First, I've used this Big O Tires store many times over the years and have usually had good service. But last week I had a nail in my tire. It was repairable and I took it in early - 8 am. Dan was friendly and got things started quickly as there was no other customers. I last had the tires rotated there about a year earlier with no issues but today the key for the locking lug nuts was missing. I've never seen the key as I bought this truck is used but they had no issues rotating the tires but for some reason they could not locate the key this time. Eventually I said that I would pay to get new locking lug nuts put on so that they could destructively remove the existing ones. This took a long time as they didn't have the tool to do that in a big enough size. I was in no rush and understood that there were a lot of things that made this tire repair take over 3 hours. Because it took so long, Dan the shop manager, waived the cost of the new locking lug nuts and sent me on my way. What wasn't relayed to me was the damage done to 2 of the 4 wheels caused while removing the old locking lug nuts. I know things can happen but either accidentally or on purpose, I was not told of the damage. That is a big oversight at best... or a critical integrity issue at worse. And this integrity issue is what will cause me to likely not go back to that particular store in the future.Update: Prior to receiving the response from the owner, I called the shop to speak to the manger. He was on another call so they took my phone number and told me Dan would return my call. It's been 2 days later and still no call. While the owner's reply suggested I call or come into the store, that doesn't work if they won't take or return the call

This is my go to shop for all my tire needs! This trip to Big O was out of the ordinary. I needed some advice and guidance on something I thought would be a little out of their scope of work (snow blower tire). To my surprise, Dan took some time to discuss the problem with me and even took it to the back to see if it was anything he could do. Here ended up putting on a new valve stem and sealing the tire for me. I was prepared to pay but he said no charge. It s a great feeling when you feel like your neighbors/ local businesses still have your back. Thanks again Dan!

Can't thank Kyle enough for taking care of me. Punctured my tire dropping kids off at school, rushed down to the closest Big O tire shop. Kyle had my tire patched and me out the door in 45 minutes. Best Big O in the Springs! I have been taking my car here for years. They've always been polite, good with time, and fairly priced. Even back in 2015, I brought my old car there to have the heating system fixed after trying two other places with no success. They were the only shop they didn't rip me off AND fixed my heat. Highly recommend this location!

Big O was fantastic! We limped our Tesla in with a flat tire after running over a screw in a nearby parking lot, Nate and his crew went to work right away and got us taken care of! Quick, professional, and very friendly, 10/10, I highly recommend these guys!

This was my first time scheduling & purchasing replacement tires and I m so glad I picked Big O for the job! Kyle G. helped me out at the front desk - he was so kind and friendly and assured me the guys in the back knew what they were doing. He wasn t pushy with the additional recommendations for my vehicle either - I appreciated that.I dropped my car at 7am & it was ready by ~8:15am. I was impressed with the speed of service and also the customer service. Will come back for tires in the future!

Dan and his team were absolutely amazing to work with!! I somehow had collected 5 screws between two tires and not many other tire service companies were open on Sunday but Big O Tires was. I called in the morning and said to come right over and got me taken care of in a very expedited manor. Thank you for your superior service, I ll be back again!

If I could give negative stars I would. Took my car in to get new rotors and brake pads. After I got my car back I ended up taking it back to them 3 separate times because it was still making sounds when braking, almost worse than before. Each time, they didn t do anything about it. I ended up having to go to another auto shop to fix their mistakes! I tried getting some of my $1200 back and they wouldn t do it. Never felt so robbed from an auto shop in my life.

Drew was awesome! Got me what I needed fast and even qualified for SNAP payments nice! Even the second time now, Dan was awesome and helped me for free with my wheel well covers. Finally, they gave me a free check of my slow leak tire and a free re-alignment just in case it was drifting funny. Nice folks, amen!

I got a nail in my tire early in the morning. Went over to get it checked out. Kyle and his team were able to fix it and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! Thank you so much! Great customer service.

Such a great shop! I have brought both of my cars in here and I m always met with quick and fantastic care and service. Plus I don t feel like they just try to add a bunch of stuff on to take my money. Highly recommend!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! Rey Dejesus and Stephen were the kindest, best attitudes and on point with customer care! I went to Firestone for a leak, poor customer service, sent me packing and said they could fix it tomorrow. I m from out of town! Called Big O Rey said come on over! They got it right in so I can make my way home!!! THIS PLACE IS THE BEST AND REY AND STEPHEN ARE ABOVE AMD BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE!!!! 10 plus review!!!!

I drove in to fix a slow leak on run flats with 21k miles on them. Big O couldn t fix my leak because of Colorado law but were willing to sell me a new set of tires.21k miles on my tires and they refused fix a flat.I drove up the road to Les Schwab and they fixed the flat for free.

Great experience. Never felt pressured when I came in for a small issue. Very courteous and I didn't have to wait forever. Definitely going to put them at the top of my list when I need tires. Keep up the good work. Thanks!

Bought $1300 new tires a few days ago, with balancing and their protection plan , just before our holiday road trip. Left town and found that the car would shake bad at over 70mph. So I take the car back to the same Hartsel location for them to remedy, but rather, they charge me AGAIN for actually balancing the tires.The vibration is now gone, but so is their longtime customer. Weird.

Ray and his team were great. The service was quick and thorough, especially with it being early afternoon on a weekend. Would recommend if you are needing new tires or are worried about a potential issue with your existing set.

Ryan and his team of techs are wonderful. We were traveling from Silverthorne to Dallas TX and our TPMS alerted a low tire. Ryan got us right it and his team fixed it right up. Super fast and incredible customer service. We highly recommend this store!!!

I hit a screw on the way back from buying my brand new car....103 miles on the odo. I came over to big O this morning and they got me in immediately. Once the tire was fixed, they reinstalled the tire. Nate at the front told me Happy New Year and said no charge! Do business with these guys, they are solid humans!!!

My Girlfriend had gone in for an oil change intending to use a coupon she had received in the mail for a $30 oil change. When I had brought her back to pick up the vehicle I learned that she was not made aware of what it would cost and what oil they were using and was only given $20 off because they had made the executive decision to do the most expensive option making her total over $90. The only reason I had not done the oil change myself was because of the coupon. I have been a customer at this location ever since I got my license, and granted I have learned lots about changing car parts and regular maintenance of vehicles I would always go there for something I'm not sure about or if I just didn't have the tools for the job. This was a straight up scam and I'm disappointed to say I am no longer going to do business with technicians who do not find it necessary to inform their customers. The employee who had helped her today was Drew.

Really liked this place until I got my valve stem fixed from them then a week later I had another issue with a different tire- took it somewhere else close by and they couldn t find the lugnut key because whoever worked on my car at big o didn t put it back in my car and they lost it. Now I have to buy a new one from bmw and big o is not going to reimburse me for their mistake. Never coming back.

These guys are alright. They are not the most professional at what they do, but that might be because no one has trained them properly. They don't take time to take care of your car do the simple things like reset the "need maintenance soon" warning after an oil change or give you a sticker to put in the window for the next oil change, but they do okay. Price is reasonable, but not better than a lot of others.

I was so happy with the service provided by Kyle & Ray today..they were knowledgeable.. helpful but most of all kind and got me taken care of sooner than I even expected. It was a real pleasure to deal with these gentlemen,& this place in a not so ideal situation.This Big O wil certainly have all of my future business and many places could learn a lot from these nice gentlemen..thank you again for going above & beyond!!

Ray and his team were able to squeeze me in an half and a half before closing to remove a nail from my tire. This was also the only tire shop that was open on a Sunday in the area. Great team and would do business with them again!

I CANNOT encourage you enough to utilize this Big O location and their services. After beginning at Walmart, and having them strip a locking nut on one of my tires then refusing me service, I turned to LeSchwab who offered to break it off at the risk of breaking the whole wheel. I then called Big O who was able to not only REMOVE the locking nut, but immediately get me in, and replace all four of my tires as well as a tired engine filter. They let me know I was due for an alignment as well, which was totally legitimate given how long I have had my vehicle. They were knowledgeable in what they were doing and took great care of me and my vehicle. Shout out to Ray for taking me frantic phone call on the front end, and the rest of the team for making everything seem so easy. I was concerned about the cost, but knew I needed the tires. They even took the help a step further and offered financing. So grateful to have found them. Give them your business!
