Totally recommend this location they were very professional and helpful they did an excellent job on my repairs. Paul went about and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs and it is also lifetime guaranteed. The repair was completed in 9 days. Very pleased with service. My insurance company called and. Made the appointment and I took the car in. I was given an estimate date of Completion by my service representative Diana who was very good at giving me regular updates on the progress. The job was completed 3 days earlier and my car looked like brand new . Thank you Diana at Caliber Collision for a job well done Nadine

I got my car repaired for hail damage in September/October of 2023. Originally I thought they did a good job but refrained from posting a positive review because my car was pretty filthy when I got it back (on top of the usual mom car dirt and grime it had when I dropped it off). They had to cut off my roof and replace it so I get that creates a considerable amount of mess. However upon getting my car back there was white splatters all over most of the surfaces (inside door panels, seats, headrests, center console, dash, the bottom of the frame that s covered by the door when it s closed). I ve tried wiping it several times now and it just doesn t really go away. I have to pay for a professional detail now which sucks. My husband chose hail genie for his hail damage repairs and they opted to do PDR instead, paid his deductible and included a complimentary rental car ($0!!!) that you wouldn t have to bill insurance for like I had to with caliber. AND his car was given back fully detailed, in better condition than when we dropped it off to them. Caliber also had my car longer than my rental reimbursement covered me (1 month) so that additional rental car time came out of pocket as well. I m grateful they fixed the hail damage but the techs at hail genie said it s obvious where my roof was cut to be replaced, I got back a car (a brand new 2023 make) covered in permanent filth, and ended up a lot of money out of pocket despite paying for top dollar full coverage insurance. Moral of the story: go to hail genie for hail damage. They ll return your things better than they found them.

Caliber did an amazing job with my Subaru!! I was backed into and crushed when I saw the damages.. I called Caliber and they were able to get me in a week after I called!! Andrea was absolutely amazing keeping me updated on my car throughout the whole process. When I went to pick it up, (a week earlier than scheduled btw), it looked like it did when I bought it new off the lot! I highly recommend Caliber for all your body repair needs. 10/10

Obviously, our car getting smooshed was a tragic experience. This shop made it so much better, and Andrea was great. I will be returning to this shop for any future needs, but hopefully there s no more smooshed cars in my future.

Was going to be a returning customer. This company did not care that we are a returning customer. I needed them to fix my vehicle after someone hit us and they refused to take care of us because the person who hit us uses progressive insurance. They claimed to be all about the people and helping people through bad times to get their car back on the road. When in reality they dont care about you what so ever. Don t waste your money at this shop find someone else.

I chose this location over others based on reviews! There s a reason this location is rated higher than the others! Their work and customer service are unbeatable! Greg gave me updates twice a week on my car (Every Tuesday and Thursday) and was very thorough. My car was washed and vacuumed upon pick up too :) I Highly recommend them!

If you don't read the rest of my review, just know Caliber did an EXCELLENT job with my car!I was involved in a minor accident that left my car with deep scratches on both driver side doors. When talking to insurance, I had to pick a repair shop quickly and without much time to research shops. So, I picked this Caliber location on a bit of a whim. I have to say it was an excellent choice. My service advisor Andrea was so nice, professional, prompt, and kept me informed every step of the way. The repairs were made quickly and I had my car back ahead of schedule. Being in the middle of hail season here in Colorado, I was expecting the repairs to take more time since I imagine they are very busy with other repairs, but they still had my car back to me very fast!I have to say, my car looks FANTASTIC! They were transparent about the price, and they even fixed some old existing damage (at my cost) while repairing the damage from the accident. Not only was the repair done quickly, but it was a SEAMLESS repair. I can't explain how great it turned out! I would highly recommend this repair shop! I was kept up to date with the repairs the entire way. At no additional cost, my car was returned washed and lightly detailed on the interior, which was a nice added bonus! Overall, my experience with Caliber was great, and I can't thank the team enough for the work they did! Thanks Caliber!

My Chevy Volt was in this shop for about 3 months, but it was not Caliber's fault. GM could not find the part and kept asking me to be patient. Once we finally got the part, Caliber was great. They answered all my calls and texts with accurate info. They understood my need. The Manager Paul and coordinator Diana were highly responsive. The car looks better than when I got it and mechanically, it is perfect. I recommend them highly.

This is a great shop, they did a great job on our 4Runner. Everyone I spoke with was unbelievably nice, I liked the text message updates. This is a true and honest shop, we are so happy we chose them.

Staff were competent and courteous. I was informed of potential delays in getting bodywork repaired because of supply chain issues before I put the car in for repair. The company kept me informed of progress as the work was done and parts came in. Very happy with their level of communication. Rear end collision with damage to bumper, tail light and body panel repaired in 10 days. Very pleased with the result.Service: Body & Trim

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the place you want to work with! Ron was exceptionally helpful. Gave clear and concise explanation of my vehicle's damage. Answered all my questions. The whole process with these guys was just fantastic, scheduled an appointment, showed up and got an estimate within 15 minutes and then another 15 I was out the door with a scheduled date for repair. Dropped the truck off on a Monday needing a dent and paint repair and had it back by Friday. Absolutely fantastic and polite crew! In addition you can't even tell there was ever any damage with the spot they fixed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My wife and I have used Caliber Collison 4 times and every time we have had great service, excellent repairs, and a superior warranty. Ron has been great and estimated the repairs to our car in just over one hour.

10/10 would recommend! They were amazing they got my car in quick and I had it back in just a few days and my car looked brand new! The work was amazing, customer service and communication was amazing! Taking your car into a body shop to be fixed after an accident is never fun but they made the experience painless. I want to give a huge shout out to Brandon A for actually working on my car, you now can t even tell my car was in an accident. It was cleaned inside and out upon pick up and looked amazing! I had such an amazing experience here. I chose this particular branch to repair my vehicle after an accident and the customer service as well as the work done was great. They finished quicker than quoted and Marcel our service advisor kept me informed of every step which I much appreciated. I would recommend this shop to all who need to get the damages done to their cars. I took my Nissan Exterra after a hit and run i got attentive customer service. Yes there is a small wait period if they are attending others before you but once they get to you is very quick. They will keep you informed of the status of your vehicle and when is ready. They also have a rental car there if needed. I was very happy with my overall experience. Thank you Caliber Collision staff.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best service I ve ever received! This was my first time ever having to deal with a claim and Mr. Childers helped me so much! We had significant hail damage to our vehicle. After speaking with a couple friends and using Caliber in another state, we decided to use this Caliber. Andrea impressed me from the get go - she called immediately to talk me through process and what needed to be done. She was able to answer all my questions and responded to our original estimate timely. We had some questions and concerns about what would need to be done in general and they encouraged me to come back in to answer questions and so they could point out exactly what would be done. Brad was awesome in explaining this process and why certain things were being suggested. We decided this location was definitely where we wanted the work to be done. We received multiple calls a week updating us on the work, they were timely in returning car, and overall just fantastic. The car looks good as new and we are so pleased with the work done. Andrea, Brad and the rest of the staff are awesome! Would recommend them over and over.

Updated on 7/16/21 below...Original post 7/14: I understand that there are a lot of issues with getting parts in these days, but they've had my car for weeks and the only way I get an update is to call daily. When I called yesterday morning, they said they'd have it done yesterday evening or this morning at the latest. When I didn't hear from them this morning, I called and once again they're saying that they're still working on it and it should be ready tomorrow. All of this to replace a bumper and lift gate. They claimed to have all of the parts last week but my car is still not ready. I'm so sick of getting a new excuse every time I call. If you can't get my car fixed, let me take it somewhere else that can get it done.Very disappointed, mostly about the lack of communication.Update 7/16:After posting this review on 7/14, the manager Frank reached out to help. From that on point on, he made sure that he was communicating updates directly. When my car was finally ready today (3 days later than promised, but all things considered, not too bad), Frank did the walk through with me himself. The car was great and nicely cleaned. Although it shouldn't take posting a negative experience to get good service, I am happier with the communication received over the last few days. I should have reached out to the manager when I was getting conflicting stories about the status of my car.If you have any issues with this Caliber, I recommend reaching out to Frank right away.

My Insurance recommended Caliber when I was T-Boned. All I had to do was drop off my car - they took care of the rest. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company so it was a great experience. Horrible customer service by the receptionist. Was told they don t have enough time to do an estimate on my vehicle even though I had an appointment set up and brought in my insurance paperwork twice! Referred me to another location. I was told my paperwork was lost several times, that they ordered parts for the wrong car and they never even got my car in within a month and a half! The staff I dealt with seemed like they couldn't care less and the receptionist was extremely rude. DO NOT GIVE THIS CLOWN SHOW YOUR BUSINESS!
