I came in tonight looking for a part. Partrick M. is who took care of me. He was very unkind and unwilling to help the entire time. He kept huffing and cursing and tried to rush me out of the store. At one point he burped in my face with out even apologizing. He was very rude and unprofessional. I wish the guy with long red hair and glasses was here to help me. He s always very kind and helpful.

So this review is specifically for the 3010 N. Nevada Ave store in Colorado Springs. I have used this store for years for parts on dozens of vehicles and had great service but not anymore. The last several times I have looked for parts for my trucks and jeeps here the personnel at this location have been less than helpful. I needed an exhaust pipe for my jeep wrangler, shows they had it online. The clerk working there said all they have for parts was in the isle's. I drove to Garden of the Gods and the lady there ordered exactly what I needed. I tried dropping off used oil, they said my oil was contaminated and I pretty sure they didn't even take the cap off of it. It's not contaminated. I wanted an oil pan gasket for my jeep, nope not in stock and not available anywhere in town. I guess I just won't go there anymore.....O well.....

I had to get a new headlight for my vehicle and I was not expecting the service provided from this location! For Tabitha was extremely helpful when choosing the right bulb and even came out to check in person to make sure I had the right one! Then after I bought the bulbs Rich changed both bulbs without anything extra and seemed like they had no issue doing this! Amazing customer service, amazing store, and amazing employees! 100% suggest this location!!!

Better customer service than any other auto zone I've been to in the area. I was greeted as soon as i walked in and asked how i could be helped. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with the brake pads i needed.

Went to get diagnostic reading for check engine warning. All sorts of trouble, because of the type of car and who makes it, but the guy gave it his absolute best effort. I was impressed. He was also super friendly and helpful to my mom with other things (we were actually there for her car), and I was even more impressed by that. We finally figured it out, but car manufacturer actually has something plugged into the port, so we didn't end up getting the diagnostic completed.

Today I was dissapointed. The Sales Associate failed to offer battery installation on a new replacement battery from their store.I installed it myself with an injured painfull arm. Won't be visiting this store again.

I've noticed that my car doesn't start immediately when I turn the key, and I was worried that something might be up with the battery/alternator/starter. It was after normal business hours (7pm on a Friday) so I brought it to Autozone.Joseph checked everything out and after not finding anything wrong, he gave me some tips, all of which alleviated my worries.It was a cold night and Joseph was incredibly patient. I could not recommend him more!

I came in to buy a battery today and Jesse V helped me. He was so kind and caring. I so appreciate him as a person. He gave me (with permission) some money off of the battery and even used his own 5 dollar off coupon. This has been a rough year for us all. It is so nice to meet someone with compassion. He is a great asset to your company!! Thank you, Jesse

I ordered a battery online & it didn t come up in their system at the store & Chad called his store manager & worked everything out for me. He made sure I got what I paid for. No questions asked! Gave me a Powerade for the wait & was nothing short of a saint. It also wasn t letting him give me the money for the battery core, so he said I can come back any time the next day to get that as well. I appreciate everything! I have an Auto Zone right across the street from my house, but this will be my regular store.

Easy to get to and in a good location. They seem to usually have what you need. The shelves were a bit bare on some things but I got what I needed thankfully. Staff is friendly but I didn't really need their help.

AMAZING customer service, specifically from the manager Duncan who went above and beyond to help me and my fianc� do a temporary fix with one side view mirror. He gave us great advice on how to find a permanent fix, and he personally helped us get the temporary mirror on in a makeshift manner (as there was no flat surface to simply adhere it to). He freely helped us without our asking after seeing us struggle on our own in the parking lot and didn t want anything in return. We so appreciate having a place that can be trusted to provide genuine and honest service. Thank you very much to Duncan!!

I had a wonderful experience at this location do to the help I received from Brooke the store manager. She was extremely professional, kind, and helpful getting me the supplies I needed for the projects I had to complete on two of my cars period I will be shopping at this location now because of the amazing experience I had with Brooke today period

Went in To buy firewall washers and a qt.of oil.The guy waiting on me doesn't get many women who are as knowledgeable as i am.I told him what I needed.as we walked he figured out what it was.we laughed a while.Then he explained oil I used Theyhave changed product no longer make regularPennzoil. Went on explaining what I shouldUse.I was so glad to have a AutoZone guy soFriendly sense of humor.Helped me over the top on the oil.I did buy some. Great experience.Other AutoZone are stocked a little better I was impressed with the service.Lucky me!

I was greeted promptly and helped immediately. All I needed was a windshield wiper hose and the guy who helped me took the old one off and went as far as putting it on for me. The customer service goes above and beyond so thank you for that, 5 stars all day!

I went in to this store at about 7pm for windshield wiper fluid and antifreeze tonight and whle checking out the 2 gentleman behind the counter took the time to save me money. I am now a loyal customer. No one ever seems to give that personal touch and that little bit goes a long long way.. thank you so very much. Jean

They were extremely helpful when I came in. The man who helped me stayed with me the entire time and answered all my questions about what exactly I needed to do and buy. Then before I left, he put on my new wipers and poured my wiper fluid/deicer. I was grateful for all the help.

Sitting here listening to the employee taking a personal call instead of assisting me with the batteries I ordered online. Attempted to get her attention and she said she'll be with me in a minute... 5 mins later she's done complaining on the phone. Her name is Sophi if management wants to take care of this.

Walked in for brake lube and was met by a super friendly employee named stephanie. Stephanie did also introduce me to the store manager Daniel who was super helpful and super young. Fantastic I think this store is awesome and cant believe how much better it is just from a year ago

Always friendly, found exactly what I needed and I drained my battery while I was wiring a trailer hookup, and they were kind enough to jump my battery for me- definitely recommend for any of your auto needs

Helpful and knowledgeable. They had everything I needed. A rarity in these days of stores with dwindling SKUs who won't carry a part unless they can sell hundreds of it a week.

This place is great. Went there to get a new lightbulb for my lowbeam light that went out. They found what I needed with ease right away then they installed it! I love this place - knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Made the shopping quick and showing me how to install the light topped the great service off! Way better than paying midas $45 for a new light bulb install by far!

Thank you for Rich for installing the bulb for my headlight. I came in trying to figure out if I had the right bulb or not, and he could tell I didn't know what I was doing, so he came right out to my car and installed it for me!! It was a cold night, yet he was so positive and did not seem annoyed by me. Thank you again!
