Excellent service! Had the car at the dealership a few months prior and was told front brake pads needed replacement - $800 estimate. When the brake light came on soon after, we assumed it was time for new pads and decided to give Brakes Plus a try based on a neighbor s recommendation. Turns out the dealership left the cap off the fluid reservoir and evaporation triggered the sensor. Pads had ample wear remaining, total cost around $60. Justin was great! Got us in and out in little over an hour, great communication and friendly as could be. We ll be back when we really do need brakes - or any other kind of service for that matter.

Amazing service all around! Jordan Davis is absolutely wonderful. I called a week prior to coming in for my service and spoke with Jordan. When I showed up he remembered our conversation, my name and make and model of my vehicle. Things only got better. He showed me other potential problem areas for my car and got me scheduled for that service. He let me know that the next service I need isn't pressing, but stressed the importance of me being aware. For that alone I will always bring my car here for service I'm completely sold for life. My brakes work great and I had an oil change done as well. Thank you Jordan and Brakes Plus for an amazing service. The best money I've spent so far this year!! Cheers!

Jennifer was honest and showed me my brakes. She explained what I needed and made sure I understood everything. I very much appreciate her. I don't want to say too much but I watched her deal with a difficult situation in a very professional manner.Still love this place! Always a great experience.

I brought my car to Brakes Plus, and the customer care was awesome. Jennifer greeted me when I arrived, so she is the one I spoke with throughout the day. I talked to Jordan as well, and he was friendly and accommodating. I came in for an alignment, and I was told about some additional service my vehicle needed. I trust that the mechanics were honest about their diagnosis and about what added repairs were necessary on my car because after their work was completed, I was very satisfied with how well my car handled itself on the road. Thank you so much.

Needed a couple repairs and they knocked it out in an hour. Jennifer's customer service was phenomenal. Explained everything in great detail while keeping it simple. Great job!

On a Friday evening around 4:30 PM, my car developed a pretty significant coolant leak on my way home to Denver. Jennifer was awesome getting my car diagnosed. Unfortunately, I needed a new radiator, which the team went out of their way to replace that evening. Impressive, because they closed at 6:00 PM. I was able to continue home that evening. Thanks for a job well done.

Brought my car in because the brakes were grinding bad!!!! When I got here I was explained why was going on and what was needed and various quotes. Jennifer was my girl through the whole process! She was fun to talk to and made the process better! She gave me time updates and let me pay early too! I was super appreciative of the quick fast and easy process of getting my car in and out! Now I have brakes for life! Thanks guys! And the music inside was a VIBE!

Jennifer (service advisor) was friendly and helpful on the phone and once in the office. Shop was able to quickly and accurately diagnos my vehicles issue. Repair was timely and my vehicle was back to me a few hours later with no issues. Great service all around!

Jennifer and her team at brakes plus were very efficient and getting my car in right at 8:00 AM. It s been a year since I had my car aligned here and she said that looked good but I needed to have the front rotors resurfaced the new brake pads which I knew could ve been the issue since my car was pulling to the left. I drive for Uber and Lyft, and needed to make sure that I had a safe vehicle for my passengers. I was impressed by how efficient their service was today. Jennifer was very upfront in diagnosing the problem and communicating effectively with me how to solve the problem.

Absolutely amazing service! I was in a car accident and didn t know if my car was worth fixing, and Jordan got me in the same day, did the repairs, and an oil change! When I picked the car up he explained everything that had happened in the accident and reassured me that the car is okay. The prices are amazing, and the customer service made it an enjoyable experience!

This is my second time visiting a breaks plus and it s been great both times. A few month back I went to get my car looked at by another company. That other company wanted 2k for breaks and rotors. I called breaks plus and they got me in that day for a quote for LESS THAN HALF of what the other place offered. Today I went in for a small issue/question I had and they looked at it and taught me something new about my car as well as didn t charge me for today s visit. I m also disabled and can t walk very far. Jordan was kind enough to move my car back into a spot where I could easily get back in to drive home. I love breaks plus!

Jordan and Jennifer are two of the most honest people I ve ever had working on my car and I would recommend them to anyone. I came in with what I thought was a big deal, after another shop said it would be big bucks. Jordan and Jennifer set me straight and long story short, it was not a big problem. They saved my wallet, and kept me on the road. I ve been going here for about 6 years now and I don t even consider going anywhere else anymore. Best shop in town.

Excellent, concerned, and quick service from Jordan and Jen. My regular dealer recently said my old car s emergency brake could not be serviced since the parts were no longer available. By contrast, Brakes Plus fixed the car quickly and within budget; seemed to enjoy their work and expressed concern for owner safety.

Manager Mike and service advisors Jennifer and Kollen were all very friendly and helpful! The technicians were able to diagnose my brake concern and fix it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here to get work done.

This company plays extreme favorites. I was told by Mike that his options were to fire me or send me to another store because I had to many comebacks. They fired Jordan a service writer for not following brakes plus policy when in reality Jennifer AND Mike just didn't like him. Jennifer is the laziest and most demanding person in that building. They expected us to do jobs faster than the hourly quote which on average I did my jobs in half the time required or less. The good jobs would go to mitch and rich and then they would give me oil changes all day no brake checks. I was told a week before I quit, by Mike, that he wanted me to be his next go to tech because I was better than Ernst. Ernst had multiple comeback cars, that I know of that were catastrophic. Oil drain bolts loose falling out in customers driveways, a vehicle came in where every single caliper bracket bolt was hand loose not ever tightened down, and multiple other vehicles with similar issues. I NEVER had a vehicle come-back with that severe of issues. If you want this company to continue running I suggest you make major changes in the way your management is running things. I can't make 40hrs a week when I'm being sabatoged by the service writer.

Jordan got my car in immediately. During the inspection he noted the wear on the brakes. He was able to repair the immediate problems and worked with me to get a fair price for the work. Excellent location with very competent employees. Great job to the team.

These guys are rockstars!! Jordan Davis greeted me when I walked in the door, explained my situation with my work truck, he walked out took a look and gave me the best recommendation, left my truck with them, they called me 2.5 hrs later to come pick it up! Great service and great work! I ve received nothing but fantastic service from Brakes Plus for the last year. Service is always professional and honest, technicians explain things well, and pricing is competitive.A couple months ago, I came here to get new brake pads and they found a leak in my water pump. Had it replaced by the end of the day. Oil change today was quick and easy!10/10 recommend.

Brakes plus on Nevada helped me out of a dangerous situation with my car. They gave me excellent first class service in an emergency. They were kind, thorough and extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them.

these guys were a lifesaver, not gonna lie. I just had tires installed on my ride at another place that couldn t do the alignment because their equipment showed that my camber and caster were severely off spec, so I called around and eventually got the green light to drop in at this location less than half an hour later. the guy in his late 30s-early 40s with glasses at the front (unfortunately I didn t catch his name) looked at the spec sheet they gave me at the other place and told me it didn t seem right considering their numbers made it look like the car had been in a wreck (it hasn t, I checked the VIN) so the team there got it on the rack within about 15 minutes; it turned out the alignment wasn t nearly as bad as it seemed initially and they got everything set up perfectly for about 2/3 of the cost it would ve been at the place I initially stopped at for my tires. they were extremely helpful and transparent here; i d totally recommend them to anyone in a pinch for time when it comes to vehicle maintenance.
