Absolute worst place to buy a vehicle and the mechanics are worthless and have no idea what they are doing. I ve taken my car back 5 times to get fixed and they have yet to fix it. They put a coolant hose on my gas tank with a clamp. So my car constantly leaks gas. They can t fix the car correctly but are quick to call if you are a day late paying to demand payment

Highly recommended this place. John,Donnie and everyone at byrider worked with me on my down payment and insurance. I left with a newer vehicle with awesome payments and an amazing warranty, really hit it out the park. Don t sleep on these guys. They said YES when everyone else said no or wanted me to have thousands for a down payment. Thank you JD byrider!!! Your the goat

The process of getting the car was not bad. Staff at the time very helpful. Within a few months of having the car, it started having engine troubles. After numerous stints at the mechanic. The car is at the shop still. No calls. I have to call them to get updates. They've currently had my car for a month now. For repairs that were previously fixed. I was given my car back at one time with the check engine light on. Never paid late. I'm STILL paying on a car that is not in my possession because it's being fixed. Never come here your better of buying a bike.

I have had my car since October 2023 and the wrench on the dashboard keeps coming on. It came on the minute I drove it off the lot. It s been in multiple times to get fixed and they keep giving me the run around. It won t pass emissions. It s illegal to sell a car that won t pass emissions and when I told that to Donnie he said I m lying. I was also told my car is running so they won t fix it. I live in Denver so I have to have emission testing. Don t buy a car at Jbrider

DO NOT COME TO BYRIDER they sold me 2 bad cars kept spending money to get my 2nd car fixed for the same problems to keep happening and when I was upset and asked for the money back the workers started talking to me crazy highly suggest go somewhere else

The people there at Byrider are very nice while I was there they took care of me well, the used vehicle that I picked up was very nicely detailed clean inside and out they gave me a great price on my Trade-in Plus you can t beat their warranty 24 months free overall I think I will be well taken care of thereWell that was a month ago and since then they have taken care of me, The vehicle I had bought check engine light came on. so I let them know they tested it turned out to be it was a computer that was going bad being to their warranty in their word and to get it fixed was going to be $3600 so my confidence in the car was pretty low so instead of saying too bad they hook me up with another car that was better than the first one newer everything I am quite quite pleased they stood behind there word they covered me And their warranty if I could I d give them 10 stars thank you Byrider and if you go which I recommend you do, get hooked up with Edward great guy good salesman he won t steer you Wrong

I got a car from here. The process of getting the car is smooth. The car was that dirty on the inside and they tried to make it seem like a smooth ride but have had issues since getting this car. Almost tickets but the officers would find out and let us know they understood. I m trying to work multiple jobs and their solutions aren t really a help. If you could get a car somewhere else just try and get it from the dealership or have lots of time to devote to repairs. The only good is this might be a good trade in down the line, if they can get anything fixed.

Mr.Edward Montoya took care of my situation from the moment I walked in. I enjoyed the patience and understanding he used to help get me in a car of my liking the same day I walked in. The company as a whole took care of me and my situation in the easiest way and I would recommend byrider to anyone looking for a vehicle. I also recommend you talk with Mr.Montoya if you don t understand or know what you are looking for.

Needed a car in an emergency. Finance department was able to get me approved inhouse quickly and worked with me on the down payment. This was the easiest, fastest, stress free car lot purchase I have ever made. Great sales team. Didn't try to talk me into something more expensive or that I wasn't interested in. I highly recommend using Byrider, especially if you have some credit issues and need a car. You still have to be able to afford it, but if credit is the only thing standing in the way of getting back on the road, they will take care of you. They sure saved my @$$. So for that, thank you!*Update*I ran into some problems with the car about a year after I purchased it. The service team went above and beyond helping me fix the issues. Not only did they fix the problems making it run better than when I bought it, but they saved me thousands of dollars. Having a topnotch service team that knows what they're doing And is Not there to break your bank account, makes it worth buying a car from here!Thank you guys so much for taking such great care of your customers!!!!

I just moved here from Texas and desperately needed a vehicle. My credit wasn t great and I had a few things that could have prevented me from getting approved but the entire team there worked really hard on getting me approved and walking out with a car that I needed and loved .
