TLDR: Awful communication and customer service. Do not trust "quality check", pieces were missing from my vehicle. Overly long repair time with weak excuses given for delays.Terrible experience with this shop. I brought my vehicle in to have it's front bumper replaced. I had an initial appointment scheduled and the day before I was supposed to drop it off I got a call saying they had overbooked themselves and needed to push me out an entire month. No other shops in town had availability for a last minute appointment so I was forced to wait. When I finally brought the vehicle back I was told there was no structural damage to the frame of the car so it should be a pretty straight forward fix. Four days later I get a call saying the needed parts were on backorder and wouldn't be available for another month. I don't understand why it took so long to tell me this but, when I found out, I told them that I would like to pick the vehicle up while we waited for parts to arrive as it was still perfectly drivable and I was paying for rental cars out-of-pocket during this process. They said that was fine but that they wanted to quickly patch up a few things first just to help prevent rust/corrosion in the meantime. Those "quick" patchups took another three days (not including the weekend that it was left there for) and, when I was ready to come get the car, I get a call saying that the parts had arrived early and they could start working on it. Sounded great at the time so I said they could keep the car and go ahead with the repairs. To keep things short, I was told four different times that things were moving along and the vehicle should be ready soon. Every time this happened and it came close to picking up the vehicle, I was told the vendor had sent the wrong part, something else needed parts that hadn't been ordered or something similar. Each time it added several more days to the repairs and cost me more money in rental cars. When the vehicle was finally ready the shop had had it for nearly 5 weeks and cost me almost $3,000 in rental cars. The GM came out to do the walk around of my car when I came to pick it up and, when I told him of my frustrations with the repairs, he told me that it "was just how the auto repair industry worked". He also told me that the car had gone through "quality inspection" and asked me how everything looked. The front passenger side cowl trim (piece that sits between the windshield and hood and prevents dirt/debris from falling into the engine bay) was totally missing. I pointed that out to him and he apologized and said they must have forgotten it in the back and he would go get it. Came back out and popped it in and I didn't think more of it at the time. When I got home I decided to take a closer look at the vehicle as my trust in them was pretty low at this point. I found that the cowl trim piece he had put on was either the wrong piece or it had been damaged/torn when it was removed during repairs because it did not fit right and still left a large gap to the engine bay below. I also found that a clip was missing from the wheel well cover on the drivers side which left it loose. Finally I found that the jeep 4x4 badge on the passenger side of the car had been completely knocked off/removed! I found it sitting in the trunk of the car. They never mentioned anything about this happening during the entire time they had the vehicle (this badge was also not on any part of the car that needed repairs). Admittedly these are all fairly small, simple, and cheep fixes but after they had the car for so long, constantly delayed repairs over and over again costing me thousands of dollars, and claimed the car had been "quality" inspected, I think these mistakes are utterly ridiculous. Truly a horrendous experience with Caliber Collision.

This is the second time that I have gone to Caliber Collision for repair due to an accident. Both times at two different shops. The service was excellent! They greeted me immediately upon arrival. They explained everything to me answering any questions I had in terms I could understand. The repair time was quick and they kept me informed every day with what was happening. The final job looked extremely nice!! They also nicely spruced up the inside, which was an added, plus! I would most definitely recommend Caliber Collision on Garden of the Gods and the Nichols Blvd locations in Colorado Springs.I also had some non-Insurance work done, and the price was very reasonable and the work was also excellent and done in conjunction with the accident repair.

I was referred to this shop by Progressive to repair my bumper. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was put on hold for **20 minutes** for the lady (whomever I spoke to, she didn't give her name) to "look" at the photos and literally said, "Yeah.... No, we're not working on that."Terrible customer service and does not inspire any kind of confidence they're competent enough to repair any vehicles.

We waited a month to bring our truck in, and our appointment was set for 11am today. I washed my truck and grabbed my stuff out just like they asked. I called ***20 minutes*** before my appointment to double-check that they wanted everything out of my truck before I took it in. I asked the receptionist and she proceeded to tell me that they needed to reschedule to April and "that's why we're reaching out". They NEVER reached out!!! I do understand that they lost a few technicians and that they were understaffed and needed to reschedule. If they had called even the day before, or even at 7:30am when they first opened today, I would've been completely understanding. *I* had called *them* before my appointment, just to be sure I had done everything they asked. What the hell was going happen if I hadn't called and went straight in for my appointment, which again was in **20 MINUTES**. I just love having my time and money wasted (for a car wash they asked for). I'm finding a different place to take my truck because this is ridiculous.

One of, if not, the best car repair I've ever experienced! All of the staff was wonderful, especially Phillip... Keeping me constantly updated on the status of my repair, and working to accommodate my schedule. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and everyone that I know!

Thankfully, I haven't had a much need for collision repair in my 25 years of driving, so I don't have much experience specifically with their industry. That being said, having them fix my car was an unexpected pleasure. Everyone was friendly, without it seeming like it was all fake corporate scripting.From the 1st call to schedule the estimate, to the final walk around when I picked it up a week earlier than expected, I was kept constantly informed. They even went above and beyond to call me after hours the night it was done to let me know I could pick it up anytime the next day. Giving me time to arrange picking it up and returning my rental car.They returned my car to me in better condition than I dropped it off. They fixed, corrected, and repainted the damage perfectly; and even cleaned the inside. If I should need repair work again, they are #1 on my list.

Blake's team was professional and courteous. They kept me informed while waiting on parts and did an expert job to fix my car after it was hit by another driver. Blake thoroughly inspected the car with me and they had washed it prior to pickup. Great service all the way around!

Alicia at the desk is knowledgeable and helpful. My car was in excellent condition when it was returned and they even helped put my car seats back. Phil attempted to address even issues outside his responsibility. 10/10

Honestly blown away with how easy this process was. Parts were quick, maintenance was quick, employees are super respectful and informing. They do a standard Tuesday and Thursday update which they uphold. Really can't say enough good about these guys, made a really stressful time easy for me.

When I first went to Caliber the staff did not communicate well at all. The employees I dealt with were short if not rude which is frustrating when your only vehicle is in disarray. (first brand new off the lot car, less then a year from buying) I called to see if they would take my vehicle and deal with the insurance company that the other person had after an accident and was first told no and then was told yes bring the car in. Several months went by waiting for parts and they would never call me back when I would call just looking for a status update. Several months in there was a change in management, and after that change my whole experience changed. I was called or texted numerous times to keep me up to date on the process. I was told that the manager at the time should not have taken my car in because they do not deal with this particular insurance company but they still went above and beyond to get my car fixed and even advocated for me with repairs to make sure things were done right. The Regional Manager gave me their cell number and told me to call or text anytime, and was extremely responsive when I took her up on that. The location Manager and even the repair tech explained the process, answered all of my questions and were very helpful. They used to have a woman named Mercedes at reception and answering phone calls who was short, dry, and unpleasant to talk to, but they have a new lady upfront (I do not remember her name sorry) and she was so friendly and made short talk while I waited. Before the employee transitions I would have given a 1 on a scale of 1-10 but not it is definitely a 10.. Please give these employee raises to make sure they stay... I will recommend this location to anyone is in need.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I'm new to town and needed an autobody shop to take my truck to after it was involved in an accident. A friend of mine knew someone that worked there and recommended that I take my truck to his shop because he did great work. I was incredibly satisfied with Caliber's customer service and work. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and got it make to me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to this shop if you need a reliable and trustworthy autobody shop.

I was well informed about the status of my car-however they did leave everything from my glovebox on the floor. Caliber Collision repaired the damage to our car from a fender bender. The work time was reasonable, and regular communication kept us informed of the progress. When the work on the car was completed, we had a couple of minor concerns that the team addressed immediately. Recently had the unfortunate mishap of having someone hit my car while I was out of town, and from step 1 to completion Caliber really took care of me and my car. Anthony led me through the entire process and would even call or text throughout the rebuild letting me know the progress. The customer service was next to none and they even helped me with a jump when my battery was shot, they even replaced it for me! I can t say enough about this business. Justin and the entire staff were amazing. Someone backed in to my new Jeep just before I was to leave on a cross country trip. Everyone told me it would be impossible to repair in time for my trip. Justin not only completed the repairs, but also gave me daily updates of the progress. Shawn did an absolute wonderful job repairing my Kia. From the minute I dropped off my car I knew I was in good hands. Wonderful team here! This is my second time using this company and I would really only recommend them based on their customer service, quality, and speed. I have used them in Colorado and in Virginia. Great company. Got my car in same day I called and completed it a week early. Detailed the entire inside of my car for me, and really my car looked new. They constantly updated me and were very helpful whenever I stopped by to grab something from my car or had some questions. Good people here. (USAA works directly with them and Enterprise so it made pick up and drop of super easy! Caliber Collision even drove me home in their shuttle when my rental wasn't ready). (Shout out to Rachel and Justin!)

Excellent repair and customer service. Rachel ( receptionist) was always cheerful, helpful and always put me right through to Justin ( repairman) who always answered my questions and addressed any of my concerns right away. He kept me well informed from the get-go and was always very polite. The repair turned out excellent. To top it off, when I needed a ride to pick up my car they instead brought it to me �mmediately ( I was under a time crunch) and it was immaculate. The interior and exterior had been cleaned and my car looked new. Really, what more can you ask for?! I highly recommend them to anyone. To top it off, I ended up in COVID quarantine when the work was completed, and since I really couldn't pick up the vehicle myself, they brought it home to me! Talk about excellent customer service.
