My repairs were"Superior" and my Service advisory was very professional and shekept me informed on the status of my vehicle. When I picked my car up, it was spectacular. Love you guys.

I had my Honda's paint redone here under warranty. There were a few drips I found but they buffed them out for me afterwards. Very good paint job and they replaced everything that was damaged except for a tiny scratch on the radio which I won't worry too much about. Was highly skeptical but good results. They basically repainted my entire car except for bumper and hood.

After waiting 4 months to get our hall damage repaired and having several conversations with the staff, I'm informed that they don't work on electric vehicles. It's crazy that little issue didn't come up the two times I brought it in for estimates, or when I discussed scheduling two months ago.

Had hail damage repaired. They were fast, friendly, complete and took care of everything. They handled the insurance and pushed to get it all covered. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend

The dent removal went well, but everything surrounding that has been a challenge. The service area didn't have my number to text me updates even though I filled out information for that, so it was a week before I heard anything AFTER I had to call to check on it. There was a disconnect between the service area and front office for picking up my Jeep. I think there are two different notification systems that aren't synced. It wasn't until I got home that I realized my cargo mat was missing. I've called twice about it, and the front desk said someone would call back, but still haven't heard anything. I also noticed scratches on my driver door. I haven't addressed this yet as we were out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday, and honestly, I just was out of patience and mental/emotional gumption to call AGAIN. Too many calls and lack of follow through.

Worst body shop to go through when the other drivers insurance, safeco, makes you use. Theyve had my estimate 'in review' for over 2 weeks, when asked when Id hear back the GM and receptionist said 'we dont know" could be another week. This has been a huge inconvenience and no compensation for it. Same receptionist said last week shed already sent it over. Poor follow through, no empathy on their part, poor customer service.

We had a very good experience with Caliber Collison on North Academy in Colorado Springs. Communication was frequent and much appreciated. Our car had no body damage so Caliber coordinated the work with Car Pros, it was seamless for us. Special thanks to Madisen for her diligent follow-up and consistent communication. Completion was delayed because parts from a dealership were delayed and Madisen followed up on each step expertly.

They did a great job at the paint, but when it came down to having my car back they kept lying and pushing the dates saying they didn t have the parts when even my DEALERSHIP agreed they had ALL the parts! So do I recommend this place not if you wanna get lied to. Otherwise paint job 9/10! :-)Service: PaintingService: Painting

I was leery about trusting anyone with my brand new car, but in the end- it was quite apparent that I chose wisely when selecting this location. Brad and his team did a wonderful job ensuring that I was 100% satisfied. They were highly communicative through the whole process, which helped me feel at ease. In this day and age, unfortunately, it takes so very little to provide minimal customer service Brad (the general manager) truly went above and beyond to see that I was absolutely happy. I have used Caliber before and have been very happy with their work, but not while owning an electric vehicle.After getting an estimate at the location via USAA (SolutionWorks), I called Caliber and told them I d like to make an appointment for hail damage repair. I emailed the SolutionWorks estimate and was scheduled for about three weeks out for a Caliber estimate, which is reasonable.I showed up to my appointment this morning and was told Caliber doesn t do work on EVs. I m left feeling like it isn t unreasonable to expect someone to have told me at some point prior to that that Caliber doesn t do work on EVs so I could have gotten in someone else s queue who will actually repair my vehicle.

Worst body shop experience I have ever had. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They would not give me a straight answer about what damage had been done to my 2006 Honda Odyssey.They took apart the driver's side door even though it was not involved in the collision. The estimate that totaled my van included a lot of unnecessary paint work and really felt like they were trying to steal my car for parts.Edit after owner response:You misunderstand my review. I am not upset the insurance totaled my vehicle. The concern is that the damage was limited to cosmetic defects in a front bumper cover, grill, and front driver side fender panel from a 5 mph impact with a stationary object. Literally a fender bender.It is beyond the scope of the repair to disassemble the inside of the driver side door (not impacted) or mark up the rest of the vehicle for unrelated scratches and dings. Staff at the office then refused to provide a report of findings and refused to explain why the cost to repair increased by double, which was enough to total the vehicle. A reasonable resolution would have been to return the car to a drivable state, which the insurance company was fine with.

I was referred by USAA. Caliber did a great job getting our 2020 Subaru Ascent back to where it was before the accident, and it was a complicated repair job involving bodywork, painting, exhaust work and backup sensors. I was kept apprised of all steps of the process, and all questions were answered quickly. They also washed and detailed the car before pickup. This is my second experience with this location and so far I am very pleased. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and super nice. This is the first time we have been in for paint repairs so I am excited to see the work they do as I have every confidence that it will be phenomenal.

This specific Caliber Collision got where it is by sending 5 suplimental quotes per car until you pay more in repairs than the car is worth. Absolute worst repair tactics and they re-use damaged airbag sensors and modules. If you want it fixed right, go anywhere you can except here.... Go anywhere reputable... I wish I would have...
