Mike and the guys there went above and beyond what they needed to do in order to get me back on the road safely. Stayed late, worked well over the closing time, were forthcoming with what needed to be done and called to give me exact quotes before completion. Job well done. 5 Star service.

I recently brought my car in for service and then my brought my wife s car in a couple days later. We have gone here about 5-6 times now in the last couple years, and have had a positive experience every single time. Dario, Mike, and Robin all provided excellent customer service, and they always have given us competitive prices without trying to aggressively upsell up like a lot of other auto service places do. We really enjoy their user friendly website which allows us to easily set up appointments online (I even had to modify my online appointment recently which was easily resolved with a quick phone call). I highly recommend the Briargate Brakes Plus to anyone needing not only brake service, but many other car repairs for affordable and fair prices with speedy turnaround times!

I would like to thank Mike, Rob and Dorio for the repairs they made on my Jeep. I was quoted close to $4000 from the dealership for the repairs they quoted me as needing. After getting a secondopinion from Brakes Plus the actual repairs only cost me $775 for the repairs that were actually needed. Thanks again to all of you at Brakes Plus for taking care of my car. To all of you reading this review please know that not all companies are honest but I do know that these guys are fair and honest and will get you back on the road in no time. Thanks again I m so glad my son referred me to your shop you have gained a very appreciative and forever customer.

Stop. Find another mechanic. Asked them to replace the starter. Without my permission, they crossed the wires in my fuse box and created an artificial battery drain. My car battery started to die every night. Brought it back and they refused to inspect the car. Tried to charge me for a battery change and alternator replacement. Find another mechanic.

This is coming late but I need to review exceptional employees and services.First Dario was so awesome and knowledgable when explaining my brakes and what was needed. Rob was beyond amazing and a great conversationalist. Explained what issues I had with no pressure.I love how brake plus do not try to oversell you or push you into getting work done before, it s actually needed. The techs are so throughly accurate in their assessments. They are helpful and try to give you the best all around prices. And I cannot leave out the managers. They are amazing and beyond fair.If you want fair prices, excellent service and work with a service team that really care about every vehicle they service and care about their customers go to this brake plus. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Brake Plus.

They were excellent in helping me in an unexpected situation! My car was parked in the nearby Best Buy parking lot, and it would not start. An employee at Brakes Plus came over and jump started the battery. He was courteous, helpful, and no charge. I highly recommend them for excellent customer service! Thank you Brakes Plus!

Robin and Anythony were awesome! What I love about taking my car here is the fact they do a fantastic job of explaining what is going on. If there is something wrong, they let you know how and why it happened (or their best guess). It's not like other places that take one look at your car, do the thing you ask for and then kick you out with a huge bill. Yes, wait times are much longer because of this but it's worth it.

Great Customer Service. They did a wonderful job on my brakes, explained everything, very thorough. Rob was awesome! He got a Lyft for my mom to go back home, then a Lyft picked her back up to bring her back when the car was finished. Definitely recommend this Brakes Plus! Great overall experience!

What a friendly and helpful establishment! I'm new in town and was experiencing a warning light that could either be the gas cap or the engine. They gave me great advice so I didn't need to jump into an expensive guessing game. Plus, there was charge for the helpful info. I'll go back when I have a car issue. Their rates are good and the service is excellent.

Went there for my brother to have a pre purchase inspection done on a vehicle. The tech did a very thorough inspection and notified us of all problems or concerns. Dario was also very helpful with going over each problem or concern that was found on the inspection. Would highly recommend, and if I m ever on that side of town and need a shop, I will be going back!

Been here three times now for an oil change. Reasonably standard pricing which my old butt feels is too much.Fast service, appointments done reasonably on time, nice people inside, and zero issues with the service. Will keep going back!

This place goes above and beyond. Mike, the manager helped me get in and out on a busy day. The service was fast and quality. There wasn t any price gouging or unnecessary maintenance. The staff was friendly and personable. Don t waste your time elsewhere!

I have brought my car in for repairs for a couple years now and this location has always taken good care of my care and I! The staff is super friendly and caring and they have always made sure my car was safe, fully functional, and in good shape.

Have been coming to this location since the late 90's.Currently, Mike Smith is the manager and is a stand-up guy. He is honest and tries very hard to do his best by all his customers.Dario and now Rob are good service advisors.I recommend this shop and its people.

Mike and the team here saved me big time. I'd been to 5 different locations of a national tire chain after getting new tires and they couldn't figure out why the wobble wouldn't stop. I was traveling alone cross-country and was at my wits end when Mike stepped in and not only found the problem, but he personally went into the shop and manually fixed that bent wheel. Amazing service and even more amazing humans there. Qualified and knowledgeable, kind, and conscientious of my time and resources, I just can't recommend this Brakes Plus team enough. Go here! They are awesome. Thanks Mike and team!!

This place is a business that really cares about their customers and even potential customers. I was having a super difficult time plugging my tire. Mike did not hesistate to help me resolve my issue and went the extra mile to make sure I was safe on the road. Great guy, great shop, great service all around. I will be returning to get work done in the near future.Give that man a raise!!

We have had a lot of work done by the Brakes Plus on Briargate Blvd. on both of our cars recently. The staff is friendly, fair, and honest. They have done excellent work on both our cars and we will continue coming here whenever we need car repairs. The staff is efficient and gets things done quickly and thoroughly. We would highly recommend them!

This location always goes above and beyond!! They have such good customer service and always do a great job. I also fully thought this was a Jiffy Lube and embarrassed myself and they were so nice about it. Will definitely continue to bring my business here. Highly recommend!!

Have a great experience at this Mechanics. Mike the GM was very friendly when I called and got me in and out in good time! Even checked for things that slipped my mind. Would definitely recommend not only for breaks but any car repairs you might need!!

During my most recent oil change elsewhere, I was told I had no air filter what?!! This Brakes Plus location was the last place to work on my vehicle, when I got new brake pads a few months prior. My receipt shows they removed the air filter to check it. However, they failed to put it back in! I drove several thousand miles burning oil (something my vehicle never did before), refilling oil, and who knows what damage to my engine. I m very worried about my engine s longevity after this. Don t say you weren t warned!Brakes Plus - That canned reply is pathetic considering such an egregious error.

This place is great! Honest and fair pricing considering there availability, and focus on getting things done ASAP. Came in with a damp brake peddle turns out my rear drums just needed a clean and adjustment. Diagnostics where free of charge and very thorough. Brought me out to my vehicle to go over everything. Spotted some soon to be done maintenance without the pressure of doing it right now. I like bringing my vehicles here for that extra eye and honesty. Very respectful staff. Will definitely be bring my stuff back and recommend you come here as well!!

Really loved the service and pricing here! Staff was super friendly and they finished my car in a reasonable amount of time. Staff took the time to explain the pricing and what was wrong with my car so I will be back!! Dario especially helped me out, which was very appreciated
