Great people and great prices. Had a catastrophic transmission failure on my truck, and they got me towed to the shop the next day. Ron and Amber are absolutely terrific as well! They gave me updates and straight answers. Also was able to make payments over the course of a few weeks on payday, which is amazing in itself with 99% of other mechanic shops wanting everything up front, and they won't offer a warranty!Don't hesitate, these guys are awesome.

Amber was awesome. Best Western Transmission rebuilt my transmission and a few other services that made my Jeep run like new. I had a ton of questions concerning warranty, break in, follow-up services and Amber was able to answer everything and keep me informed the whole time. They even worked around my crazy travel schedule. 100% satisfied.

Great transmission shop!!! They were able to figure out and fix all of the issues with my older vehicle's transmission and didn't give it back until they were satisfied it was fixed. Gotta appreciate that kind of integrity!!! Amber was great in calling and reminding me to get back in for the two week inspection so my warranty didn't get voided. Thanks for the call Amber!!!! And thanks to the mechanics who did a great job!!!!

On 12/30/23 I took my 2019 Ford Ranger to the shop for a transmission pan remove and reinstall . Spoke to Ron and explained on doing so he said we would have to take a look to see what needs be done . After some time he said I would need 3 hielcoils with some gasket stuff and I would be good to go . Upon pick up I inspected the transmission pan and one of the bolts was loose to the touch . He asked when can I bring the truck back I explained I will have to see . That night the bolt completely fell out and is now missing. I ended up taking it to Ford for proper repair . My concern for this company is did no one inspect the repair ? Upon call to him I stated I took it to Ford to have proper repaired and wanted to let him know if there anything we can do to make this right . Not wanting a full refund but some sort as the bolt they installed was loose and fell out . He stated no he can not , good mechanics will do what s right to make it right if they make a mistake . I will moving forward no longer do business with this Company until make changes to the way they run a business. Stay away until they get quality personnel suited for the job in business. Better to pay a company that is dedicated to fixing things right and putting the level of care in what your hard earned money is paying for .Service: Transmission

This place was pretty good and I liked my experience but I had a few issues. When I left the shop, my front way bar was practically dangling there with the hardware barely on. So they fixed that. Then my truck was making a funny noise when accelerating. Turns out the hardware on my exhaust were loose causing an exhaust leak. As a mechanic myself, It was pretty frustrating pointing out how their mechanics failed. Amber was pretty awesome and stayed on top of it all and I was glad they took responsibility and fixed it all. Can't say that about alot of shops around here in springs.Service: Transmission

Best Western does not honor their work. They replaced a transmission and radiator on my 2007 Suburban and the radiator failed. Not only did I get stranded out of town, but Best Western will not pay for the repair. When I called Eric, he gave me the number to NAPA warranty. Best Western did NOT install a warrantied product. I even returned the damaged part! I am out of time, an Uber ride from Denver to the Springs, and a very hefty bill, on top of that I already paid Best Western.DO NOT USE!!!Service: Transmission

We took our truck in to have the�Rear Main Seal replaced due to a minor leak. Other than that, the truck ran beautifully, and there were no other issues. Obviously, we drove the truck to the shop and almost a week later they called and said OK we're going to test drive the truck and should be good to go.�Once we got there, they were saying why are you even here, nobody said the truck was done, but since you're here, let's go look at the truck. When they started it, a ton of white smoke filled up the shop and the outside of the building... the truck was making weird noises and misfiring like crazy. Ron told him that he needed to get the truck out of there and to pay him for the repair and we now have to get the truck TOWED out of there, and the truck is now our problem.This is not how they should do business! We had to pay the $1500.00 and then we had our truck towed so that the other repair shop can troubleshoot the new issue.We now have a quote of $10,614.88�to have the truck repaired. He found that the timing had jumped 4 teeth in cam gears and a lot of work is now needed. He stated that the only way this could happen is while driving it and something fails or if it was put back on incorrectly and/or rotated the engine in reverse (counter-clockwise) causing the tensioner to lose tension on the chain allowing the chain to "jump". The other way this can happen is if someone raced the heck out of the truck or drove it super hard to cause the chain to "jump". This truck is a supercharged V8 Tundra.Remember, we didn't even have the truck in our possession. It was in the shop the entire time this NEW issue occurred. The truck ran fine and drove just fine prior to having it at this shop.We should be able to leave the shop as it came in, at the very least, as the truck ran well and was able to drive it.Now we are stuck without our truck at another shop and is undrivable until fixed. We even had to pay the new shop another $666.98 to diagnose the new issue.

I hate to leave a bad review this shop did a good job replacing my transmission, but they damaged my ignition on the steering wheel column removing my key and the owner refuses to replace it, now my key pulls out the ignition when I remove the key. That's bad business when they wont take responsibility for their mistake.Service: Transmission repairService: Transmission repair

As a single mom i always hate having to take my 2003 blazer in for any kind of work. I feel that they often tell me i need more repairs than i actually do. Everyone was so nice and understand. Amber took the time to explain to me what exactly i needed done and how much it was going to cost. They had it done in no time. Amber thank you! I will be telling all my friends. You have made a customer for life!

This company exceeded my experience. I just bought a car from a reputable dealership and after only 9 months the transmission went out and needed a complete replacement. They helped me through the process and got my new transmission taken care of in a very reasonable time. These guys are hands down excellent mechanics. I have a 04 Jeep I just purchased with numerous problems and these guys went to town and tackled the issue quickly! Prices unbeatable, service, unbeatable and over all customer service incredible. Ron made sure to break every detail down to us, even went to the junkyard in the cold to get a part that wasn t available for purchase per it was discontinued. This will be my new mechanic shop from now on. Thanks again Best Western! I did forget to mention.. I am totally impressed with this shop. No other shop in town would even touch the transmission in my 1996 Geo Tracker, and all of them wished me luck at finding parts. The second I entered and spoke with Ron Duran, the manager, I felt welcome and at home! Ron looked the transmission up on his computer, and with-in a couple minutes told me they would have no problem repairing it. Ron stated it may take a couple of weeks to get the correct parts, but he would order them ASAP and get them on the way. When the car was finished, the bill was $400.00 less than they quoted, and my GEO ran perfect - and they give a 1 year warranty on their work - where else will you find this in todays world!!!. You can trust a company and the people in it when they could have charged the full quoted price, but instead charged less than the quote. This facility is top notch in my book, and I would 100% recommend them. Thank you Ron and all your employees!!!! Steve CService: Transmission

Stole $700 For My Mom, After They Said They Fixed The Car, She Was Able To Drive It Home And The Light Came Back On, She Took It To The Shop The Next Day To Address The Issue, And They Told Her Another Part Was Required And The Part Is On Back Order For A Year! Recommended That She Try To Sell It! Straight Crooks!

Best Western did a great job rebuilding my transmission. My car would not drive at all due to my transmission going out and after getting my car back it drive better than ever. The way it shifts through gears is so smooth. I m so happy with their work and their price. They also had a great warranty for rebuilding the transmission and even offered financing which was very helpful. Overall great company! Would highly recommend.Service: Transmission

My transmission gave it up about 44 miles south of Colorado Springs. I m from Texas so I had to google for service and I know why BW has a great rating. Service was superb they kept in touch with me and had it ready for me. I flew in Friday and picked it up. This is a great shop! The rebuild on my ford transmission has my van running better than new! Everything was finished very fast and even a little less out of pocket than what we expected to pay. Ron is a awesome manager down there. Me and my son could not get the bottom bolts off of his shocks on his Xterra. Ron was like come down here and he would help us. I have been using Best Western Transmission for over a year now, started with a new transmission, then needed a new radiator and most recently a water pump. Van is 22 years old. I have received excellent service every time and great customer service from Ron. Always polite, gets me in right away and takes great care of my van. I was referred to Best Western Transmission by automotive repair shop. I was told Jesse, shop manager, was the man to see about a transmission as he is the best in the area.The best experience ever!!Range Rover needed new transmission, but I was not spending $7000 on rebuilt transmission on vehicle worth $8000. Jesse had no problem installing used transmission and warranty checklist was followed to ensure no issue with 6 month transmission warranty.Vehicle ended up needing front and rear drive shaft. Again, Jesse had no problem with me sourcing salvaged parts for repair. He was patient and never pressured me to buy new or rebuilt transmission for vehicle. We have had vehicle back for a week and she is driving great! No more shudder or lagging RPMS. She is a hoopdee vehicle that we will part with in another year.Prices were fair with amazing customer service. Jesse was always friendly and patient with the shop phone ringing nonstop...literally non-stop. I highly recommend bringing your transmission needs to this shop.

I purchased a vehicle and about 3 weeks later the check engine light came on, I took it to a mechanic that told me to take it to a transmission so I chose Best Western because my Mom had a terrific experience with them. They were wonderful I received calls regarding their findings and was able to pick my car up before the end of the day. When I got there Ron D. told me that they didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle which made me very happy, I asked what do I owe and I was told nothing, what a surprise that was. They were great to work with and I feel very confident that my vehicle is fine. I will definitely come back to them when I need work done. You don't find service like this these days and it was greatly appreciated. What a great group of people.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Awesome experience, Jesse In the Front office is great. I'm glad that I chose them for my transmission. I had a small leak that was covered under the warranty and he made sure that i was in and out before the estimated time. Although he gets swamped with answering phones and dealing with customers "he needs a front desk person for extra help" I can see why they are the best. Just recommend that you be patient they will get back to you! If I could give more.stars I would

These guys are phenomenal! BEST TRANSMISSION REPAIR AROUND AND WARRANTY!Jesse was the nicest owner of any auto shop I ve ever spoken to, it did not matter how much time it took this man made sure I was taken care of even weeks after of the repair. I was scared there was some issues and he without hesitation had me come in ASAP and checked to make sure everything was working correctly. Not to mention these guys are some of the coolest just to talk to.Special thanks to Josh and Terry taking extra time to make sure I was taken care of. Comparing every other and I mean every transmission shop in town these guys are the best of the best and know what they re doing.Completely best service money can buy! Every other shop will just try and get you in and out, but these guys take their time with each customer like it s their first and for that I commend them. Keep it up guys!

Best Western Transmission is by far the best shop in Colorado Springs!So immediate about everything, on point with pricing and labor, Ron was amazing and super nice and got my car in same day and got me hooked up with Dignify to help me pay for my repairs. This place is awesome and I recommend it to every single person I hear have car issues now. So see my boy RON!!
