Was desperate for tires because Colorado springs and it's roads are pure trash, looked over the paperwork at about 1k, weeks later getting my finances in order discovered its actually 2k. Like WTH!!! if id known that I would have went else where. I guess I missed the fine print. I hope your facility burns to the ground with your crew and management trapped inside. I hate you and everyone in this stupid mountain village. Y'all are the worst ppl I've ever had the actual displeasure of living around.

Bait and switch crew. Called and had detailed conversation with manager about the tires I needed to verify price and availability. They "confirmed". When I arrived for my appointment, they showed me a completely inadequate tire. When I voiced my concern, they said it would be fine. Pretty sure a passenger car tire isn't gonna work on a trailer that sees 15000! I would walk before I took my vehicle to them. BTW I had this experience before they closed this location. Good Riddance!

Big tire on Nevada in Colorado Springs are heroes. I had a flat tire on the way to an interview, They fixed it within 10 minutes and off to the job interview I went!! These guys were busy and they stopped what they were doing to assisted me. Thank you for your excellent service.!

I ve been a customer of Big O for over 6 years now. Been to several locations in Colorado Springs. This was the first time I ve shopped at the one on S Nevada. I ll be honest, I was reluctant because by the looks, it s not a good area (particularly for a petite woman to be alone.)I called the store on a Monday. I only needed one front tire, but decided it would be best to replace both since it s FWD. The manager sounded cheerful and quoted an out-the-door price without me asking. He ordered my tires and called the next morning to let me know they had arrived.I got to the shop about an hour prior to close and there were a few other customers in the lobby. A tech got straight to work on my van. I asked him to do me a huge favor and check the torque on all of the bolts, including the rear, because whoever tightened them before did it WAY too tight and didn t grease them either. He maintained a positive and helpful attitude about the whole thing. I requested to keep the old tire that was still good and was happily surprised to see that he wrapped it in a plastic bag before setting it on my folded down back seats. That may just be the normal process, but the location on Austin Bluffs & Academy sure didn t give me the same courtesy.Boy am I glad I went through with the sale! In a time when the bar for customer service has been set so low, these guys continue to shine! What I mean is, anyone can fulfill job duties, but these guys create the sense that they are happy to do it, including going the extra mile even if it is closing time.

Came in with a flat tire on my way to work at about 7:45am. They were able to give me a great price on 4 new tires, with no pressure or price gouging. The crew there was able to get me out within an hour so I could continue heading to work. Couldn't ask for better service and communication!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

I have used Nate and his crew for several years and every time I pass them on Nevada, I say, I really must write a review. My commercial vehicle has over 300,000 miles because these guys really take care to make sure it is the best of shape. My safety matters too and I have never had a problem with defective anything they have done. Everyone there is SO friendly and kind, I feel like family. Thanks for looking after me and my cars my Big O family!

Big O Tires is the Best!!! I called needing a tire plugged Wednesday evening. Becuase they were closing soon, I didn't have enough time to bring it in. The good news came when a wonderful gentlman by the name of Gary said, we open at 7:30; bring it in and we'll take care of you. I arrived a few minutes early, and the staff was geared up and ready to work. The part I appreciated the most, was how Gary took into consideration that some of the customers needed to get to work, and he wanted to get the job done in a timely manner. Gary and his staff took great care of me and the other customers in the building. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very professional. I will definitely be back when I need tire and other services Bless this staff.

The service was amazing.Thank you Brett for your teams awesome performance. I got (4) beautiful new Goodyear Wrangler on my Chevy truck that look and ride amazingly.I got financed for them in ten minutes. And now I got tires I can make it back and forth to work and pay as I go

I love going here! My husband and I have always been customers here! They will patch your tire for free even if it s not one you bought from them! If you need air in your tire go by there and they ll be more than happy to help you out right then and there! Everyone is so nice and has been quick to help without trying to push you into buying something. They let you take the time you need/want to figure out what you re gonna do and what s best for you financially and your car! I always recommend them to anyone and they have multiple options most the time for any vehicle, so you can pick what s best for you! Definitely give them a shot! It s worth it to at least speak to them. It can also be cheaper than discount tires in my case for my 2018 Nissan Sentra! It won t hurt to give them a call or go by there! You don t even have to get out of the car for air. Why pay $1 plus for air at a gas station or car wash when they ll do it for free for you! :) You can also get a quote printed out to compare to other places and the quote is good for 30 days even if the price changes within that time! Just take the print out back in with you!

So I'm only giving this two stars because the customer service was pretty good atmosphere not too bad.this was my first time visiting this location I usually use the one in Fountain on 85/87 I did call ahead and was informed I would not need an appointment to just bring my vehicle down for an oil change and their 22-point inspection. When I got there didn't seem too busy few people were in the waiting area I waited 2 hours my vehicle still did not go back into the bay I finally went and asked one of the employees what my time frame was looking like he said it would be done in an hour so I left the location on foot went to Wendy's grab some lunch ate lunch and waited then another hour I went back to Big o my vehicle was still in the same spot and not back in the bay so I wasted 3 hours of my day ended up taking my vehicle going elsewhere just for a simple oil change when I asked Brett at the front what was taking so long and why I couldn't get in he informed me that people with appointments had priority over others not okay considering the fact that I did call ahead of time and was told by Brett I did not need an appointment bad business. I will still be using Big o just a different location not a bad place to go if you have the time to wait

I have got 3 set of 4 tires and a single one from here, got new break pads, rotors, car inspections and I have visited this big o tires location for the other service needs. They are honest, reasonable with their service cost and you can trust them with your vehicle. The guys that works here are awesome if you decided to go to this place which I highly recommend ask for Nate or Stephen, they are awesome they are pros and they will take great care of you. I can't thank them enough for what they do.

I'm going to start by saying that I've never had a really good experience with this company. When we bring our vehicles in it always seems like we are a big inconvenience to the workers. However, about a month ago, we took my car to this location because I've had a slow leak on one of my tires for a while now. I am grateful that they were able to get us in at last minute to get it repaired, now if only they would've actually repaired the tire like they said they would. We found did find it a little strange that they didn't charge use for a tire repair, but took it as them being nice as we asked them several times if they were sure about us not paying. Well a couple weeks later we got a good idea as too why this was. I still had a slow leak, and when i took it to a place in Florence, it was found out that the people at this Big O tires didn't even repair it. The had placed the patch over the nail/blade whole I had in my tire, with the nail/blade still in the tire. I have been to several locations and each time I leave I'm more frustrated than when I arrived. I will never go to a Big O Tire again, and I certainly will never recommend this company to any either.

Very good customer service. I went in initially for a flat fix but turns out I needed a new tire since it was unrepairable. I would have given it a 5 if I would have been informed ahead of time of the fees they add onto the tire installation. Either way, now I know and I'm sure when I need a new set of tires, I can come back here to get them. One of the employees did go to another location to pick up my exact tire brand (I have an AWD) and appreciate them getting it done quick.

I was recently in Big-O on Nevada Avenue twice; once for tires and then again two days later for brakes. I am pleased to say that I ve done business with Nathan and his staff for years and whether I m driving a Mazda or Mercedes, I ve always been treated like family. Service is exceptional on ALL levels. I heartily recommend Big-O and this location in particular! You will NOT regret it.

The guys here are awesome!! I was headed to Florida in the morning, but the car had a shaky wheel when I got in. I stopped by here to get it checked out. They pulled it in super fast and got my tires balanced within a few minutes I was back on the road in no time. Their customer service is so fabulous and they make you feel very comfortable. I can t say enough good things about this location.

Want to give a shout out to the Staff on South Nevada location. I was told by H&H Tires I NEEDED Rotors and Brakes on my Audi. Once, Big O Tires looked I only NEEDED back brake pads. My Rotors were fine. I Appreciate the Honesty. Also, I saved alot of money but more than anything they were concerned about my overall safety. Thanks Big O Tires, You Rock!!!

Always amazing service. Have been going to different Big O locations for a few years now. Nate from the store I used to go to had always been a great guy, ended up at the store on South Nevada that I go to now. And Joe, who has been helping me recently has also been great. Friendly and helpful like everyone I've dealt with. Would highly recommend Big O for all of your service needs! And for tires, of course.

Big O is the best. While shopping for needed parts at a local auto store, an employee there caused severe damage to my vehicle while trying to find the part i needed. I had it towed to Big O. The manager Shawn and the desk staff were very helpful and understanding about my situation and now my vehicle runs even better then it did before the repairs were done! On top of them repairing my vehicle they even gave me a military discount and rotated the tires for free without me even asking. These guys are awesome and they can expect my continued return in the future as I ve been a customer for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. awesome job Big O

They worked fast and the price was more than right. Important because it had gotten down to paying bills or eating. Not bothThe oil change was carefully done. No greasy smears at all ! I checked oil level and oil filter myself just in case. Free doesn't mean sloppy here.Paranoia is good when it comes to making sure your oil level is adequate. Modern cars run so very very much hotter than what I wad used to in the 60s-70" sIts a good thing there are garages with technicians like at big-O.It was a good experience. We'll be back come tax refund time with a whole laundry list of things for Big-O to fix on my little red kia. Their car wizards indeed.

I have been going to Big O Tires for years and have never had an issue. Today I arrived early to be first in line for my routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told they were short staffed so it would take an hour... understandable. 1 1/2 hours later I am still sitting here waiting for my car because not only were they out of the oil filter my car uses, when they went to get a new one they bought the wrong one, which then required a second trip to the store while I wait. I am not one to complain, but when my normal visit is 45- 1hr and no issues, 4 other customers have come and gone, and ... and here I wait. Value your customers time with better communication.

Could not be happier with this Big O Tires Location. They have taken care of me for a couple years now on 3 different cars and they always do a great job. They are honest, very fairly priced and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. I am very disappointed I'm moving because I'm not sure I am going to find someone else that takes care of me as well as they do.

Took my rig here to have a 5-tire rotation service done.I never that service done, but here's WHY they deserve more than the 5 star-rating:I showed up to this location without scheduling a 5-tire rotation service and they were able to do the work within 15 minutes.My family and I walked across the street for lunch and came back to see the progress.One of the gentlemen working the front desk explained that they could only complete a 4-tire rotation service because my full-size spare was deemed unsafe and opted not to put my family in danger.The best part of their customer service is that they also opted not to charge me because "they didn't do the service they promised."The very fact that Big O Tires is willing to provide valuable service and prioritize customer safety is the very why I HIGHLY recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here for tire service!Thanks to the team working hard to provide honest value to the community.

I like the set of tires I put on. I was frustrated in the selection for my car, so I ended up buy decent tires and but they were cheap and I would have preferred something a bit more quality. They did my car quick, but they were supposed to fix my headlight and didn't find out until I was pulled over. This makes me furious.Update: I called them and they told me to in immediately and fixed it in 20 minutes. Awesome. Service!

I have been coming to Big O with my dad since before I could drive and I am still coming here, now I had to switch locations and come to the OG since they seem to be independently owned. Always a nice greeting, always checking what's around what I usually need to let me know if any other maintenance needs to be done. I get my oil, brakes, and tires here and never have any issues and I bring multiple vehicles here. I've done customer service over 20 years and people are just rude and inconsiderate over exaggerate and think they are entitled, we are all busy be patient ask questions and make things aware that you need to protect. I recommend this place to anyone.

My family has been using Big O for years up north. After moving here to the Springs I'm happy to find another great service location. Staff has always been professional since I bought my tires a year ago and services since. Service is professional and expedient. The office/waiting area is also surprisingly nice for a tire store. Been coming to this Big O for a couple years now and they always treat me really good. I don't feel taken advantage of being a woman that doesn't know squat about cars. The whole staff is friendly and the manager Nate is very understanding and quick to resolve any issues that may arise. I will continue to come to this location regardless if there is one closer to me.

I have been coming to this Big O, since the day they opened. It s the best place in the Springs to get Anything and Everything done to your Car or Truck.The mechanics are Top notch the best around.Every car or truck I have ever owned,, I have brought here. The best Staff , And the BEST Services Anywhere. Period.Thank you to Nate the Management and All the Outstanding Employee s.Also during this time of uncertainty and cautiousness. Had a issue and was assisted by the acting supervisor Brett. All I have to say is WOW. Freaking outstanding customer service!! Truly makes you feel like they GENUINELY care about you as a customer and WANT your business. I have been a customer here for 8 years and I m looking forward to Many more.
