First time having to bring my car to a collision center caliber collision did an outstanding job not only did they finish early, but my vehicle honestly look better than it did before it went in. Very satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend them caliber collision on Copper Center, Way in Colorado Springs

Caliber Collision exceeded my already high expectations of what service I desired, but not necessarily expecting. From the front desk and throughout the process, constant communication was provided as to progress of repairs. I found this a quite satisfying experience to do business with them. Repairs were impeccable and transparent, looking good as new with no telltale signs of previous damage, from the body damage to the paint job. I wouldn't hesitate to rely on their service again in the future.

Last summer our Tesla experienced minor hail damage. Through our insurance company we picked this location. My wife took them the initial estimate written up by an independent contractor and was informed that the wait list would be approximately 7 months. No big deal, because the damage was minor.My wife just got off the phone with them after she called to see if there was an estimated time we would be able to get the car in for repair. She was informed by the woman at Caliber Collision that they do not repair Tesla's, and we would have to take the car somewhere else.She said Caliber Collision emailed and called to inform us of this. They did NOT. She also stated they did not have our estimate on file; they do, because we took it to them. Now, we have to call our insurance company and start the clock all over again because this location doesn't know how to keep customers informed.If they don't fix a particular car, fine, but be up front about it instead of wasting our time. And by the way, the local location website says NOTHING about not repairing Tesla's, and Caliber Collision's company site doesn't either.If you have the option, avoid this location.

Caliber did a great job repairing my 2013 Volvo. Thank you! 10/10! Fantastic body repairs. I d avoid using tire world for any actual damage to the structure of the car as my car had to go to the Volvo dealer and has over $800 worth of essential repairs that need to be done. Caliber is fantastic but the mechanics they use definitely leave much to be desired.

I contacted Caliber Collision regarding a small scratch I had on my bumper. They were recommended by USAA and are within a mile of my home. Jen greeted me when I entered and got all of my paperwork completed quickly and explained the car rental process, repair process, etc. Rick was assigned to my account and he explained everything. The quote had to be adjusted and he let me know why and sent me a text message with the updated quote. He was available for any questions I had and returned my calls very quickly! After my repair my car wouldn't start, which as it turns out was completely unrelated to the repair (my starter went out on a 2020 vehicle and the timing was just a huge coincidence). I called the shop when my car wouldn't start, not knowing if the mechanical issue was related. Not only did Rick walk through everything with me on the phone, but he drove to my HOUSE and spent about an hour trying to diagnose the issue for me. That is so above and beyond what I would ever expect. The repair is beautiful and my car was done a few hours ahead of schedule to enable me to get to a meeting in Denver. I would recommend them to anyone. They are wonderful.

Horrible communication! Ridiculous amount of time for repairs! You can beg and tell them your work schedule so you can pick up your car to not lose work but do NOT waste your breath! I lost 4 hours of work and have to pay for 6 extra days of car rental my insurance will not cover! DO NOT GO HERE AS YOU WILL BE IN TEARS!

Great customer service. Always communicated every step of the way. Even had it done early even with shop being closed for 2 days because of the snow storm. Will not use anyone else.

My experience at Caliber beyond exceeds my expectations. I started with an online estimate and then went into the shop and worked with Kelly for a thorough review of my Jeep itself and to go over the estimate.I got estimates from roughly 5 body shops in town and I will say, working with Kelly was refreshing (to say the least) compared to working with the other shops in town. We spent probably 45 min to an hour discussing my Jeep, the options we had for repairs and what would be best in the long run. Kelly is defiantly an expert in auto body work and was more than happy to discuss and explain things in detail to me who is far from an expert in anything cars.I will say, I did pay slightly more for the repairs here than what I was quoted elsewhere. However, I decided to pay slightly more and have peace of mine that I was in good hands here than at other shops where they seemed to just want to get me in and out of the door and not explain things to me and help me to understand everything thoroughly.My Jeep looked brand new when I picked it up. I would highly recommend the team at this location.

We initially brought My wife's BMW here for repairs to be redone by shoddy repairs from Caliber in San Jose California. Communication was not bad from the shop, well, from Bryony, I take to be one of the managers back then. Well, it so happens my wife couldn't swerve out of the way of something in the road and damaged her rims. They're run flats so she drove home safely. We took the vehicle in for repairs and I informed them bout every thing. They said they would repair the damages as per USAA, don't get them by the way, and everything would be back to stock. We received our vehicle back with front bumper reflectors falling out, supposed to be one time use, they used the same ones after improperly putting on the front bumper, Broken clips, overlapping bumper on the headlights, which push the headlights up and degraded the seals, missing clips on the front bumper undercarriage, incorrect screws and clips, and the Shocks they "replaced with new" ones, are already bad, its been 6 months... They out sourced the tire repair to a tire shop and didn't get the recommended alignment that BMW requires. My wife's car has been at a different shop in Denver, I live in springs, since June 16. The repair personnel repeated ignored me and lied to me about the in stock quantities from apex about the replacement EC7 rims. saying its back ordered. not knowing I'm a grown human being and can make the call as well. I thought it was just Caliber collision in California that was bad. Please, save yourself the trouble, don't get USAA and DONT GO TO CALIBER.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I stopped by this location today with a question about something that was on the paint of my new car. Rick was great to answer my questions and he also took the time to clean it for me so I didn t accidentally damage the paint. First rate customer service! Thank you Rick!

Great work on my rear ended Outback. It was done earlier than scheduled. Repair looks good. I had a concern about leveling off the hitch mount, we scheduled an appointment to look at it, they confirmed it was supposed to be that way from and took the time to show me why. Thanks! Caliber Collision was recommended to me by a family member who had previously used them for hail damage and said that they were a great option. I was VERY IMPRESSED with my help from Caliber Collision, especially from Robert who held my hand through the process. He was so so helpful and great with open communication about where my vehicle was at being fixed and handling insurance issues. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and how my vehicle turned out. My car looks phenomenal and drives great!

Edit: I sent an email per the company s request in response to my review. It s been over 2 weeks and they haven t written back.I really wish I never took my vehicle here. Yes, the front desk employees were nice. However my car had left over work that needed to done (wasn t done the first time around) -waited months till I called to see if the parts came in. I requested they corrected the damage they did when they did the original repair. Never happened.Service: Body & Trim

Jerod and his team at Caliber did an amazing job repairing my treasured 2009 370Z. I baby this car...and was devastated when someone backed into my parked car, destroying the left rear bumper and quarter panel. Thanks to Jerod's team, this car looks EXACTLY like it did before this most unfortunate event. I'd definitely recommend Caliber to anyone looking to restore their car to its former glory.

Being in a car accident is never easy or fun, but the team at Caliber Collision was amazing to work with. They were prompt with estimates, accurate with the work and the schedule to complete. We really appreciated that when we went to pick up the car (even though it was right at closing time), they took the extra time to go through the fixes they made and why. Hands down the best glass company I have ever used personally and professionally to date. Great prices, flexible scheduling options, the best technicians in the industry. I am pleased to submit this 5-star review for Caliber Collision, Colorado Springs - a business I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or give repeat business to. One or two days after we dropped our car off for repair from an accident, we began receiving text messages with the status of the repair. We also got an updated estimate of the completion date each time if it changed. The last two texts before delivery both compressed the delivery date. We actually got the car back two weeks before the promise date. The level of communication alone is worth an elevated rating, but the overall customer care was worthy as well. The car is like brand new. We thought we would have to go the the Caliber Castle Rock facility to pick up the car when we were were notified that the repair was complete, but no, the car was delivered to my garage door! How's that for service! I completely understand why my insurance company has Caliber listed as a preferred vender.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Things were going great, then things fell apart. Now it's been half a year without our car. Every little thing gets billed to insurance. Pretty soon the repair will be as much as the value of the car. No end in site, no car to be seen. Running total $21,000. That's one expensive parking lot accident.

Worst shop in Colorado Springs. Please do not bring your car to this location. Brought my car here last June and it still hasn t been fixed. On top of that they made things worse and they said that the things that happened in my accident were from prior to the accident. Gave them multiple chances to fix things and they either didn t care or they damaged my car more. You will regret bringing your car here. Overall, excellent communication and professionalism. We were in an accident and felt like we knew where we were in the process of vehicle inspection and communication with our insurance company. I can t comment on the quality of their repair work as our car ended up being totaled, but we would absolutely return here for help in the future.

Amazing customer service! We took our car in last March for repairs after a run in with a boulder. The staff was extremely compassionate, caring, and did an amazing job of communicating the process and timeline.We we're updated almost daily with the progress and estimated time of completion.Fast forward 9 months later, our horn went out. I called to have it fixed under the warranty. Without a question they told me to bring it in, replaced the horn in less than 15 minutes and had me on my way.I can't say enough about this team! Large collision repair (all cosmetic) of my 22 Duramax in October. Caliber was able to get me in earlier than expected, and finished the job in December. Communication was fantastic (Jordan) and they allowed me to visit the vehicle several times during the process. I was hit by a deer on my way back from Montana to Colorado. Caliber Collision got me in within a few days a few days and within 2 weeks I was done. I am very pleased with everything, they are great customer service wise and do excellent high quality work.
