Great prices and great selection!Friendly staff, the work was very quick and professional. Tony was very helpful in helping me choose which wheels and tires to get!And they quickly addressed the only minor concern i had two days after the install and took care of it immediately!

Jesse, Brett and the whole team are absolutely amazing. I know I can trust them 100% with my and my families vehicles. They are always friendly, and they take the time to go over anything that needs to be addressed in detail. I ve been visiting this location for years, and I would never go anywhere else for services that they are able to provide.

They patched my tire after getting a nail in it and gave me a quote for new tires didn t charge me for the patch. Ordered them and then changed the tire I wanted after doing more research. They accommodated my request. Mike was great to work with. I ve been getting tires here for several years and can t recommend this location enough. It s a group of hard working tire professionals!

Made an appointment for just brake pads because that is all I needed and then seemed to go ahead and changed everything, I was quoted around 230 and I had to pay over 500. Also have a card with this company that wasn t working and instead of helping I had to be the one calling and figuring it out. Canceled my card and will never be back

Robert at Austin Bluffs location was outstanding. I called and asked about possible tire repair and getting my sensors recalibrated since I just bought my car 3 days ago from another state and they were not reading correctly. He told me to come in and let me know there would be about an hour wait. When I arrived he had everything ready; I just handed over my keys and went for a walk. Quick, easy, painless. Will be returning in the future.

The reason I'm reaching out is because my experience was stellar. Jake Fredrickson helped me get what I wanted for some time with no hidden agendas and the best vibe, He kept it a buck the whole time , fun and personable. I went to the wrong Big O Tires, and by the time I realized it, I was 30 minutes late for my appointment. I got to the right one, they were busy and very close to closing. I talked to Robert and he was so cool. He took my car, oil change, right in and my oil change was done. Robert was professional, nice, and went above to get my car done right then and there. Thanks Robert.

Got tires here at Austin bluffs location. Robert helped pick the right tires for my truck absolutely love these tires. Was in and out with no hassle. Need tires or any other service go to this location and ask for Robert. Definitely going there again

After doing lots of research on the tires I wanted, I was able to book an appointment online after hours (super easy) and it was confirmed the next day. The guys here are very professional and friendly, and even got my car done sooner than expected. I will definitely be coming back here. I highly recommend checking them out and getting your tires here!

Brought my vehicle in for an alignment and was charged almost 200 dollars for an alignment because of my upper control arm bolts but that shouldn't raise the price. The shop told me that they couldn't break the tie rods free and charged me an extra 20 dollars for using a torch and penetrating spray. They said they wouldn't install tie rods that i bought from a parts store and so i installed them and was going to go to a different tire shop but the owner said they would finish the alignment for free. They finished the alignment super fast but refused to show me what the alignment was before and would only show me what the alignment was after. The employee that i talked to said that they was only able to get the alignment close which doesn't make sense to me and they should have no issue getting the alignment close to perfect. Later i learned that the toe was off by 1/16th of an inch which caused the vehicle to drift to the right. I tried to find a different big o tire or sister store to go to to have it fixed but was too fat east by that time. I had a different employee give me an attitude and was rude. Take your business elsewhere. The owner seems to be rarely working at that store. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them but they never responded to it. It is Unacceptable how i was treated.

I have relied on Big O for at least 20 years. The guys at the Austin Bluffs location are the best. I have shopped prices and they are competitive.

Wow, this place actually seems to know what they are doing. They were able to align my truck and finally after three failed attempts at pepboys,(paid for the lifetime alignment there and they won't uphold it.), big o got it right. I'll be taking my truck to the. for all my steering needs in the future. Thank you for finally closing this saga for me.

This was my first time here and it was a great experience. Got a tire rotation and oil change done and it was finished in about an hour. The guys working the front were very helpful and able to work me in for an appointment I had booked online even though the shop was busy. They also had good WiFi so I could get some things done while I waited. Price point was also very good. Will definitely come back here again!

Went in with tire that was going flat. They were able to fix it quickly without an appointment. They didn't end up charging me. We go there for all our tires and oil changes. They're AWESOME!!!

I had the joy of being served by Julian. He was so kind and helped me relax as I had arrived with an almost totally flat tire. When it was repaired and I was shocked to be told "No charge! It was only a nail" by a very friendly mechanic who brought me my key. I called Julian to ask about that and he simply said, "we like to help people out. Have a great holiday weekend. " I was so blessed by the great attitude of all, esp Julian.

For over 20 years I ve always had a great experience at my favor Big O Tire location at Austin Bluffs and Barnes. A special Thanks today to Julian Vargas who scheduled an appointment for the next day. Next day Early morning, when I arrived Julian started my day with a welcoming smile and was courtesy and very efficient to see each item was taken care of. He worked with the guys who service and who handled the oil & filter change & more. They were very efficient and knowledgeable to replace an item and the real bonus was they returned my baby (my vehicle) clean just as I had given it to them after they completed the work! Thank you Julian and to all at my Big O Tire service center at Austin Bluffs & Barnes location -YOU are the best !

Got a "alignment" here, and the measurements were exactly the same when they were finished. They said there was not a way to adjust the camber, but I installed aftermarket control arms for that. Guy went to talk to the tech and he still wouldn't adjust it. Waste of 100 bucks.

We have used this particular shop for all of our tire needs for about 25 years. The team is excellent and always friendly. We won't go anywhere else unless we are forced to. Today I had the pleasure of working with Tony who walked me through the process of purchasing new tires (a job my husband usually takes care of). He was patient and very informative. My only regret is, now that I have new tires, I won't be stopping by on an almost daily basis for air!

This place is legit! I ve been taking my vehicles here for several years and they ve always taken care of my car needs. Jesse helped me today with a nail in my tire- which they fixed at no cost and made sure on top of it that my brakes were operating correctly. These guys are honorable and trustworthy- you won t regret coming here.
