The store manager, Bernard was exceptional in helping to resolve and guide me to make the right purchase for my car. In addition to great customer service, friendly, approachable demeanor and very knowledgeable he came out in the rain to install the product in my car. kudos to Bernard! Thanks again Bernard!

I had one simple question and the manager yelled at me, then picked up the phone while I was still standing there and started yelling at employees on the other line. Thankful for the sweet gal that took time to answer my question. My experience with AutoZone has been friendly , helpful employees but I won't be going back to this one, I will find another one in town to help me. I understand having a bad morning but don't take it out on the customers and definitely don't yell at employees while a customer is standing right there.

Had issue with battery went in today and the store manager I've seen before but this 1st x I had the opportunity to be helped by him. My family has always used auto zone in other states and I've used this location since moving here. I always leave a happy customer. Today they put in my new battery and even put on windshield wipers I purchased and refilled my solution for me. I was so grateful I took donuts to them from a nearby donut shop.

This location is awesome. They always help me when I need. The manager Bernard is a cool guy. He knows how to take care of his customers and give good advice on vehicles. I'll recommend this location to anyone.

I needed a new battery. The Store Manager was super nice and helpful. He was training a new employee and he spoke so gently and patience and respectful to this young man as he was training him.

Kyle helped me above and beyond what he needed to do yesterday. My headlights have been foggy for years. Kyle not only helped me with the products, but he also made sure with his manager that he could help me as things were slow then he proceeded to clear up my headlights. What a difference. His kindness and customer service were wonderful. Thanks again, Kyle!

I've brought two batteries into this autozone two different times to be charged, both times I was told that my battery was bad and that I needed to buy a new one, both batteries were perfectly fine and still work to this day. Don't trust these scammers! Also the employees have no real knowledge about cars!

The front counter guy appeared to be new. He couldn t help so I proceeded to look on my own. Without me knowing, he told the GM that he knew I needed help and he couldn t do so. The GM came up and allowed me to custom fit a battery to my motorcycle outside before paying, as I didn t know the proper code for it and didn t have the original battery. They did a wonderful job, and the GM made the other front counter people follow and turned it into a training event to show them how to handle my type of situation in the future.Great Job AutoZone!

I had an issue securing the undercover of my car back on and the first guy I talked to was super helpful and took a look at my car to see what type of retainer might work. When that solution didn t work, Owen came to help me out and tried several different retainers on my car - totally solved the problem. Super kind and respectful and fixed the issue - I wouldn t have figured it out without his assistance! Give these guys raises, they are awesome and totally go above and beyond!!! So grateful! :)

I went in to autozone at garden of the gods for a warranty swapon my bilstin shocks for a 1999 suburban that I own and planned to take on a road trip this past weekend I was greeted with great customer service the issue with my situation came into play when we could not find the warranty for my parts inside the system the store manager Bernard assisted me in trying to locate them to no avail were they found l've been anautozone customer for many of years and have over close to 400parts under warranty originally i had 3 autozone accounts now inwhich only 1 account shows up for my number now this is newand very recent my parts were nowhere to be found Mr Bernardwent above and beyond for me as far as customer service goesand did all he had in his power to do he went even further byreaching out to technical support/customer support whom then at that point stated they wouldlook into the and find out whats going on and that at the time there was nothing else they could do for me due to the fact that the parts originally purchased in 2016 weren't able to be found i have yet to hear back from them soo in a nutshell (It was the System that failed me) not the store employees nor the store managers but yet the system itself I would like to thank Bernard again for a great customer service experience in such a frustrating time to my surprise he reached out to me via telephone after speaking to other members of his management team he then apologized for the confusion and miscommunication that was happening with the system and informed me that he had received authorization to go ahead with getting me taken care of the parts were ordered in and received within just a couple of days Mr Bernard showed me what customer service is and what it looks like at its best I am very thankful sir and forever grateful at your service thank you and may GOD bless you and your family as well I will see you again my next auto part purchase.Great store great management and great team

Bernard M was amazing. I was having issues with the connection to my battery. It was corroded so bad that it took almost 20-30 minutes to get it off. Bernard never waivered and kept looking for other ways to get it off. Finally he was able to get it off replace it with a brand new one and off I went. So thankful he was there to help me out.

I m continually impressed with the customer service at the Garden of the Gods AutoZone! Friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable. This stores manager is incredibly hypocritical yelling at customers and passerby for going to fast or being too loud in the parking lot when there employees are doing the same but twice as much, I'd prefer a different autozone further away

We are not from here. Our car broke down out of town and Autozone employees were very kind and helpful. We were able to fix our car and heading back to Albuquerque. (Thank you Kyle)
