The muffler on my old pickup truck was rusted and noisy! I went to get an estimate, but left with a shiny new muffler that was affordable for me.Great customer service and friendly staff.

My son recently took his car here to get a catyliyic converter put on that he bought himself, and Bud did a perfect job for such a reasonable price. My son was so impressed, and I am too. His car is old, and he's been taking good care of it to make it last. It is so much cheaper to drive an older car, for insurance, and he has one more year of college. We sure do appreciate Bud's Muffler and automotive repair. I love his old truck out in the parking lot. You can tell he cares about his customers. Thank you so much.

Highly, highly recommend this shop. I came in with some questions and got more than just answers, I got results. Everyone at Bud's handled my car with the utmost care, they even let me see what work they planned on doing before doing it. They gave me options, explained them, and never once tried to upsell. I ended up walking out with not only a solid piece of pipe for my car, but also the knowledge they passed on to me through their own experience and expertise in exhaust work. I can't speak for their other services but if your muffler is rusted out, or your exhaust needs some TLC, Bud's will get you taken care of. You can bet on that.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here this morning. My boyfriend knew exactly what I needed so I went in and spoke to Jeffrey and relayed the message and they got me in and out with no arguments, no pushy sales or wasting of my time. Super friendly and I will for sure be going back for any work I need in the future!

I ve known the owners of this business for most of my life. Super sweet and kind people, and are always fair and friendly. You can truly trust this genuine people with your vehicle and know you re getting only what is needed, nothing more.

These guys are great! Took my car in without an appointment in the morning and by noon my car was ready. My Lexus looks amazing and sounds even better. Awesome customer service! Recommend 100%

I got help here after Aspen auto on union ripped me off. They didn't question just offered help to a women and they were all so nice. I suggest you coming here if you want to be treated with respect. I live here alone and have no help but I was taken care of and wasn't charged ! I know where I'm going next time I need an oil change

Buds has been the best shop ive found in the 10 years ive lived in the springs. Theyre honest and fair. My husband has dealt with them the most but even currently our vehicle is totaled and buds has been patient in allowing us to figure out a plan before towing our vehicle from their shop, before it was totaled its had quite a bit of work on it and We ve always felt their process and time frame was fair and theyre truly kind!! Its hard to find a shop thats understanding, kind, and fairly priced. Im so grateful to have finally found one! Once we get a new vehicle we will continue to have them serviced at buds and we will continue to refer them to our friends!

Did an excellent job on a muffler delete for a 22 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. It was quick and priced well within what I wanted to spend. Truck sounds just how I wanted it too. Service was very friendly and welcoming.

Brought my F-150 Raptor in for some exhaust work. I installed a turbo back exhaust kit at home and while exhaust clamps work, I wanted the kit welded together. These guys got me in same day, put the truck on the lift and let me talk them through the joints I wanted welded. I also noticed a small exhaust leak after I installed it at home but had these guys double check for leaks. They tested the system and corrected a loose bolt and welded the joint. They kept me informed every step of the way and even recommended I don t weld a certain spot to keep the system serviceable at home. Highly recommend these dudes!

Bud's repaired a tire I brought in with multiple punctures. They were done in minutes, provided a fair estimate for replacement tire, and staff was awesome throughout.

Bud's is a great place! They came highly recommended by another shop, and my main mechanic at Kleemann's. I needed a flex pipe welded in to replace a very leaky one and a very holey exhaust pipe custom made for my 2008 Sprinter 3500. The guys at the shop were true car fans, seemed to take joy and pride in doing good work, communicated easily and well, and did a great job on the van in good time. In fact, Chuck, who was welding my tailpipe on, took the time to break a tack weld to make sure the tailpipe was tilted just right - a purely visual detail that I wouldn't have ever even noticed, and is barely even visible anyway. But he wanted to do it right. I was impressed.They were also just fun to talk to about cars.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto exhaust system replacement

Had them change control arm went to get car they messed with carburator an didn't connect spark plugs up right car feel as if it runs not as good as before it's an old car so I would have for sure would have had to go back not now thou don't trust them no more

2 stars for me sitting in the shop for 2 hours with my car just running the service recommended was stated to take 1 hour. There wasn t any work done on my vehicle due to the establishment not having whatever they needed for a fuel system flush. I m still curious how it took 2 hrs to learn they were unable to provide services that day Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my jeep in for oil change cost me $2600 after they broke the oil cooler and tried to say it was like that. Couldn't drive it away until it was fixed. Will not go back and have nothing good to say.

These guys are great! My skid plate came halfway off and the mounts snapped. I pulled in there to see what happened to my car, they showed me and took it off for me at no charge! They could have been shady and charged me but they were honest and cool!

After speaking with Jeffrey, he set the proper expectations and I knew what time I was working with. It was a drop in service without an appointment at about 10 and they expected to be done around 1. All quotes were accurate and ETAs very approximate. Man, this place is awesome. Brought my car here twice for separate issues last year and this year and their first-come/first-served policy worked great for my busy life. Both times they assessed my car s exhaust issues and fixed them in the same day. Great communication, prices are straight forward and seem honest. Store is clean, staff is profession, and it feels like a smooth and seamless family-operated business. 10/10 recommend

Wonderful help with my car. Bud's muffler was recommended by my mechanic as a trusted expert with exhaust systems for a second opinion. They were helpful and knowledgeable and worked with me and my schedule to get things corrected. Jeffrey was helpful and knowledge with wonderful customer service. Highly recommend Bud's Muffler.

Each person I spoke with, very professional. Prices little high, quality of work to be determined. Thus far, appears to be reputable and respectful. Possibly about to visit again for more work. Not sure if military discount was even offered

Josh is truly a lifesaver. I called convinced my cat had finally gone after 6 months of it throwing a code. I replaced so many things. He could ve taken my money. I was ready and willing but instead he gave me one simple tip try running 91 gas through it and if it didn t get better then we could take that $3000 plunge it worked and I couldn t be more thankful. Most companies would never voluntarily let that money walk out the door. Or off the phone and I hope I m not getting him in trouble because he earned more than my respect he earned my future business which will pay off in a few weeks when i have new exhaust installed.
