here. Never disappointed in the work done on my vehicle. Never pushy, no up sells. They manage to keep my high mileage SUV running.

The people at Christian Brothers were friendly and courteous and didn't try to add on work that I hadn't requested, and in fact, told me that some things I asked about were not necessary and why. They were also very fast. I brought my 2006 Honda Pilot in on a Thursday and since they were very busy, they told me it would probably be Monday when they could get to it at the earliest. But on Friday afternoon I got a call that the car was ready, since they had some cancellations, and I was able to pick it up that evening. Excellent service and I highly recommend the people at the Duryea Dr/East Woodman Rd location.

I came in for a break inspection because my brakes were squeaking and was told that I would need to replace the front and rear brakes as well as the rotors. The final cost because the back brakes were going to cost more was going to be nearly $1400. I had asked if the rotors could be machined, since this vehicle is only a few years old and I was told that that was not something that was done anymore. I contacted the dealership and they took a look at it and were able to machine the rotors with no problem for this go round so I was at less than $800 out the door. I know this might not seem like a lot to others but as a single mom a $600 difference is a big deal. Everybody was very polite though and they got me in fast, I just feel like quotes are given for the most possible work and cost. I know everyone says not to go to the dealership, but In this case, it ended up being nearly half the cost.

Christian Brothers Automotive is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone! They got my car is so fast and were able to complete the repairs I needed within a few hours. I had called around to other shops and at two of them they told me they could not get me in for over a month! The system that they use to book appointments, document their findings and send proposed invoices for service is so slick. I like that they took photos of a maintenance item that the dealership should take care of for me. I also appreciate the way that they explained what the issues were and talked me through the invoice cost. Take your vehicles here; you won't regret it!

I usually only service my vehicle at the dealer, but in this instance, all I needed was an oil change. The dealer is quite a few miles away, so it didn't make sense to take my car there. I loved the fact that I could make an online appointment at Christian Brothers and they were on time! I loved it even more when, after their diagnosis of my vehicle's overall "health," they didn't try to upsell me on anything. Price was fair for the oil change and done very quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this location!

New to the Colorado Springs area and both our vehicles needed oil changes. Service was great on the first vehicle with friendly service, clean waiting area, and on time schedule. Took the second vehicle in a few days later, and the courtesy inspection found some issues of which they recommended quick repair on one. Since I had purchased an extended warranty from the dealer, Greg, at the Woodmen location, said he d call to see what they would cover. He called me back an hour later and had figured out the items should actually be covered under my original warranty. He had already called the local dealership and spoken to the service manager so all I had to do was call the dealership to set up an appointment. Greg went above and beyond exemplary customer service and I ve found my new local mechanic. Thank you, Christian Brothers, for building trust and what I expect will be a longstanding relationship.

I have been bringing my Durango in for about 2 ish years and they have always been fantastic. They contact me and keep me updated on what s wrong with my car, the parts ans work. They have always done so amazing and kept me informed. When I needed help getting to and from the shop, they always had a shuttle. This place is top notch. I always feel like I m dealing with family, they treat everyone sooooo nice and friendly.

Good communication. They explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it in an easily understandable way. The price I was quoted was the end price, no surprises. There was a delay in them receiving the parts, and this was communicated well, with regular updates on the estimated time for repair. Everyone I spoke to was polite and courteous, allowing for questions and giving thorough responses. I will continue to bring my car here for future repairs.

Christian Brothers Automotive has AMAZING customer service! Right before Christmas my splash shield was damaged and hanging half down due to a scrape from a snow bank in a parking lot a few days prior. The wonderful people at Christian Brothers made me a same day appointment and fixed my splash shield within an hour. Their kindness and skill was very much appreciated since I had to travel on the interstate for the holidays the following day. Thanks to them, I was able to. Thanks Christian Brothers! I will be back in the future.

I got a same day appointment, and my car's issue was analyzed and repaired within a few hours. They communicated the status of my car each step of the way and even offered to come get me when it was completed and ready to pick up. Another great experience with CB Automotive.

UPDATE/RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM CB:No, I am not interested in any further contact with personnel or even management from your company. I do not believe your claim in CBA s effort to maintain transparency. I think you re only troubled by the fact that yet another customer has been lost to you because they discovered CBA s blatant greed and dishonesty. And judging by how many other negative reviews you ve received by other customers that CBA dealt dishonesty with them, you people just don t ever learn your lesson. And trust me, I am very vocal in the military community regarding companies that try to cheat me. I will be warning many soldiers to steer clear of CBA.I wish I was allowed to give negative stars on this review. I brought my son s car in for a basic front end alignment. This was a first and last experience of giving CBA my business. They called me a couple of hours after I dropped it off, telling me they would not be able to perform the alignment that I requested until I opted to let them perform over $3k in additional required maintenance. I promptly took the car back after refusing their ambitious proposal and have since taken it to a different reputable shop in town that had no issues whatsoever in performing the alignment. I definitely will not be taking any more of my family s cars to Christian Brothers in the future. They have lost my trust before ever gaining it.

I had been a customer of this location for a little over a year until I became concerned about the honesty and transparency of their work. I had a basic brake job quoted and went elsewhere where I found a price for about $100 less. About a month ago, I had an oil change done on my second vehicle. The charges on my receipt didn't add up because of the software they use, so I actually paid more for the oil change above parts and labor costs. The employee working the desk acknowledged this issue and told me their software occasionally does that and there's nothing they can do. Luckily, I turned down a greater than $900 quote they gave me to repair my cv axles for issues they identified during the oil change. Given their software issues, the employee could not tell me that I wouldn't have been overcharged for that repair also. Given the issues they identified with my cv axles and the lack of symptoms I was having with my vehicle, I went elsewhere for a second opinion. The second exam of my cv axles revealed no issues at all and my car doesn't actually need that repair. The second mechanic I saw told me that the symptoms observed by Christian Brothers was something completely natural to my make/model and no repair was needed at all.I will not visit any location of Christian Brothers again, I have significant concerns about their honesty and transparency. You should also be aware that their diagnostic fees are extremely high compared to dealerships and other auto shops in town. If you are having service done here, I would recommend going elsewhere or at the bare minimum heavily scrutinize the repair work they're quoting you.

The staff are super sweet here, unfortunately will not be returning though. We brought our car in for an inspection as it was making strange noises. After the inspection we got quoted 10,000 to fix the car. We got a second opinion elsewhere and got quoted 5,000. I definitely recommend getting a second opinion if you cone here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been to Christian bros 3 times including this time. With each visit the experience had gotten progressively worse. Worst shop I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My wife tried to take her car in for a balance and rotation, they then tried to convince my wife she needed to purchase new lug nuts for $200 because they'd break them if they tried to take them off when they were the ones that over torqued them in the first place on the last rotation. We had to refuse service because of their lack of skill. I also brought my truck in a while back to locate a coolant leak, they wanted to charge me $10,000 to replace stuff that never needed to be replaced. Coming from a long line of ASE certified mechanics in various categories, y'all won't get one over on me. Never recommending, nor returning.

I used to only use the dealership for service but after having an issue, I switched to this Christian Brothers location. The people are friendly, competent and honest. I ve come here twice so far and have been very happy with the service. Will continue using them for all future needs.

Did excellent on my Prius, finished when promised and was over $1000.00 less than the dealer quoted. I have used Christian Brothers on Woodmen for several years they have worked on all four of my vehicles, BMW X5, Nissan Altima, Chevy Silverado 2500 and my Toyota Prius.If you are looking for an auto repair shop, I recommend this one.John

Long story short, my engine coolant was leaking and they had to replace the water pump. On the way home the coolant continued to leak, but I couldn't return it to their shop because I live out of state. Took it to a 2nd mechanic and they said that Christian brothers should have replaced the hoses along with the pump. It turned out to be a more expensive repair than it needed to be.

Shop is nice and clean. Staff is amazing and able to fit me in without any issues. They send you pictures while your car is being worked on and text when it's ready. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Ok, so I was tempted to not post this because they are nice, but I feel like they are used car salesmen. I took my truck in for a service parking break light . Well after brakes replacement, axle boot replacement and something else and 2800 bucks later, I got my truck. I was driving it to work and the steering wheel started shaking when I was braking, which did not happen before. Ok, some may say, we ll they did a full inspection in your vehicle and they found other stuff. Ok, to that I answer: 1. I took my truck to get the brakes checked in September, they took the wheels out and said all I needed to do was power wash them. 2. I took another truck in to this place and they quoted me 7k for a timing belt cover change, timing belt change because that reservoir was leaking. Well, I took it to another place, Adam and sons, which I recommend, and they put some dye in the system and said that was not the issue, it was a leaking compressor. Fixed it with Adam and sons and the truck ran fine. If it was one mistake, then that is fine, we are all human, but twice? And also asking for close to 10& for both? Come on. Do better!!

I was curious about CBA as I had driven past their location for years. Finally, I decided to try them when my car needed an oil change and subsequently new brakes and a battery (due to their recommendations). Took my Jeep here for a relearn procedure, they tell me it s going to need a new pcm and is going to cost $2300, I went and purchased the pcm from the dealer for $900 and then the price was $360 to install and program, no idea where the other $1000 went unless it was their markup for the part.Took it to them for them to call me and say it s going to $504 instead of $360, I said fine just fix it, they call me back and say they are having internet issues and will need a few days to get it fixed. Two weeks later and still nothing.They kept raising the price and I kept agreeing then they made up an excuse not to work on it. No honesty at this shop, go to a different Christian Brothers or a different business completely. Don t waste your time like I wasted weeks of mine Don t waste your money as they don t actually care about fixing the car it s all about money, no matter how they get it. No matter how it hurts your family.So much time wasted and my Jeep is still not running. Merry Christmas

This was a great experience. The problem with my car was found and communicated with me quickly. The cost was reasonable and no upselling like so many other mechanics. I would never use any other company than Christian Brothers. They do excellent work, have an amazing warranty, and are fast and honest. I totally recommend them as I'm very pleased with their services.

These guys are legit. I had a problem that turned out to be a simple "non-issue". A less scrupulous place might have charged me for unnecessary repairs, but these folks were honest, and only charged me for diagnostic work. I WILL be back soon with my other vehicle

Christian Liars!!! We told our daughter NOT to take her car here, previously I had been told things were needed on my car that were not true, after seeking several second opinions, My daughter took her pretty new car (less than 40,000 miles) for an oil change and was told she had an axel leak, they also discouraged here from seeing the dealer to resolve it because it is under warranty, telling her they would likely not fix the car because the leak was not "bad enough" , yet it was bad enough that they felt like THEY needed to preform the repair. I told her to get a second opinion and guess what...no leak. I think its a shame a company that says they are Christian are the exact opposite. Shame on these people for trying to take advantage of a young woman starting out in life. As a mother, wife, and woman, I am livid!

I took my car in and spoke to Greg the Service Manager about finding a key fob that was stuck in my car somewhere. He was able to find it and didn't charge me anything. When I called the dealership that I bought the car from, they wanted to charge me $170.00 just to pull it in their bay. Thank you Greg and your team for finding my key in minutes at NO CHARGE!!!!!

I've used Christian Brothers at Woodmen and Powers for roughly 15 years, and the only reason I stopped is because I moved to a different state. The staff here are top-notch. Even though there's been some staff turn-over over the years (which is expected over a 15-year window), they've consistently provided excellent customer service. They do quality work and are up-front and transparent with pricing. They don't try to bulldoze or pressure you into repairs and try to work with you to identify what are the key fixes versus the good-to-do ones.Highly recommend them!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance
