I have five children and have had several repairs done at Caliber Collision through the years. Every time the service was exceptional, the work impeccable, and the prices reasonable. I don t even consider other companies when I need a vehicle repaired. Caliber Collision earned my loyalty.

What can I say about caliber collision. Jen and her team had great communication, very friendly, worked with my schedule, and knowledgeable. After I got the car back there were some minor parts and accessories that took a bit to get in (not caliber s fault). Overall pleased with their work and the outcome. Car looks and drives like new again. Again, thank you to Jen and her team for what they do !!!

Lack of clear communication on what was wrong with the vehicle. I received confusing updates on what was causing electrical issues and they did not relay there were still issues with the car upon pick up so I had to ask them about a very obvious issue with the infotainmant area that I noticed as I was about to leave. The customer service rep, Jen, relayed they just wanted to get me back to "normal" so they gave the car back, but never called to say they were having issues with some of the repairs. I asked them to coordinate with Toyota to try and fix the issue if they were unable to but they never contacted me back. Disappointing experience and added to the stress of an already frustrating situation. The body work looks good, but I wouldn't use them in the future.

My car got damaged from a negligent driver and thankfully Caliber Collision was the top recommended business my car insurance wanted me to get our vehicle checked out at. My car got fixed with them and it looks even better than when we bought it new from the car dealership! Let me preface this by stating I am an automotive technician myself, just not on the collision repair side of things.I brought my vehicle to this caliber location after an accident because I had a rather good experience with them in the past repairing a different vehicle.This visit was to correct damage from a rather hard curb impact. They did their usual visual inspection with me present, and during that I voiced my own concerns of what appeared to be damaged. The advisor said that he needed to start with what he saw, and they would find other damages during the repair process such as what I was pointing out. Felt a little brushed off but I figured that I would let it go and they would find it anyway (pretty obvious in my opinion)A week later, I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but the estimates they sent out did not include any of the parts that I saw to be bad. Maybe my eyes deceived me? Picked up the vehicle and questioned that bit but was assured that all the damage was repaired, and the alignment was perfect. Immediately upon driving home, I found the alignment to not be very good (steering wheel crooked and pulling left). Peeked underneath when I got home and found that damage that concerned me still present. Contacted the advisor who had me come back down to take a few pictures and refer to his technician and get back to me.Now being a mechanic myself I work in a shop, so I performed my own inspection on a lift for better sight and checked the alignment with the computer as well. The alignment is most definitely not right, and I question if it was even performed. The damaged part that I was concerned about is most definitely damaged which they either missed somehow or ignored. A bolt for an undercarriage plate is cross threaded and not in all the way. Somehow the CV axle boot at the opposite wheel got damaged and is spitting grease everywhere. Damage to a wheel that was supposed to be taken care of is still present. Last but not least, the brand-new wheel that they installed has damage on it.Clearly no quality checks or inspections were performed, and the work is very shoddy and just bad. Even though there is signage stating that they do a quality check on every vehicle before it leaves. The advisor has not gotten back in touch with me to plan next steps.I do not want to return to this location for service and will stop recommending them to people. I have an appointment to give the woodmen location a chance, but I am wary of that...I will be speaking with my insurance company about any other options moving forward.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Wouldn't recommend it. My car was broken into while it was in their possession!! THE ON THING THEY TOLD ME TO DO WAS CALL MY INSURANCE!! I SHOULD'VE CALLED THE COPS!!! But i didn't.. Like I said I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.. Especially if you have to leave your car overnight. Park vista location to be exact!!! I PUT MY LIFE ON IT THAT SOMEBODY AT THIS SHOP HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT!!

I do not recommend this shop for any glass repair, they came to my house to repair a very small chip, and ended up cracking my glass severely due to technician error. After several hours on hold and talks with my insurance and corporate as well as the manager for Caliber they pretty much summed it up with "it wasn't our fault" and my cheap repair turned into a $500 fix and they refused to credit me any of the "repair". I will never go with this company again, and advise if you have glass issues to avoid them at all costs.

They did a phenomenal repair job on my Honda Civic. You wouldn't even know it was in an accident. They also made all the insurance aspects a breeze. During repair, they forgot to replace the gas cap, and once they realized this, they drove it to my house with a replacement to make it right. This is the second time I've used them, and I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for collision repair.

Terrible service. DO NOT seek their services for hail damage, windshield repair services, chips or other similar issues. The repair was destructive and customer service was worse.I had a small nick in my windshield, wasn t even noticeable but wanted to get it filled to prevent further problems.During the repair, their tools to cure the fill were inoperable, so the technician used other methods which ended up spidering the small nick. We now have to get the entire windshield replaced and have to pay for the entirety of the repair.The GM trusts his technicians over providing quality service. Repairmen are supposed to FIX not DAMAGE customer vehicles.

The least capable company I ve worked with my entire adult life. I own a business. They refer out all of their work. To big o tires and car pros. They can not service your car. They can not help your circumstance, at least correctly. I have taken my car back 6 times, for 1 claim ..without any help on rentals or any ownership of problem solving. They do not have to demand to perform repairs and are still claiming Covid issues 3.5 years later not being able to repair your vehicle. I AM WARNING you!!! All caliber collisions are NOT certified in fixing your vehicles. They are there to collect payment. No help you what so ever. WARNING!! Do not do it. Find a reputable company that cares about their customers, caliber collision does not.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Hit a deer and brought it here for repair. Ryan and the team repaired it good as new and a week earlier than what was estimated. Friendly staff and almost daily updates through the repair process.

This is the best caliber I've ever been to the service is perfect. Absolutely terrible. They had my truck for over 3 months. Gave it back to me with the understanding that I d have to bring it back in to finish running boards and bed cover. When I got the truck back there were more problems with the truck then before I gave it to them. I had the truck back for 1 week and they had to take it back do to it not being drivable, during that week they also sent back my parts for the repair. They Had it for over 2 weeks the second time and kept telling me it ll be done soon and then they told me it would be done on Friday at 5 pm. I showed up Monday and they informed me that the truck never actually go finished. I called out of work and drove over and hour and a half to get my truck. Now they re just releasing it to me with out the work being done. Talking with my insurance company. I do not recommend these people to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding
