Excellent choice for knowledgeable windshield replacement or repair. The other customers I had the chance to speak with were very impressed as was I with the way the quote, logistics and repair management was performed. My advice is that when you get a rock chip, come here that day to have it filled and fixed before it becomes a major issue. I have seen the smallest chip take out my entire windshield before. The service area and waiting room was clean and tidy, the service personnel were polite and informative, and the repair was completed quickly without hassle. I will recommend this to anyone who needs high quality repair and doesn t mind waiting till a slot opens up. My wait was about a week for the replacement to come in. The price and quality was perfect for me! 5 star service!

These guys are awesome! From the time I walked in to the time I left, good customer service . I should up a hour early and they got me right on, plus the glass was cheaper so I got another $15.00 dollars off the original price. I will be back in the future with my other vehicles!

Very fast and wonderful service. From phone call to finished product including several quotes for 4 other vehicles including finding a windshield for a 1989 Audi 200 was very quick and being treated like a real person instead of just another job or payment was a relief. Will indeed return when needed! Highly recommend.

I just had my car broken into and the passenger side window shattered. Carefree was very professional and fast. The price was the grabbing point for me but the service and people that work there were amazing. I would and will suggest this place to anyone and everyone. Stacia (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) was so friendly and compassionate.Thank you all for such a great experience and getting me out of the cold quickly!

These guys are fantastic! My quote came in well under all the others and although my initial appointment was a week out, they managed to get me in the very next day and weather proofed my vehicle right away. I had my rear windshield replaced and the whole experience went smoothly. I would recommend them and will certainly be returning for any glass replacement or chip repairs I have in the future. I've been using Carefree Windshield Repair for over ten years. The windshields are great and Sam does an awesome job installing them. He's replaced three of my windshields over the years. When I need another windshield, they will be the first shop I call.

Literally don t waste your time. Had a 9:30 appointment and they didn t take my car back to even start until 10:45. What s the point of having an appointment if it s going to take them over an hour to even get to it.

I thought I was gonna be there for hours when really I was only there for maybe 30 min tops. It's been 2 weeks since I got my windshield replaced and it still has no leaks and has help up under our harsh environments. 10 out of 10.

This place is awesome. They got me in within the hour to fix my cracked windshield before it got worse when other companies couldn't help until October. I was in and out within 30 minutes and the crack is fixed. The guys were so nice. Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks again for everything!!

My husband and I have been getting our windshield fixed and replaced by Sam for many years now. He is amazing in his field, I had a rock chip on my new windshield, happened yesterday and out of his busy day he made time to come to my place of work today and repaired my windshield. If he had not come so soon this one was big enough to spread and I would have had to replace the windshield. He has fixed numerous rock chips for me in the past. He always has time for his clients and he is so personable and professional. I would highly recommend Carefree Windshield to everyone you will not be disappointed. Carefree Windshield Repair got me in for an appointment fast, installed a premium windshield on my Subaru (with special manufacturer requirements: heated windshield, installation of powered rear view mirror), excellent customer service, install done in less than the estimated time, no problems installation cost much less than the national chain glass shops - which I'm grateful for because I paid out of pocket, not w/ insurance. Sam and his son are fantastic!! I was here from out of town at a great distance, and was a victim of car vandalism. Sam and his son were so helpful even came to the hotel and got my car for me. Their prices are reasonable, skill is top notch and their professionalism is beyond compare!! I would highly recommend!!

No communication. I did not receive a quote before they replaced my windshield. Price was high. The woman who took my car keys said she would call when the car was finished (and never called).
