If you are looking for a windshield replacement, don t hesitate!! Definitely go with these guys. They were able to get us in on short notice as well as two hours early which is always amazing. They were so quick with the service, very friendly people, and outstanding price compared to others. So I wish to do an update for my positive review I first gave this company to where I tried to contact them again haven't had any replies back of any type and I just contacted them today the 8th of April at 4:40 PM and got hung up on and all I want to do was make an appointment to get some service so do not recommend this place don't go there go to the more established businesses you all have a wonderful day

The folks at Bulletproof Auto Glass were awesome. I called them at the end of the day yesterday to inquire about replacing the windshield on my Jeep and they had a new windshield ordered and on my Jeep before I was done working the next day. They were so friendly, didn't try to oversell me on more expensive factory glass, and their communication was excellent. It took them less than 30 minutes to finish everything and their payment options were so easy I never had to leave work, they got everything done without ever needing me for anything.Service: Installation

I happened to notice Bulletproof's van and decided to call. Glad I did. Service was quick. WOW... WOW... WOW!! These guys are AWESOME. My wife and I both needed to have the windshields replaced on our vehicles, so we called Bulletproof and setup a day and time for them to meet us at my work address and replace them both at the same time. They showed up early...which we all know is rare these days, and this worked out great for us because my wife had the kiddos with her, so time was of the essence. They were "business ready", and started right away as soon as they got on site. Best part... they were done in less than an hour. Mind blown.Punctual, efficient, courteous, professional, friendly. Checked all the boxes for and excellent customer experience. We will 100% be using them again and referring them to anyone that needs new glass. I did not render services from this business, but was in a near miss accident due to bulletproof service van failing to yield to oncoming traffic as it came off the off-ramp onto westbound 24. This occurred 14jun a little after 1100. I ensured their unsafe driving practices remained behind me and other drivers. They proceeded to inform me I was number one and I returned the gesture in kind. Safety driving course could be in order: When merging, you must yield to vehicles already on the roadway, and you must not merge if it means that another motorist will have to slow down to let you in.

Highly recommend!!! We came in from out of state and had our passenger window drop on us. The motor had died. Called these guys and they were at to meet us in 15 mins and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Very professional and friendly service very knowledgeable. Definitely call them if you are in need of repairs!!!

A freak accident caused my driver side door window to shatter yesterday. It has been weeks and I have not heard back from them. I had both my wife s and my windshield replaced and my 2018 ram Laramie 3500 now whistles when I go over 30mph. My wife s 2017 explorer has plastic vibrating on the windshield from broken clips. Poor work and even worse customer service.
