After recently making a military move, my 10 speed automatic 2018 Mustang GT had severe transmission issues. I was struggling to find a shop that could schedule me for an immediate diagnosis and repair all over Colorado Springs. None could take me in until December. That was until I found and gave Christian Brothers Automotive Cimarron Hills a call! Chris has been absolutely impeccable with communicating with me throughout the whole process. This is by far the best customer service I have received anywhere. I was given fair pricing and utmost quality on replacing my 10 speed automatic transmission. I can't comment on the quality of their work since my interaction was limited to towing a car to their location, but I felt compelled to leave a review nonetheless. In my daily encounters with various mechanic shops, this one stood out enough to earn my praise.What struck me most was their operational efficiency and the overall atmosphere of the place. The shop was well-organized and had a pleasant scent. The staff was courteous and welcoming, showing respect for my time by quickly assisting and making space for the car drop-off, even going as far as moving another vehicle to facilitate easier access for me. The shop was clearly in high demand, evidenced by the lack of available spaces upon my arrival. Based on these observations, I'm inclined to believe that the quality of their work likely mirrors the high standards and care they apply to their business operations.This is, of course, just my personal take, derived from comparing it with other shops in the area.

Cimarron Hills Christian Brothers Automotive did an amazing and fantastic service. What I originally thought was the alternator going bad, was really my AC Compressor holding on by a thread. The estimate was way out of my budget but the service advisor was willing and able to work me. They allowed my car to be repaired and back on the road, in a very timely manner. Thank you Cimarron Hills Christian Brothers Automotive, without your help I wouldn t have been able to get my car in the shape it is now!

A check engine light brought me in to have it diagnosed. I like having a detailed list with pictures to make decisions and the customer service at all of your locations is very consistent, which I appreciate very much and is not common these days.My car was diagnosed and repaired quickly.Great job Christian Brothers!

Highly recommend making this your go to mechanic shop. I took my car in for an oil change. First time using them and was not expecting this kind of service. I chose them because I saw they had great reviews and they did not disappoint. Amazing services all around, you get an email with detailed info on your car. All the checks they've completed, all broken down easy to understand. best thing is they don't push anything on you like those other places. Very honest upfront professional people.

I called Christian Brothers in the morning to see if they could get my vehicle in for diagnostics and engine light warning. They were able to get me in right away. Communication was very good, they send me an email with detailed information and pictures of the issue with my vehicle within an hour and an estimate of the repair cost. They had my vehicle ready in a relative fast time frame and picked me up from home with their free shuttle service! Chris and Mike were very friendly and professional during the whole process. Would recommend Christian Brothers to everyone. A++

Definitely the most informative car shop I ve ever worked with. They provide detailed photos and animations to show you the issues with your vehicle and explain the repairs they want to make. Their system for approving and declining recommendations is straightforward and allows you to make decisions within your budget. The parts they use and the labor they charge isn t cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Very thorough inspections with photos for most things which I appreciate. I took my f150 in for a clunk in the steering column and ended up with a quote for roughly $7k to fix several things most unrelated to the original problem, but I appreciate the inspection nonetheless. Inspection/diagnosis runs around $140 total which seems a little steep and overall they seem to charge more than other local shops. Nice people and I would potentially return but they would not be my first choice.

Chris, Mike and Jesus are amazing! They always take care of me with whatever issues my Jeep has, and always at a fair price. Those guys are great. 10/10 recommend

I had a really good experience here at Christian Brothers and will be using them from now on. The employees are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They sent detailed photographs of what was going on with my car. They had my car finished at a decent time and they followed up and checked up on me and my service. Definitely recommend!

The team at Christian brothers are very professional, and courteous. They really listen to understand your vehicles needs, find the problem and fix it. I have had my car in twice and if need be, i will go there for any more service. Thanks Mike, Chris and crew.

Normally my experiences here are pretty good, however in the past month I have spent over 2000 dollars on maintenance and part replacements and am continuing to have issues with my vehicle (three check engine lights in three weeks). Can t say I would recommend giving them your business at the moment.Edit: After being contacted by management and upon further inspection it appears as though one of the replacement parts was faulty and was replaced in a timely manner. I cannot in good conscience give a review higher than 4 stars because my car was in and out of the shop weekly for a month. However the issues were eventually taken care of.

Came in for a second opinion that another repair shop told me that my car needed. The other repair shop was trying to rip me off. Christian Brothers showed me what exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and also showed me pictures of everything on my vehicle. If you are looking for a repair shop that is going to be 100% honest and trustworthy, they are the shop to go to. Mike and Preston were super helpful and will be taking all of my vehicles to them

Great shop! The staff here is awesome and always in a good mood. Chris is great, he makes sure to keep me in the loop so I don't have to be wondering what's going on. He also was able to get me a very reasonable price. Definitely will be coming back

We took our car in for some issues. We ended up having them do an oil change. Usually when you get an oil change they top off ALL fluids. Well our coolant was empty boy no leak was noted.

These guys are awesome. They do amazing work, they are fairly priced and they never hassle me to do any repairs, just friendly suggestions.Plus they fed me snacks while I was waiting. Great service!!!! They took my car same day and honestly diagnosed the issues with my vehicle. They have this dope online pdf break down of the services they complete and recommendations with pictures. The only reason my review is not 5 stars is because they are pricy. Definitely not a place for a cheaper fix, But they were honest and upfront about cost and worked with me!!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Good service and honest techs from what I can tell. I put 4 stars because sometimes they can be pricey, but if there s a simple DIY fix you can do on your own (like changing an air filter) they let you know so you don t have to pay them to do it. They also do a good job of explaining things as they have videos they can send you to show you what s going on in the car.

Chris, Mike, John, and Shae all helped me turn a bad situation with my car into a good one. A different repair shop quoted me twice the price that this shop did. They shuttled me to work and to pick up my car and they had a financing option through sunbit. I really can't overstate how helpful they were and my joy at being able to drive my car without worrying about the repairs.
