This place has been exceptional and have been great on both occasions that we were unfortunate enough to need their services.Last year, our rental van was stolen, Enterprise had the van brought to this location, when I let them know Enterprise was charging me for every day it was in the shop, they were extremely empathetic and did everything they could to get the van fixed quickly.This last visit, they had to replace the roof of my truck amongst the other repairs and still got my truck back to me well before the projected completion date provided when I dropped it off.Especially after the awful experience I had at Phil Long Collision last year, it was refreshing to deal with the nice people at this location that obviously care about good customer service.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! From dented and unable to open my trunk to practically new! The crew is so nice and professional. My coordinator gave me weekly updates on the progress (and not those automated updates of "yup, your car is still here"). Ms. Amber kept me in the loop of every step they were on and how everything was going, which was fantastic! Upon pick up, I met the general manager Jesse, who was also very kind and courteous. They do a quick wipe down of your car before you pick it up and they even put my new plates on for me before I left! This is definitely the place I will be coming back to, if I ever need anymore repairs! Highly recommend!

Amazing job done in my car after being in a tornado East Denver. All quality parts! a couple of little things noticed that were taken care of immediately, These folks are wonderful. Highly recommend!Thank you for being sweet and always so respectful. No other place I ll go. No other place my family will go.

These folks were amazing! It s never fun getting your car hailed in but man did they make it easy. Very thankful they re an approved shop by my insurance. Caitlin and Jesse were very responsive when I had questions and everyone I interacted with was friendly. They got the work done quickly and my car was returned freshly cleaned. Would highly recommend!

Jesse and his team at this location were fantastic to work with! I didn't have the greatest experience with a Caliber up in Denver, but needed some warranty repairs done. Jesse was very polite and professional and took care of everything that needed to be done quickly and with great quality. I'd highly recommend this location.

Everything was awesome! But I would recommend the mechanics to be more careful when working on someone else s vehicle because my driver door and console where badly scratched, but they took responsibility, so I still need to return to get that fixed. Besides that, communication, timely manner and management were perfectly good!! Very recommended.

I took my Hyundai to Caliber Collision for hail damage repair. It took a couple of months for my repair drop-off from the date I scheduled, and the time without my car was longer than I would have liked; but my car s repair was complete a full two weeks before I was quoted.Overall the time was not terrible given the volume of work the shop does and supply chain problems regarding the parts that needed replaced. Amber set realistic expectations and those expectations were exceeded.

If you have USAA and they recommend this shop stay away! I had such a better experience with Service King. My wife has yet to receive any survey to give her feedback and the Regional Manager hasn't followed up as well. There's so many issues to list on this review and I bet I'll get a response telling me to email a generic email address to express my concerns. I experienced better service calling another Caliber location that recommended writing this review.

Simply the best experience I have had with collision repair. Hands down. All of the staff, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Yayeah! Above and beyond my expectations!!! Caitlin is the Very Best!

Working with caliber collision was easy. Jessica Bragg was willing to answer any questions. I called and asked her about Amber Smith who kept me advised done an absolutely marvelous job and I feel if anybody has a car or vehicle that they need repaired caliber collision can do a very good job for them

Our experience was awesome! From start to finish, the staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and timely. I was regularly updated on the status of my car and the service was completed two weeks sooner than the estimate! They are super organized and a well oiled machine. The repairs are exceptional and my car looks fantastic. They even wiped down the interior and vacuumed! The care taken is obvious. Caitlin was our service advisor and she did a wonderful job. Great personality and really knew her stuff! The mechanic team really kicked butt too! Every employee we interacted with was kind, caring and professional. The manager introduced himself too and personally helped inspect my car. I felt well cared for and confident in the quality of service and expertise I would receive from the moment I dropped off my car at the Boulder St. location in Colorado Springs. This was the best experience that I ve had with my car. They were great from beginning to end this is the place to take your vehicles for repairs they are fair and honest which is hard to come by when dealing with cars thank you all so mcuh

I was denied service because I do not have an insurance claim. That is illegal and I have reported to the BBB. I would suggest your place of business do some research on how to run a business correctly.

I was in a car accident with geico at fault. The shop did not work with geico so i decided to go through my own insurance for the repairs based on the reviews. I was pleased with the staff. Everyone was friendly and they communicated with me thought out the process. However I have bigger concerns. The first time they called me to let me know my vehicle was ready the bumper did not line up. I was told they would redo the work and use a OEM bumper. I picked up my truck yesterday and even with the OEM bumper they were unable to line up the body line. The car still had paint runs on the bumper and a few minor cosmetic oversee issues but my bigger concern is why can they not line up the parts they replaced? When pointed out i'm looked at like they don't see the problem. I should just be happy with the results. I'm really unhappy with the overall work that has been completed.

I was T-boned in a serious accident a couple months back by a driver who ran a red light. I chose the Body & Fender shop to handle my repair and I am glad I did. I thought for sure that my car was going to have lasting problems, but they handled every issue. My Subaru is running like the day I got it! They are true professionals and experts at their craft.

Incredible work and customer service AS USUAL! I do not use anyone else--so glad USAA recommends them so highly. They did an excellent job on my jeep and kept me informed throughout the whole process, they even got it done way earlier than expected which made things so much easier! Definitely the place to take your vehicle!

This is my first experience with Caliber Collision. I came in for my estimate after my car was damaged from theft. The office was ready for me when I arrived. The estimate for repairs was completed quickly and accurately by Amber. The office team were great to work with, and they were helpful as well. When it came time to get the repairs done, again, they were ready for me when I dropped my car off, informed me that the parts were on site, and they were ready to start working on my car. Within 24 hours of dropping the car off, I had an eta of expected completion. I had a major time conflict with the expected completion date was past a major event that I was participating in. I informed Amber as soon as possible about the time conflict. Amber said she and her team would do their best to expedite the repairs. During the process they would update me via text on how the repairs were coming along, a service I never expected or received at other places and appreciated the updates very much. They finished my car 6 days early! I'm extremely happy with the service and more importantly, the repairs rendered. I highly recommend Caliber Collision off east Boulder in COS!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everybody was amazing! They allowed me to have my car back after they found out they had to order parts and have them delivered before they could start the repairs. And with only having 1 vehicle, that was a life saver! This place was great! They fixed a faulty repair from a previous caliber collision in Denver who had not done the greatest job replacing my catalytic converter literally a year ago.This shop corrected the issues and ordered the correct fitting catalytic converter. I got regular updates and they gave me a thorough walkthrough of what they did.I waited a month to leave this review to make sure the repairs held up, and so far so good! Highly recommend this Caliber Collision!

Go anywhere else. Thay charge top dollar but do low cost work . Thay treat employees like dirt . Thay take from employees and don't pay what is deserved. Lots of better places to choose from .stop giving caliber work thay can't be trusted to do quality repairs.

The Caliber Collision team was very kind and patient with me, constantly calling and reaching out! Also they provide frequent updates and were honest about delays. Of course I wish I could've had my car in a week, but I understand we're in a pandemic and these things are out of their control! So I was very happy with them wanting to get the job done PERFECTLY the first time, rather than rush through it and have me be unhappy!I was VERY happy with the end result of my car, and the very kind customer service! They even helped me move my belongings from the rental to my vehicle, even though it was FREEZING outside, and had my car warming up for me as I was on my way! 10/10 absolutely worth the wait!!!
